NO WINDOWS IN THE ROOMS! Hostel looks and smells like a CRACK HOUSE! The rooms are very small and cramped with 4 bunk beds leaving no space to stand in the room. On our first night, one of our beds was taken by a staff member who was sleeping there! When we mentioned this to the staff the next morning, they were very unhelpful and rude about it, offering no refund or assistance at all for the bed that we reserved but did not use, because of their mismanagement. The next day I received an email from the administration, telling me that I have been blacklisted from the hostel. AVOID THIS LOCATION IF YOU CAN AFFORD OTHER ALTERNATIVES!

A clean hostel in a great location, close to everything. Lots of bathrooms, I never had to wait

The worst hostel I have been to. I can't understand how there are good reviews. The hostel is a cave with no windows and ventilation and it was so hot in the room we had to sleep with the door open. The rooms are too small for the amount of people that are sleeping there and there are no plugs available next to each bed. Sometimes the beds are booked for more than one person. It is mandatory to pay extra money for (dirty) linen, which is not disclosed during the booking. The rooms have (small) lockers to put your belongings but you need a padlock. The hostel is said to have age restrictions (12-40) which is a lie as there are many older guests. Everything is really dirty and overall the hostel has a really weird atmosphere. Avoid this place!

My room was cramped, stuffy and there were no windows. There was also black mold on the floor right next to me. The showers were okay, but there were far too few sinks (they weren't really clean either). The kitchen was also ok (there was a microwave and enough dishes). The staff was quite nice.

Horrible. Disgusting. Spend 10 euros more and go somewhere else. This place is underground, no windows in any rooms. No air. Rooms are dark and small and stinky. No nearby plugs in room to charge your devices. No kitchen (even if it says there’s one in the listing). Stay aware from this place even if it was free! Toilets and showers are disgustingly dirty. Trash are not emptied.

The staff was very nice, but everything else
the charge 6 euros more just for sheets, which is not obvious when you book. It all feels like a huge scam. Atmosphere isn’t cozy at all. Bathrooms and floors aren’t really clean, kitchen is microwave and water boiler only. For some guests there weren’t enough bed sheets so they payed for sonething they didn’t even get. Ok for one night, not more.

Good value for money! I don't know why people are complaining, i spent 3 nights there and I really enjoyed it. I wasn't sure what to expect for that price but i was agreeably surprised. The location is really good. Only 10 min by feet from the station, and there are some supermarkets around the hostel. Talking about the hostel, the staff is really friendly and the rooms/bathrooms were really correct. The rooms don't have a window as the hostel is in a basement but i didn't find it uncomfortable at all. There's a kitchen where you can eat and also a common room with a tv. ⚠ you need to pay an small mandatory extra for the linens (it is clearly announced on the website) and they provide you a free towel. Also, the lockers are really small, even for a backpack so you'll have to put your luggages in the common luggage room. Just so you know. Overall very great place, perfect for people on a budget!

This hostel Is a mess. It's beyond from a social/ cheap hostel. There are no cutlaries or cups, you can't even get a knife to cut your own bread, or spread your own butter. The tables and the toilets are very dirty and SMALL, there are 2 tiny toilets for which you have to queue for an hour. On top of that, the guests are as horrible as the place. There were 3 french folks who did not bother AT ALL, kept talking and whispering all night long, called my friend a rhino cause he "unconsciously, as he was sleeping" made a noise, and one of them stated that she wanted to hit him !! Very civilised. One of them kept her alarm on for 10 minutes. They had 0 respect. Anyway, AVOID this hostel

They charged us for sheets and towel 60 SEK. Rooms are terribly dirty. There are many stains on the bed. Also toilets and showers were not looking good.

