AVOID!!! UNDIVIKA!!! These people are horrid to deal with and rude, I would give less zero stars if possible. I cancelled within 48 hrs according policy and these rude people charged me the full amount!!! Avoid at all costs, spend your money elsewhere, give it to others who value customer service over these people.

This hostel is located in a very nice area. The rooms are clean too. But unfortunately I do not recommend this place at all and if you care about your dignity I suggest you choose somewhere else. Although the staff were ok, the behavior of the owner completely ruined my experience there. I had never experienced such a rude and disrespectful behavior anywhere else just to give a reminder to a guest about something he clearly did not know or simply missed. I even complained to the staff about her behavior and, without any apologies, they emphasized the fact that she is the owner of this place.

Great location, but bumpy lumpy beds, and overcrowded for what you pay, extremely expensive for a hostel.

Here is the clearly best hostel in Stockholm! Location is best of the best. You don’t need to use transportation cause everywhere is in walking distance. Middle of the stylish cafes/restaurants,supermarket, touristic attractions… All reception staff is really friendly. They always smile and doing their best to make your stay unforgettable! I stayed in 16 beds dormitory and room was really large. I could watch the stunning backyard view from my bed. They also let you use luggage storage for free. Kitchen and toilets are clean like your home. I’ll recommend this place everyone who planning to come Stockholm!

Beds were uncomfortable and lumpy. If you stay here, I don't recommend the 18-person room unless you're really on a budget and can't squeeze a few extra dollars in. Reception was nice and so were the common areas, the room was clean to say the least, but it's hard when you're with 17 other people. Limited bathrooms, could've settled for more than 2 communal ones, but surprisingly, they were well kept.

One of the best hotels I've tried. Everything was clean, tidy and smelled good. The location is amazing, near a little charming square and very close to a very busy touristic street. The rooms are very confortable, specially the individual ones in the ground floor with a small living room and lounge. They have a great kitchen and a common area with computers, games and space to relax. The towels and sheets are not included on the price, and the hours when the reception were open was very limited, a little down point for that. But overall is a great hostel in the center of Stockholm!

Was a bit worried going there , however the place is great, bathrooms are reasonably clean, everyone working there is constantly smiling and helpful. Rooms are cozy. Would probably come here again.

TL;DR: It's a great hostel but not as comfortable as a hotel would be. Great location, right in the middle of old town/ Gamla Stan area - basically you're a 5 min walk from anything on that island, including the subway. Helpful and friendly staff. Good prices for the money. Felt very safe - private rooms have their own keys, dorm rooms have individual keypads, plus the building & hostel have codes to get in the door. If you're looking for a hostel this is a great option. Some downsides/points to note - the rooms do not have any fans (let alone AC) so on hot nights it can be hard to fall asleep - although you can open windows, that's about it. I think the single biggest thing they could do to improve the quality of life staying there would be to add fans in the rooms. The mattresses are also foam and thus stay warm which also isn't great in the summer. You do have to rent towels and sheets - it was 50 krona (about $5) for just sheets or 65 kr for sheets and towels - totally fine. The shower room could use more ventilation, it was always a bit warm and damp in there. There's no breakfast, but there's a cafe around the corner that's pretty good. Laundry is another big downside - they offer laundry service, but it's about $20 to have them do the laundry and drying for you, there's no self-service options. You have to bring the laundry to them in the morning, but what's nice is they deliver it to your room during the day so you don't have to wait around. Since Stockholm (and Sweden) don't seem to have laundromats, this is a good option to have, but it is expensive so you don't want to do it too often. Overall, it's a really great hostel and none of the above downsides really detract from that, but it's good to know going in.

Very clean, quiet hostel. Fun decor. Nice kitchen space. Bathrooms had multiple toilets and showers, all very clean. There was a bulletin board with lots of recommendations from staff on their favorite places to eat/things to do in Stockholm as well. Was a lovely stay. Great location too!

One of the best hostels I've seen! We arrived late at night and they had a letter waiting for us explaining everything. The hostel has the best location, it's clean, quiet, beautiful! The kitchen is very well equipped! I recommend the private rooms downstairs, but I guess they are all fine.

Unfortunately I left the hostel after spending a day there. The hostel is really not what I saw in the pictures on booking!! And I could not stay in this place, which was not clean, there were water problems in the bathroom (water in the toilet does not drain, water in the sink does not drain), there is no air in the common areas and there is a bad smell (showers and all other spaces that are not the bedroom and the kitchen where there are windows). I booked 7 nights without a refund, and unfortunately they didn't find a way to compensate me for not being there. The reason was not me but the incompatibility with their publications! In advertising they show everything as new, beautiful and well-kept, when in reality there are many old things that are not renovated.

What a great place to stay, people friendly and helpful, very clean, we had a small room but we knew this when we booked and it was very adequate for our needs. The kitchen, dining areas and bathrooms were very clean. It is in an excellent spot to discover stockolm, close to the station and tram stop, we really enjoyed our stay

Tolle Lage in Old Town. Ruhig und mit einem schönen kleinen Café/ Restaurant an der Ecke, was zum Kaffee trinken und Lesen einläd. Nette Zimmer und gut ausgestattete Küche. Es gibt nur etwas wenige Waschbecken.

