    Once more 12 people are in line and only one person is working the counter. For the past month and a half, my mail to my PO Box has been returned to the senders, and I got other people's mail instead. Orders from online for small packages and cards from friends arrive torn open and the empty package wrapper or envelope is delivered. I have reported thefts twice. This is the most infuriating, disorganized, and chronically understaffed post office I have dealt with in my life.

    Just dealt with a real winner who was sitting behind the desk, extremely rude and no skills whatsoever when it comes to customer service, just a heinous individual. Mail is often late (or stops completely when a mail carrier goes on vacation … what a joke); it also gets marked “delivered” when it hasn’t actually been delivered. Nobody answers the phone. Mack is good to go, but other than him… a thorough house cleaning is probably the only way to go. Not holding my breath though. This post office is disgraceful.

    They don't deliver your packages even if you paid for expedited shipping. They let everything sit for extended periods of time without delivering packages. Mail goes weeks without being delivered. Several times you get mail for the block over from your block. Carriers don't even know what street they are on. Most things I order come damaged or destroyed by the post office. If you go up there, its nothing but excuses. Personally I believe the employees at this location despise the residents of this neighborhood and most of this is done deliberately out of spite. This place needs to be investigated.

    Staff in the post office is hardly ever helpful or efficient. I receive emails everyday showing the mail to expect for the day. Some articles never show up. Sevice stops for days at a time and no reason is ever given. If an Amazon package is coming via USPS, about 30% of them don't show up. I track some packages to this post office and they sit there a day or two (past the estimated ship time) until they try delivery. If tracking says "running late" that means it won't show up at all. I generally pay more for other delivery methods because USPS is so bad here.

    I wish I could give this location zero stars. The postal worker Deborah (working the desk 30AUG21 at 1515 HRS) started screaming because I forgot my mask in the car. She yelled "everybody know you need a mask, everyone got the vaccine and need a mask, it a mandate and everybody know that." She was unbelievably rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. I went to my car and grabbed a mask then waited in line. After she scanned my package I asked her if that is how she speaks to all of the customers who use the post office. I reminded her that she's a government employee and that's unacceptable. She just stared telling again "boy bye, bye, bye ... I'm not dealing with this bye." I'vealready filed a complaint with the inspector general and I suggest others do the same. I don't understand how as a government employee they are empowered to speak that way to customers. That employeeshould be suspended without pay the way she dealswith customers. I also called six times at 3:30pm, but of course no one answers the phone.

    Always a terrible experience. Frequently they won't deliver a package, change status to "ready for pickup", then turn you away when you get there and say, "Oh it's on the truck" just so they don't have to go look for it in back. (I work in logistics- either fix the system or stop lying to customers!). Then my home has the last name, house number AND street clearly marked FOR 36 YEARS, yet I always get someone else's mail. Employees are beyond careless and lazy.

    This is one of the worst usps I been to. I’m so sad it’s been twice already that I have ordered items and this place always seems to lose them. Upon reading the reviews here I am amazed at the similarities we all have with our experiences. Just now my item said it was supposedly delivered when it wasn’t! I’ve been home all day and in the living room and I literally got it “delivered “ at 12:48 and checked at 1pm and there was nothing but a letter . And I know for sure it wasn’t stolen because I would of seen. The package was small to fit in the mailbox. I’m so upset I just lost almost 100$ All thrown away for people not doing their job correctly I’m so sad my address corresponds to this facility :(

    Horrible post office. I never receive my mail. My packages are always days late. The manager is just as bad as the staff. I wish they all can be held accountable for the poor work ethics this post office have. I’m fed up

    Horrible post office!!! Horrible staff!!!! Nothing has changed here!! Mail I was supposed to receive never got here!! 2 mail deliveries in 14 days!!! Missing mail?? And bad attitudes!! Dint know what to do anymore!! Completely fed up!!!

    ZERO STARS!!! The most RUDE experience of my life!! How do people who work in customer service get away with treating customers so poorly? Arrived shortly before 9am. Doors were open, both doors. The lady asked how did you get in we’re not open? We said the door was open. She said someone must have left the door open last night!! What?!? Ok, walked out waited until 9am. As soon as you walk in that you can feel the negativity immediately. We were there for passport services. There were a bunch of us in line. They proceeded to pull an African American lady who was last in line FIRST. Yes, everyone else in front was white and yes those working there African American. You can tell she even felt awkward and confused. Ok our turn. We walk up and there are three employees standing around. Immediate attitude and unprofessionalism. She asked us for our paperwork and asked where’s your copy of your license and birth certificate? I said oh I must have forgotten I’m so sorry could you kindly make a copy? I even offered to pay for copies. They alllll laughed and said we could but we could also send you across the street. One guy proceeded to say “ they acting like we owe them something “ rolling their eyes, making comments and laughing. Made a huge point to embarrass us. I was so uncomfortable at this point but just wanted our passport so we didn’t say anything There was literally a printer by her knee. I will NEVER EVER walk past this place! I couldn’t believe how unprofessional, inconsiderate these employees are! You know what’s funny? It’s tolerated! Read these reviews! Everyone in line outside just dreaded walking in and I now know why! They all should be ashamed of themselves. Hope to god they have cameras this will not be the last they hear from me! If you don’t like working with people find another job. Makes me sick how poorly we were treated.

