We stayed here with our campervan. The entrance to the campingsite was narrow, but what a lovely place to stay. We could swim savely on camping terrain. Toilets were a bit old, but kept clean. I went for a 5km run without ever leaving the waterside. I passed a couple of nice marina's, parks and swimspots along the way. A choice of restaurants and shops is within 10 minute walking distance. And so are 2 subway stations that took us to Stockholm city center within half an hour. I surely recommend this camping place if you plan to visit Stockholm city center but want to come back to your own tent/camper/caravan for a quiet evening and a swim!

Super schön gelegener Platz mit guter Anbindung nach Stockholm. Einrichtungen einfach,aber sauber. Die Leitung hat uns mit großem Zeitaufwand mit der Fährbuchung geholfen.Kann ich nur empfehlen!!

Nice place I often visit. The cafe is with water all round so you can sit and look on the boats while eating or under a tree in the shadow just having a nice time. The rooms is nice. There are a lots of different rooms one for every taste. Also camping in the summer times. There is also two places you can go for a swim if you need to cool down.

We stayed at their camping for couple of days. 4 stars for location and for the surroundings. Bueatiful area, with swimming possibilities in Mälaren. Otherwise, the camping facilities are bit dated. Toilets and showers not super fresh but working, latrin emptying ok but not possible to empty graywater. The whole camping area, is a bit narrow so some driving skills are required... 10 mins walk to Mälarhöjden T-bana station with easy access to Stockholm.

Nice area but not the campsite. The fees are too expensive for what you get. The facilities are old and not cleaned often. Too many people for the showers and restrooms available. No option to dump grey water. On the plus side, the subway is about 10 minutes walking.

This campsite is terrible. There are only 2 toilets available for 200 people. And when you want to register on the campsite the ask personal information without adequate reason. When asked about it the staff didn't know why they register that kind of information. Which is not according to EU privacy law.

Great place to stay

Besuch des Campinglatzes. Nicht alle Plätze haben Strom. Sanitäranlagen mit Code erreichbar. Sauber. Liegt an einem See. Ca. 1,1 km bis zur Tunnelbahn. Ich habe den Promenadenweg bevorzugt, da weniger steil. Linie 13 nach Stockholm. Coop gegenüber der Station Mälarhojden. Platz ist begrenzt auf Fahrzeuge mit max. 4t Gesamtgewicht. Keine Grauwasserentsorgung!

Positiv: gute Lage, ruhig, ca. 9 km nach Stockholm City, UBahn Station ca 1 km entfernt, deshalb 2 Sterne Negativ: Weg zur City mit dem Fahrrad sehr hügelig und nur mit Navi zu finden. Sanitäre Anlagen sehr einfach und in die Jahre gekommen, teilweise nicht sehr sauber. Keine Ablassstation für Grauwasser, muss man im Kanister bzw. Eimer entsorgen, ca. 100 Meter entfernt. Nur einige Plätze mit Strom Einfahrt um die Ecke, sehr eng Womo über 7 m problematisch Kein TV Empfang, da hohe Bäume, Hügel und Häuser den Empfang abdecken WLAN nur in einem Aufenthaltsbereich verfügbar 100 m entfernt Aktuell wurden nachts Gegenstände gestohlen Also wir fahren da nicht mehr hin Ergänzung: Wir hatten bei Ankunft für 4 Nächte bezahlt, war unser Fehler. Wegen der Negativpunkte wollten wir vorzeitig abreisen, eine Erstattung wurde leider abgelehnt, also 380 SEK pro Nacht als Erfahrung zu verbuchen! Unserer Meinung nach ein sehr ungünstiges Preis/Leistungsverhältnis!!

MEHRERE Räder wurden gestohlen während der 3 Nächte die wir dort verbracht haben. Teils kein heißes Wasser. Schloss der Tür war defekt am letzten Morgen also kein Zugang zum Toiletten/Duschhaus und niemand erreichbar. Den 1 Stern gibts für die gute Lage.

A lovely situation, a wonderful reception with very warm welcome. The camping is at human size, and we had a really great moment here. I really recommend this situation.

Beautiful place near Stockholm for a fair price. Only minus point are the pieces of glass at the beach.

Alles in Ordnung... Leider ist der Platz sehr schlammig, was dem Wetter geschuldet ist. Trotzdem müsste hier nachgebessert werden und fester Untergrund aufgebracht werden. Die Sanitäranlagen sind gepflegt und sauber!

Horrible if you care for service (for more service than just a piece of grass). Let's start from the beginning: we arrived and the personal in charge in the reception told us that we have to take care of our things cause "they can disappear". Also she had to inform us that it could be noisy in the nights, due to drunken teenagers, crossing in the night (The camping is crossed by ways that are for public use) The 3 showers that they have are all broken, the floor gets flooded. in whole everyone has to share 5 sockets, the others are broken. In the kitchen we found, I don`t know how to call it better, worms in one of the sponges (of course another camper could be responsible for that but we would expect that someone takes a look for such things sometimes) The wifi is not working fine, you have to be very pacient. When we wanted to pay, the card machine was not working so we had to pay in euros (bit More than the normal price, no change). The most annoying thing was that suddenly the code that you use for the kitchenhouse and the garbage, was not working anymore, at 22 in the night (of course no one to find to help you). In whole we stayed 4 nights and we have to say that next time we would think twice to pay a bit more in another camping than coming back here, although the natural area outside the city is still a nice place for a camping.

Hübscher kleiner Campingplatz, sehr frequentiert. Toll um mit dem Fahrrad nach Stockholm reinzufahren. Leider nicht sehr sauber, dies hat aber definitiv mir der Klientel dort zu tun. Sehr schade und nicht die Norm in Schweden.
