(Translated by Google) A good museum, located in the very center of the old city, at the foot of the mountain!) Admission is free. You can and should come to the museum with children, inside you will find caves with interesting lighting and exposure. In addition, a pleasant surprise awaits you in the form of an interactive shoy. Children will be delighted!

An unexpected find on our way up to the castle. Small, but free and a very welcome break from the heat outside. Nicely thought out - a couple of interesting caves and exhibitions that held the interest of a 3 year old longer than I would have expected.

Great experience to start with: I was impressed with the details of every section presenting the water cycle in the nature and in own's house. Extremely interactive and engaging, especially for kids who want to pursue a career in this sector. As for the cave, I won't spoil it but it's definitely worth a visit.

I will give this museum 5* because of the guy at reception who spoke English and was very welcoming and informative with excellent customer service skills. Unfortunately there is nothing much to see except the reservoir where the water was kept in the olden days, unless you can read Spanish. It looks like a very interesting, interactive and modern museum, shame it's for a very limited audience. The entry is free and I was pleasantly surprised it was open past 19:00.

Some of the content briefly held my 2 year old’s attention but the most successful aspect for us was the water fountain and paper cups. For a museum about water there could’ve been more interactive content. One of the spaces just plays educational videos about water on YouTube.

(Translated by Google) It is small, you can visit quickly, several rooms that inform the history of the area related to water ... You also visit some wells where the water was collected ... The visit to those areas I found relaxing. (Original) Es pequeño,se visita rápido, varias salas que informan de la historia en la zona relacionada con el agua... También se visita unos pozos donde se recogía el agua... La visita a esas zonas la encontré relajante.

A very different but thoroughly interesting museum. In this day and time we need to be more aware of the sources, uses and needs for water. This museum does it in a straightforward and clear way. In addition, one part of the museum is an old cistern that had been used to supply water to the fortress during times of raid or war. A nice way to spend a few hours then down to a local cafe for a wine..and some water.

  • 4/5 Clive K. 2 years ago on Google
Worth a visit on the way back from the fort, if only for the statistics on inequality of global water usage and the underground caverns formerly used for water storage.

  • 4/5 Bjørn Olsen (. 2 years ago on Google
Since its a museum, they change the inventory, so you're not sure to see the same as on pictures. There's audio explanations available in English by the QR codes, but 20% of them are not functional.

  • 5/5 Aleksei B. 4 years ago on Google
A modest museum hidden in a mountain (on 3 floors) that is actually very interesting and technologically cool.

  • 5/5 Luis Daniel Olivares M. 1 year ago on Google
Excellent place to learn about the historical water management in the region, to take conscience about the importance of water to cities and modern solutions to water challenges. Don't lose the chance to visit the water room at the bottom of the place... You will enjoy the fresh place and its cool alternative sounds.

  • 5/5 Rick S. 1 year ago on Google
Definitely worth a visit if you are exploring the old town of Alicante. You can get English commentary on your phone using QR codes. Most impressive are the old water storage caves (and that the museum is free).

  • 3/5 Rimante S. 2 years ago on Google
It was ok - all in Spanish. There are QR codes for information in other languages but it didn't work well for me - the audio kept pausing and restarting. Free admission though, nice for families.

  • 4/5 Ryojin 2 years ago on Google
Small museum, free of charge. You will most likely spend under 30 minutes here. It's actually quite original: you will see both a cave and an interactive touch-on exhibition. One major drawback is that you won't see any English here.

  • 5/5 Georgette 1 year ago on Google
Nice display, well explained. Some interactive exhibitions didn't work.

  • 5/5 Abigail H. 7 months ago on Google

Interesting museum about water and environment. The only problem with the museum is lack of English, so I had to depend on a Spanish speaking relative and google translate.

(Translated by Google) The reception guy super friendly and friendly but the vast majority of things were broken and did not work. The best pools of Garrigós. (Translated by Google) Museum of water. I don’t understand Spanish at all, so they simply walked through the halls here. And I understood what I was talking about. In my opinion, how urban water supply works. If such a museum were in Krasnodar, it would definitely go! Or you still need to learn the language in order to at least understand it.