21 oct 2022. Not sure why there were so many negative comments. Everything’s fine! I mean it’s just your regular hostel. 23 oct 2022 They provide free bath towels and bedings. Since it is autumn (3 degree), the lack of windows is not a problem at all. I like this place. But FACT: No windows

There was a problem with my reservation and it was all because of them. Not helpful at all, they made me run around in circles and call my bank and my intermediary when all they had to do was look at their database from the beginning. For only a stay of two nights, they also made my group and I split in different rooms and some of us had to sleep completely alone; they put us in two different rooms for two nights which means we had to sleep in a different bed with different people and different groups each night. The infrastructure of the hostel also leaves much to be desired. Not recommend at all.

It was excellent staff and customer service. You don't feel you are in a different or unsociable environment. The prices are very very affordable and suitable for Stockholm. I see that people are complaining alot of things but if you expect 10 rates quality you could book some private hotel room maybe? They are cleaning frequently everything, they provide free tea caffee and smiling face with this price. What do you expect more ? Thank you very very much for everything 🙏 ❀ specially Kenny from the reception was incredible helpful and friendly also funny to spend time with us :) if you read this, you are the best host ever! You are not working here actually you feel and care this hostel as if it's your home which can not be paid any amount of money or salary. Cheers everyone guys who works here during my trip days 😀 hope to see you in Rome by any chance

One of the employee slept in a bed we reserved and so we had one bed less and a person could not sleep there. We asked for a refund and the administration was so annoying and disrespectful, so they didn't give us a refund. The rooms are pretty dirty and the toilets are terrible. Wouldn't recommend a stay here pay a little bit more for a much better stay.

Got a cramped up room to the point where the door was not opening more than 20%. It was even difficult to enter the room. There were 4 bunk beds placed in a triangular room and no space to actually stand anywhere. The room had no curtains so it was impossible to sleep. Good location.

Terrible! We couldn't access the room that we paid for because of "Technical issues" and none would answer our calls. We were waiting for 4 or 5 hours, trying to reach them using skype, mail, phone. Never got a refund.

BRING EARPLUGS- after traveling for 12 hours I just wanted to go to sleep, but the way this place is built, any sound made the common area echoed straight into the bedrooms. I slept much better the second night with my earplugs. Rooms were warm (maybe too hot but I didn't mind during my trip in February), bedding was dirty. Have stayed in much nicer hostels.

This place definitely has its pros and cons. The room was VERY small to the point where the door only opened about 30cm before getting blocked by a bed. Also, the bathrooms and showers were not very clean. BUT, it is very cheap and both guests and staff were extremely kind and friendly, so its perfect for people Looking to meet friends (-:

I couldn’t find that it was a youth hostel anywhere in the text so that have to be written over and over in the texts too. Otherwise it is a lovely little youth place. Yes, youth often behave in a certain way, so if that’s respected, this is the right place. If you expect adult standard, choose another place ! The only issue I had, was another persons alarm which rang at 3 AM for around 10 min(w/o the person getting up !)

Don’t stay at this place! No windows in the rooms and they charge you extra for the bedding and a towel. I checked months in advance if I could keep my bicycle at the property and I was told yes, when I got there and brought it in the management (who were not there) sent me abusive messages and tried to fine me for doing so even thought I was told I could. Really poor hostel due to the owners attitude, and high staff turnover due to this also (from what I was told). I can’t recommend staying here!

First solo trip! I chose Sweden! I chose to go to a hostel and I have absolutely no regrets! Very welcoming staff! Clean room, as well as the toilets and bathroom. The location is also great! I recommend !

The rooms are of a very low standard, there was hair and dried blood on the mattress, the room had no windows and felt claustrophobic. Hygiene DOES NOT exist.

Of course you don't pay a lot of money here, but the bathroom is completely moldy and it also stinks. Questionable people. I was in the "kitchen" boiling water and a person stared at me, I don't know what I did wrong, but the person looked like he didn't want me to exist. I then fled. Avoid this hostel, there are better ones for the price

Clean place (you have to take your shoes off upon entering), with nice and new kitchen utilities – however cooking should have a timeframe as late night smells are not the best.