    Honestly, this Post Office should have been shut down a long time ago. Not sure why they're still open. No mail to missing mail/packages, pretending to attempt delivery of packages, the list goes on and on. None of the people you speak with are helpful and Informed delivery is a waste of service because checking the box for missing mail doesn't help because you won't ever receive it. Oh and let's not forget that they're always short staffed.

    Some of these workers here have poor customer service skills. If you don’t want your job, just quit. Nasty attitudes for absolutely no reason and being snarky toward customers. If you don’t feel like being at work, STAY HOME!!!

    I went today to renew my passport, the lady was nice, she explained the process and options,she even took my picture a few times to make sure it was a good pic, she was very kind and helpful, overall great customer service and a clean location. Thanks for everything you do!

    If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I hate this post office. I went there at 0900 this morning and I was told my package was out for delivery with a courier. I checked my tracking since it said it would be here at 1900 and it says it didn’t arrive there until 1416 today. What a bunch of liars. I signed up for updates and I never got one.

    They were screaming at people if they weren’t wearing masks when they walked through the door. I’m all for wearing masks, but they could have just asked their customers politely as they were entering. Instead they were screamed at. When I asked why they were screaming at their customers the clerk that was dealing with me told me to,”Shut Up and finish my transaction.” My response was,”Did you just tell me to shut up?” There is absolutely zero customer service or people skills amongst their staff.

    They have not been or only periodically (after a complaint has been filed) delivering mail to our condo building since January 2023. It is now December 2023 and it has been an ongoing issue for the entire year. They claim that it is because of a dog on the premises, but this dog is either no longer here or has possibly passed since it is not seen nor heard by other residents. Our property management, HOA lawyer, and board members are all aware of the ongoing issue. On 12/19 my boyfriend who lives with me attempted to pickup mail pieces from location (which we have done before) and was told he cannot have the mail because I was not with him. My ID does not have the updated address of our condo on it either so this should have never been an issue, especially since they refuse to deliver to the building. It has been a constant back and forth battle with them over delivering the mail and residents have witnessed USPS completely skip over the mailboxes that were placed illegally on the front lawn in front of the building in an attempt to receive mail instead of having them go to the inside boxes. The HOA lawyer is prepared to take legal action if this matter is not resolved because 6 units are not receiving mail and we have no idea what is being done to our mail without it being placed in postal boxes. There could be theft, fraud, etc. going on with this issue as well. USPS workers are extremely argumentative over this and only call to say there is nothing that can be done until the dog owner calls them, but this will not solve the issue of them not delivering the mail. All animals are kept on leashes and remain in there units during mail delivery hours. Signage has been posted throughout hallways and residents have been informed, yet they still continue to not deliver. They do not answer the phone when I have attempted to call them a number of times. We would like for the mail to be either delivered to the building or unit needs to receive a postal box free of charge so that we know our mail is safe and not being tampered with or stolen. It has caused SO much unnecessary stress. We have been waiting for important mail to be delivered (like an EBT card in order to be able to get food) and now they won’t deliver nor let us pick up our mail from the physical location so really have no idea what to do except take legal action against them. Horrible experience I would move if I hadn’t just purchased this year.

    Worst post office in the United States, I paid all my bills and put them in the mail slot INSIDE the post office, some how not even one made it to any of the destinations. Now I am being hit with $500 worth fees and cant call my bank until Monday to reissue payments. Avoid this post office like the plague!

    Missing mail never comes to my PO Box or someone else's mail in my PO BOX. This has been going on every since I got my Box after these couple of months are over with I want get another box with this company will go elsewhere tired of missing mail. You pay 50 bucks for missing important mail.

😠 My visit at this post office was HORRIBLE today!! The supervisor on duty today July 23rd was too lazy to check if my package was there or not. The two gentleman that work there are ALWAYS kind and helpful. She needs to be replaced immediately. If you don't want to do your job find another one!!
