Everything
people
have
written
in
their
reviews
is
true,
this
is
the
worst
insurance
company
I
have
ever
used.
Am
currently
on
hour
#2
waiting
for
them
to
fix
a
problem,
which
I
presume
will
never
be
fixed.
They
waited
until
the
day
before
my
chemo
pills
are
to
be
mailed
to
tell
me
my
copay
is
now
$524
instead
of
$0.
Last
week
they
upped
my
Eliquis
Rx
from
$130
to
$600.
It
took
days
to
straighten
that
out.
In
April,
THEY
TERMINATED
MY
RX
DRUG
COVERAGE
WITHOUT
WARNING.
My
father-in-law
was
dying
in
another
state
and
we
could
not
even
see
him
before
he
passed
due
to
Molina
dragging
their
feet
activating
my
drug
coverage.
I
could
not
get
my
chemo
meds
for
the
cancer
I'm
being
treated
for,
so
could
not
leave.
What
a
disgrace
your
company
is.
You
should
be
ashamed
to
even
advertise
yourself
as
a
healthcare
insurance
provider.
Update
August
2023:
I
received
a
letter
from
a
collection
agency
that
my
hospital
stay
in
October
2022
was
not
covered
by
insurance!
Yet,
the
hospital
sent
me
a
letter
in
January
2023
that
my
account
was
paid
in
full.
Geez
Molina,
can't
you
get
anything
right?
Every
2
months
I
have
to
call
you
and
ask
what
is
going
on.
I'm
waiting
for
your
Einstein
reps
to
call
back
and
confirm
my
insurance
was
active
and
I
had
coverage
in
October.
And
how
do
I
get
pre-auths
in
October
and
coverage,
but
9
months
later
someone
says
I
didn't
have
coverage?
You
should
be
referred
to
Harvard
Business
School
as
a
premier
example
of
how
not
to
run
a
business.
Update
September
2023:
I
received
bills
for
hundreds
of
dollars
from
last
year
because
the
providers
said
my
"Molina
Medicaid"
expired.
I
never
had
Medicaid.
Molina
admitted
to
their
computer
error
&
corrected
it,
but
I
have
to
call
the
providers
to
re-submit
the
bills.
Update
October
2023:
My
pharmacy
tells
me
I
now
have
a
copay
for
my
chemo
pills,
yet
I
have
had
0
copay
all
year.
Still
waiting
to
find
out
from
Molina
why
there
is
change,
after
talking
to
at
least
3
customer
service
reps.