Really nice experience!! I have met very nice people here! All the spaces in general) are very clean, the showers are big with hot water, there are fridges, a kettle and a microwave. The bedsnwere comfortable too! The staff were really friendly Very affordable I'd totally reccommend!!

The rooms are pretty generic, but they are exactly as described. The staff is super helpful and the location is great. Close to the sea, metro and bus.

Worst hostel ever... Very dirty bed, no sheets (had to call) and dirty everything. Feels cramped and is in a basement. Weird vibe too.

Probably the worst hostel I've stayed in. There is noise by guests 24/7 as more than half the rooms have a kitchen/social area in front of them. It's a wild-west as there are no real rules and no staff there, even if there were rules like people cleaning up after themselves they were not followed (dirty plates and tables all the time). More than half the showers were broken in some way, and the toilets were out of paper half the time. There is no help from staff, as I saw a couple wait 7hours inside the hostel ("check-in time") waiting for someone to help them with providing clean bedsheets for their beds. They had to call booking.com to get them a new place to stay (it was 22:00 by this time) because no one was helping them either through the contact number or the staff who were "there" (they're volunteers and don't do much to help even when directly asked). Avoid.

This is the worst hostel I have ever been. I don't recommend anyone to go there. They FORCE you to pay for their bedding under the name of CLEANING. Even though I brought mine from home, they still forced me to pay. Moreover, doors could not be locked and staff was rude.

Very flexible arrival thanks to the use of codes. Room is cheap and is a great place to crash after a day in Stockholm. Beware nonetheless that the kitchen is very poorly equipped, don't expect to be doing some cooking there (not even pasta cause there is no stove), there isn't even enough cups to have coffee in the morning.

This place is horrible and is like: 1) place is very dirty, commong dinning area, toilet, shower, bedrooms and beds are very dirty and not cleaned. I wonder if there is any SWEDISH AUTHORITY to quality control, cleanliness control, microbial control and air quality control of this places. If done microbial control of dinning area or toilets area this places must likely will have a problems of cleanliness. If they were approved then we must be unlucky that when we were there cleaning was horrible. 2) No windows and almost feels like you are staying in cave. It might be difficult for some people who feel suffocated. If you feel suffocated then this place might not for be suitable you. 3) Be prepared for hidden mandatory fee of 60 SEK per person for so called linen. That is hidden while doing booking and for linen for a person 60 extremely expensive. Even in sweden or some other places you can buy new simple linen for around 50 kr. But they charge you 60 kr for a single night(that's how we payed per person) just for a simple sheet of dirty clothes. 4) Looks like this place is just treated like cash producing machine but not treated like quality service, and quality experience to the customers. 6) If you can, you can find better alternative places in Stockholm.

AVOID at any cost. The hostel is a basement with almost zero natural lighting and no windows you can open. As a result the air is humid, smelly and very warm. The rooms are very small and the whole hostel is really dirty. Finally, the night we arrived one of our beds was occupied by a member of the staff. As it was late and we didn't know who to wake up two of us had to sleep in one bed. The following day we went to the reception expecting a refund for the bed we paid for but couldn't use, and to our surprise, they simply denied it. We tried to explain the situation as good as possible but they didn't seem to care, and they simply told us that the hostel administration did not allow it. In conclusion, just spend a little extra money to find a better place for your stay.

Totally incompetent, unorganised and disrespectful staff. Encountered an booking issue, which was completely their fault. Came there with my prepaid reservation, just to check in. The staff member told me, that my payment didn’t made it through and that I have to pay the same amount again. The staff member tried to call his manager and several other people, but couldn’t get an answer. In the meantime I contacted the provider, which ensured me, that the payment was successfully transmitted to their bank account. So it’s totally their fault. After an hour he suddenly found the payment, so I could check in. The Hostel is located inside the basement. There are no windows and no sunlight. Interior is dreary. Kitchen is not well equipped. There are only small lockers in the bedroom. Beds are uncomfortable.
