I’ve
been
coming
for
25
years
to
this
specific
location,
and
it
only
had
gone
worst.
Today
I
was
there
and
they
only
had
1
employee
,
his
name
is
Carlos,
I
observed
how
he
treated
customers
for
the
almost
45
minutes
,
been
the
most
professional,
respectful
and
kindness
person
to
all
the
customers
he
greeted
and
help,
despite
the
long
line
of
customers,
which
it’s
an
stressful
situation
for
any
employee
that
really
cares
and
respect
others
time.
At
the
same
time
I
observed
his
supervisor
Natasha
Payne
which
was
one
of
the
most
unprofessional
and
rudest
person
I’ve
seen
there.
People
complaining
and
she
is
just
telling
them
to
go
to
another
location
(
Snapper
Creek,
close
to
MDC
in
104th
Street
in
Miami)
and
saying
in
such
a
way
like
:
If
you
don’t
like
it
then
go
to
another
location,
in
a
mocking
way.
Instead
of
helping
out
the
only
employee
there
at
that
time
taking
care
of
customers,
she
was
just
sitting
down
doing
nothing
and
will
take
forever
to
get
a
pickup
package
for
someone;
whenever
they
will
come
for
that,
like
a
client
told
her
:
What
a
LACK
OF
RESPECT!!!
Who
oversees
supervisors
and
managers
for
this
USPS
location?.!!!!
Was
so
disrespectful
for
this
employee
(Carlos)
the
fact
that
she
didn’t
care
a
bit
for
his
amazing
work
and
professionalism
and
for
all
those
customers
waiting
in
line.
Carlos
keep
your
good
work
,
professionalism,
and
kindness,
and
don’t
let
anyone
take
that
away
from
you.
Natasha
shame
on
you
the
way
you
talk
to
that
customer
and
sending
us
to
another
location
if
we
didn’t
like
the
wait.
USPS
keep
the
good
one
and
get
rid
of
the
bad
ones,
as
simple
as
that.
Put
in
those
position
hard
workers
,
not
lazy
people
that
like
to
crush
those
great
employees!!!