I stayed one night, the hostel facilities and the room were very clean, the reception was good, the location of the hostel is great in the heart of the old city as well as the metro, good value for money, I recommend it

Beautiful location, tucked at the heart of Gamla Stan, the old town in Stockholm. The view to the courtyard is serene, and thr rooms are warm and comfortable and clean. Great location for exploring Stockholm on your own pace 💕

Lovely place - really accommodating and kind staff. I felt really safe, and there’s a common area with complementary maps and local advice. Fab location too, really central to nice restaurants and shops. Would 100% recommend.

Very cosy hostel right in the heart of the old town in Stockholm. The receptionist was friendly and the open room was spacious with a nice kitchen if you wanted to cook your own food. Lots of places you could sit and talk to people or just enjoy the food on your own :) the only thing that bringed the score down was that the dorms was a bit small to my preference. When sharing with 3 other people it god kinda cramped and there was also a lack of plugs to charge my phone, computer etc. But I guess it's what you get for the price given it's great location. Would recommend staying here!

Myself and two friends stayed here for a weekend and it was quite simply the best place we could have stayed in Stockholm! It was the cleanest and friendly hostel I've ever visited and provided the perfect central base for our weekend. Checking in was easy and the lovely lady on the front desk was very efficient. On our last night there was a lovely atmosphere in the common room with a whole bunch of us from all over the world chatting and having a laugh! (sorry to the people trying to sleep as we did stay in the common room a bit later than allowed...) Overall I can wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone!

What a beautiful hostel!, clean, cozy, inviting, charming we just loved this place. It has all facilities that a traveller needs and its location is unbeatable just right in the heart of the city, moreover it is run by a very helpful and warm staff that welcome you with a honest and friendly smile. No doubt we will stay here the next time we visit this beautiful city.

Just checked out today after 6 weeks at the hostel. It truly felt like home and I was upset to leave! Lotta and Cecilia are wonderful hosts and it was such a pleasure to stay here, highly recommended.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms had nice high ceilings and the beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were always clean. There was never a line for a bathroom. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies. It was always quiet at a decent time. The location is absolutely perfect. I sincerely recommend this hostel to anyone who is visiting Stockholm, and would like to stay at a beautiful location and for a very reasonable price.

Really nice hostel on the best place in the city. Waking up in the old town is so magical. The staff is friendly and helpful. The sanitary is very clean, the common room is cozy and there's even a kitchen in it with everything you need to cook a delicious meal.

Very nice hostel with everything you need. Only two things: wifi never worked during my stay (5days) and there was mould in the bathrooms due to lack of windows and air-con or else. All in all I recommend it.

Super organised and friendly management - I arrived at around 18:30 (after reception hours) but I found an envelope with my name that provided all the information needed. Everything is also clearly explained in their emails. The room was a bit too large (16 person dorm), so I wouldn't recommend it to anyone who'd like to sleep early. Otherwise, it's a great hostel with clean amenities and quite a social crowd. I'd suggest familiarising yourself with the bathroom locations as they are scattered all over the floor.

I would give 4 stars for how packed the tiny rooms are, but the attentiveness of the staff makes up for it. The common rooms are cute, front desk is super nice, and they have a lot of resources and recommendations for your stay. And it’s right in the most central location possible

This hostel is located in the most picturesque and cosy little square in Gamla Stan, Stockholm old town. There is an excellent little restaurant on the ground floor under the large horse chestnut tree. The hostel staff are very friendly and helpful, the ambience is sweet and homely with sitting areas, shared kitchen and bathrooms kept amazingly clean by the guests and staff (at least while we were there) no crowding for the facilities. Rooms were fine.

One of the best hostels I have ever stayed at, & I have been to several countries in Europe & Asia. Cleanliness in room, bathrooms, toilets & kitchen are very good! Highly recommended for budget stays within old town Gamla Stan!

+ good location on a pretty calm and quiet street but still very close to everything + easy check in and clear instructions from staff when checking in late (when reception wasn’t open) + room was clean, common area and bathrooms were clean + good, free Wi-Fi + nice cool temperature in the room (stayed there mid-June) The walls were very thin so sound traveled. My room was close to the kitchen where there was also an area with tables where people would hang out. You could hear everything that went on in the corridor and kitchen area. I could also hear someone snoring in a room adjacent to mine. Would not recommend this hostel if you are very sound sensitive. Bring earplugs nonetheless. Apart from that, I had a nice stay and I would recommend this place if you’re looking for accommodations in gamla stan and aren’t bothered by sounds from other guests.

Nice staff, nice rooms, nice facilities, amazing location. Good prices, too. Only bad thing were some fellow travellers, but that varies from stay to stay and is not really the fault of the hostel.

Very cozy and clean place, with great hostel atmosphere. Perfect location, just a decent walking distance to main touristic places. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and beds pretty comfortable. 100% recommendable.

One of the Best Hostels i have ever stayed at. Super nice service, great location and good common area (as well as enough showers and a good little kitchen). I would really recommend staying here, there is also bigger rooms for families or couples if you do not like the dorm room atmosphere. It was very clean and not too expensive!
