Worst post office. No customer service everyone is on slow motion , no care in the world because they can’t get fired. Of course they are government employees making money, good benefits , health insurance and do what they want. On top of that the place looks like a foreclosure property. See pictures. I hope the president on top of draining the swamp drains government offices like this.

This post office does not deserve not even one star ⭐️ For over the years, this was my fave branch to send packages but of lately, employees are being so rude to their own customers! Since when there’s no more courtesy packaging tape to wrap your package! Not complaining about it but this time I ran out of my own personal packaging tape as I always take it in with me! I asked kindly if I can have just a little tiny piece to finish the job! They told me they don’t have that I would need to purchase the tape 🤷🏽‍♀️So I left, went to UPS to send off some other packages and the employee there was kind enough to complete the packaging tape for me on my boxes! Went back over to the post office waited in the line again, overheard one customer and three employees going at it! The customer was so frustrated that she left! This level of service at this location is UNACCEPTABLE and management need to make some changes! For the little while I was there, I can see how some of these customers are so frustrated with little or no help from these staffs! No directions and their attitudes tells it all. This should not be! I hope the agency is paying attention to their poor reviews and do something about it. It’s like we are begging for their services!

I would give them no stars if I could... they found a package that was lost for two and a half weeks, and then after they found it they proceeded to lose it again. I'm going to try to call the postmaster today to see if I can find this lost package This is an update a month later than my original post....still no package. I have filed a lost mail claim, an insurance claim...still no help from Country Lakes Post Master. 😔

The worst service!!!! I went in to drop off a package and I was so happy because it was empty. I said to myself this will be in and out. The agent Gloria was on a personal phone call and had the call on speaker. She never acknowledged me until I said to her hello!!!! I told her I wanted to drop off a package and I wanted a receipt. She kept typing and clicking away on the computer and her call was now on hold. I waited and waited and waited…. Until the light went out due to the rain. SO NOW, she tells me oh the system is down so nothing there’s I can do. I picked up package and left. Gloria is the worst customer service agent. She should be written up for not attending to her job description and for being on a personal phone call rather attending to customers on company time. Thanks to GLORIA I have to return again because she didn’t want to do her job and which she gets paid by tax payers.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This post office was the listed address on a pink slip left outside of my employers address for a letter that is time sensitive in nature. When I arrived at the post office, there was a long line of people waiting and the employee at the front desk was joking around with a colleague as opposed to tending to her duties. Finally, I show her the pink slip left at the office I work for and she insists “this is a federal building”. In line 5, it states on the slip that I am authorized to pickup this letter. She denies me that ability which she could’ve done so in a courteous manner. Instead, she was EXTREMELY rude in her demeanor. I try to explain to her that I’d like to speak with a supervisor. I wait to speak with a supervisor as she pretended to go to the back to speak with a supervisor and then laughed in my face. Don’t waste your time going here. This is THE WORST customer service I have ever experienced.

If I could have, I would have given them zero stars. Extremely rude service, they treat you like they’re doing you a favor or lending you money. I arrived before their closing hours yet they had blocked the access and told me they stop letting people in 15 before closing. They ignored me and I had to asked them repeatedly for their hours of operation before one of the three attendees, decided to answer and then wished me a “nice day”. Incredibly rude and non-excitement customer service.

The lady at the front desk was really rude! I waited in a line and once I came to her I said “Hi I’m here to drop off packages” and she just says “Kiosk” and points like I’m a dog. Whoever trains these employees clearly needs to retrain them and teach them the basics of human decency. At the very least, my packages haven’t been lost and I always get packages on time

No matter how many times I've come to this branch over the last 10+ years, the inconsiderate service never ceases to amaze me. I came in to drop off pre-paid labeled packages and there no line when I walked up to the counter nor was there anyone behind me. I walked up to the counter and politely asked the teller if she would scan the labels for me. I didn't require a receipt, getting the packages scanned was the priority. The teller proceeded to tell that "They're not supposed to scan prepaid labels and that the customer is supposed to go to the self-service station to scan it ourselves. I told that there were people using the station and there was no one on the teller line so I came here to make it faster for me and also out of the many different years I've been using USPS to ship packages for my business, of all the different locations that I've been to, from Homestead up to North Miami, not once has anyone EVER told me that they're not supposed to scan prepaid labels. I said to the teller "I would rather you tell me that you don't feel like doing it, rather than lie to me, because she was the first that I had ever head that from. Sensing confrontation looming on the horizon, I merely told the teller that I wouldn't want her to go out of her way to do her job, so ill do it for her and scan my own packages. No matter how many years go by, the service at this location is horrendous. This branch DESPERATELY needs new management ASAP or just SHUTDOWN PERMANENTLY because they consistently failed miserably at running a business. I would rather drive all the way to QUAIL ROOST branch just to have service with PEACE OF MIND. P.S. there wasn't an option for 0 STARS so I settled for 1 STAR, but whoever is reading this, I would give them 0 STARS if I could!!!!!

