From the first meeting Ms. Alexandra and Mr. Giorgos made me feel so comfortable and beautiful, they immediately understood my problem and with excessive interest did their best to help me. Unbelievable inconvenience. On the internet, it seems that there is a branch of Ag. Paraskevi, on the mobile phone they told us that it is closed and they canceled an appointment for Saturday, October 16 in L. Kifisias at 9 in the evening. When we got there, no one opened the door for us and someone was shouting something about the lousy intercom that didn't work. When we called on the cell phone, the manager told us that we made a mistake, that we had an appointment next week and that he was missing Athens and is very sorry for our suffering. If their store in Ag. Paraskevi is closed because it seems open and indeed with excellent reviews? If the center is open 24 hours a day, why didn't anyone bother to open the door to us or explain something to us? If the manager was right to ask us out for the appointment because they kept apologizing? with the rest. It is understood that we are not going to make an appointment again at the specific center because the unprofessional behavior, the inconsistency and the irresponsibility do not even allow us to have contact with the staff of the center and to evaluate it.
