Wait time is not long. Nurses are always courteous and friendly. The Doctor is is always friendly and concerned about what you're your problem. The give good advice and treatment. I'm very satisfied with the care I receive at your clinic. My own Doctor is never in the office when I have a problem. He is bought out by Huntsville Hospital and is only in the office one week and Hospital duties the other week. If you can reach one of his staff on the off week they want to send you to the Hospital ER which would be at least up to a 5 hr wait and cost my Insurance $500. Dollars or more for the same treatment I get at your clinic. So I always use your clinic for fast and good care.

Stephanie and Dr Barrett was absolutely wonderful today! This was my first time here and everything went so smooth! Jacqueline that did my intake was such a sweet helpful young lady! Would definitely recommend anyone to come here!

I'm still here... And that's completely fine. These are the NICEST most professional medical personnel I have ever worked with. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Wait wasn't terrible despite how busy they were. They actually listened as I discussed things. Simply amazing.

The staff was wonderful! We registered online and waited for about 45 min. Once we were called back the process went much faster. The staff took time with my daughter, gave her the proper tests and results were given. I think they were short staffed, but their quality did not let up. Office staff was very efficient and friendly too.

Doctor was very thorough. Not to bad of a wait time considering it was full to get back the guy that took my vitals was really nice and thorough. Get in the room and was waiting awhile but the director of the facility came in and explained they had a system malfunction and that was the problem and that made the wait not so bad the fact she took time to come in and explain and apologize. Most places aren’t going to do that. X-ray tech was really nice and very good. Overall I would definitely recommend this place and go back.

Staff was very friendly. Made appointment but received notification they were running 47 minutes behind. Arrived at facility based on updated information and still waited a long time before seeing anybody. Entire process took what felt like forever but I didn’t feel well so I’m sure that added to my opinions. I was seen by the doctor but didn’t feel like he did a complete exam. Rushed through everything and didn’t even do what I would consider normal things like checking inside my ears. They did not offer testing for RSV which I found a bit disappointing. I know several people that have gone to other clinics and doctors and been tested on the spot for RSV without any hesitation. They told me it takes a week to get results and they don’t do it. Seemed odd to me. I did receive a prescription for a flu medication and was told to return in a few days if I didn’t feel any better. I think this place is okay - could be better and could be worse.

I was very impressed by the quality and efficiency of service. I was checked in approximately 15 minutes after my arrival, and that included the time it took to complete my registration. The staff was very nice and understanding and the doctor really knowledgeable. I hope I don’t have a situation that would cause me to need to go back but if I do, I won’t hesitate to go to this urgent care facility

I came in right after work and was afraid I’d have to sit and wait forever! The girls at the desk had me signed in quickly and I might have waited 10 minutes to get back into a room. Everyone was very compassionate and did their best to make me comfortable. They all had great attitudes and didn’t make me feel like I was a huge inconvenience! I would give them a million stars if I could!!