Terrible. Workers here have an attitude with everyone, assume customers know things and don’t want to work. They are vague with their responses and don’t care about actually helping you. Sad to have this poor level of work ethics representing a government entity.

After waiting in line only to be told they can't print a simple return label. I had all the information on my phone. I was told to go to the library to get it printed. Welcome to the U.S. Postal Service. In 2023 they can't afford a printer. Where are our tax dollars going? Adding insult to injury. They won't close your packages. Instead they make you buy a whole roll of tape. I saw this happen right in front of me. She needed 8 inches of tape. This place is trash.

Don't have a great opinion after witnessing a lady employee that was working today (6/3/2022) be rude to a couple that tried to speak to her in Spanish. The lady employee demanded that they spoke to her in English. "In English please" she said after the couple started to speak in Spanish to her. The couple was trying to send some documents via certified mail, and they had to ask for help from someone in the line. When a nice Samaritan started translating to English what the customer was saying in Spanish, the lady employee said "I know, I understand", and then spoke Spanish. Really? What kind of world is this when you can't help another person with the language barrier? You don't know if they just arrived from whatever country and are trying to adjust, and learn the language, etc? That was extremely rude and uncalled for, shame on you for being that kind of person that just assumes that because we live in the USA we all have and must speak English for the moment we put foot in this great country, you don't know what people's situation is to demand people speak to you, in a federal building that services citizen from any country, including tourists, to speak to you in English. As far as I know, there is no law for that. And regardless, the point is, where is your kindness lady? C'mon, lets try to help each other, life is hard as it is, for people like you to make it even more difficult, for no reason whatsoever. Please take some time to reflect, and hopefully change.

By far the worst USPS branch I've ever dealt with. Carriers from this location are the worst carriers I've ever seen. My packages are always arriving late, or being lost. UPS, Fedex and amazon have no issues delivering to my address. There's no excuse for this kind of service.

Again.....here we go.....all the parcel drops are full. My item got stuck inside. The door. Nobody responds. Mondays all three mail bins are full. Makes it hard for people who work long hours to mail items when you cannot come back. So don't count on the 24 hour open rule.

One of the worst USPS I have ever been to. Employees are so quick to disregard you. No assistance or customer service what so ever. All post office provide receipts of drop-off if needed they refused to do that. They seem lazy and rude for no reason. They rather chitchat between each other and talk about pay that work and get the line moving. I used to soo much better a couple of years ago. DO NOT COME HERE!!!

They don't have any organizational skills, and when you make any suggestion, they get annoyed and slam doors. If you want us to put the large box in the large bin, you should probably signify what you define as a large box. for example; put up a sign that says something like 'Any box larger than 12 inches is large," and "Any box under 12 inches is small". But I suspect they enjoy being authoritarian and belittling their customers so they can have some sense of empowerment in their lives. I can't think of any other reason why they would not come up with solutions to make their day less complicated and hostile.

Worse customer service ever. I asked if they were in a bad mood this morning. I told them they should be happy they woke up today that they are breathing and have a job! If people can’t handle customer service or busy holiday seasons then don’t do the job.

The two ladies that works there don’t know anything! I was given a code to return my items, waited in a long line just to be told they can’t return it and the label is already paid for! Please hire employees that has some knowledge about the place and system of where they work.

I’ve been coming for 25 years to this specific location, and it only had gone worst. Today I was there and they only had 1 employee , his name is Carlos, I observed how he treated customers for the almost 45 minutes , been the most professional, respectful and kindness person to all the customers he greeted and help, despite the long line of customers, which it’s an stressful situation for any employee that really cares and respect others time. At the same time I observed his supervisor Natasha Payne which was one of the most unprofessional and rudest person I’ve seen there. People complaining and she is just telling them to go to another location ( Snapper Creek, close to MDC in 104th Street in Miami) and saying in such a way like : If you don’t like it then go to another location, in a mocking way. Instead of helping out the only employee there at that time taking care of customers, she was just sitting down doing nothing and will take forever to get a pickup package for someone; whenever they will come for that, like a client told her : What a LACK OF RESPECT!!! Who oversees supervisors and managers for this USPS location?.!!!! Was so disrespectful for this employee (Carlos) the fact that she didn’t care a bit for his amazing work and professionalism and for all those customers waiting in line. Carlos keep your good work , professionalism, and kindness, and don’t let anyone take that away from you. Natasha shame on you the way you talk to that customer and sending us to another location if we didn’t like the wait. USPS keep the good one and get rid of the bad ones, as simple as that. Put in those position hard workers , not lazy people that like to crush those great employees!!!

If you are going to require people to have their slips filled in when they get to the counter, atleast have the common sense to have someone refill the holders for the slips. Do not make people have to come up to you to ask for them that makes you even slower.

I am SHOCK this place is even open! Worse service… Washington or whoever is in charge of the post office, do you guys not read the reviews in this place. It’s ridiculous the amount of line and people and just have one person attending to everyone. There are some LAZY A—- people in this location. It’s very easy to work for the post office and know it’s hard for you to lose your job no matter what you do. RIDICULOUS RIDICULOUS hire more people or have the ones in the office actually work

After signing for my package (delivered by FedEx), they lost it within 1 day, saying they might have given it to someone else! I ordered a package from an online business. They shipped the package via FedEx. USPS signed for this package and put a yellow note in my PO box saying the package is too large for the PO Box, so I have to pick it up from the front. I take the note up front, but they say they can't find my package, and because they possibly gave it to the wrong person! The next day the supervisor issued me a letter saying "I regret learning of the inconvenience you have experienced. . . .Regrettably, our search was unsuccessful in locating your missing parcel or its contents". They said I need to give this letter to business that sent the package. Why?? They did everything right. Even FedEx did everything right. I want a refund from YOU, USPS.

This USPS store is the worst, the front desk like to do nothing, she told everyone to "leave your box there." Yesterday I put my packages and today I checked the tracking and a created label still appears. if you want to waste time and stay go here.

Horrible, frustrating Post Office. They refuse to deliver to my house even though all other carriers have no problem with it. Amazon handed off a 42 lb package to them and they left a notification for me to come pick it up. When the guy brought it to the counter he asked if I could carry it. I asked what the options were if I couldn't and he rudely informed me that I would have to return, presumably with help. Moments before he had given another customer a cart but apparently that was not an option for me. Since it's a solid 20 minute drive each way I grabbed my giant heavy package (it was a mattress) and wrestled it out the door and into my car. I get that they are not allowed to assist but at least they could be polite.

I agree with the other reviewers. This branch is a mess. Upon entering I see water all over the floor, puddles, not sure if there was a leak but it was a lot of water everywhere and no blocking it off. The handle to the drop off for packages was broken and it wouldn’t open. So I went into the main area and there was people waiting asking if there was any body working because there was no employees to be found. There was a huge stack of packages so I left mine there and as I was leaning the employee comes out and says the system is down. So it seems like they need new employees and a new system that keeps crashing.

The only person who is kind is Jasmine, the rest don't like to work. One day I arrived with 13 letters and I needed individual receipts and she didn't want to do it because she didn't feel like it. They should hire more people like Jasmine and the truth is almost everywhere. post office attention is terrible

The worst post office. The employees here are so rude. When we drop off packages in the bins since they refuse to scan them at the counter, the packages sometimes will take days to be scanned and start moving. This is providing a terrible customer experience for our customers when we are doing everything possible to make sure our company goes above and beyond. You can count on USPS to mess that up for us.

By far the worst service ever. Very rude and disrespectful. These people don’t like their jobs or to help the public. Honestly they shouldn’t be working there. The administration should reconsider their employees and choose the proper employees to help and serve the public especially when customers have questions. Literally I totally got ignored by employees because they were closing in five minutes.

Extremely displeased with the level of disregard from this P.O. I have been trying to get my "community" mailbox faceplate replaced for months. I continue to get the runaround by staff members at this P.O. The Supervisor has yet to return my phone call. I escalated my request to the United States Postal "Inspection Service" in hopes of a timely resolution.

👍👍 Just by reading some of the reviews you can tell that some people either have no common sense or love to be devilish. I’ve been going to this location for YEARS! Never have I ever encountered a problem, some employees are not the most welcoming but they’re profesional and do their job as they should...
