    This company has dealt with my claim which I appreciate , and I was pleased to receive a letter to say I had money due to me. I was well aware of this companys charges so there was no surprise of the amount I need to pay them. However since I have received the letter of offer of payment this company has harassed me constantly for their payment. I have had several emails, texts, letters and telephone calls in which I have advised when I receive payment I will pay them their fee but as I havnt received any payment as yet I certainly not paying a fee. This is now got to the point I feel like deducting 35% and Vat from the amount due to them every time they harass me going forward. The way they are going on they will get zero 😠

    BEWARE !!!! Stay clear of this company. Read all the reviews everyone says same or similar. Keep harassing you for money when hadnt even recieved the money more than 8 calls a day. Then when eventually get the money your owed and pay them, they start again harassing you nearly 3 years done the line saying records show not pai. Why would any company wait 3 years for a payment if hadnt paid back then. Past 3 weeks been geting harassed. Think this company is scamming people and think this company should be investigated Go with a professional decent company. STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY

    Do NOT deal with this company.Fees are extortionate! Small claim of £998 they take £448.You have to constantly email them to chase the claim.I have dealt with the claimable company myself and I have expidited a settlement direct of which the cheque for full value is on its way, yet Claimeazy are already harassing me for their outrageous fee, for money I have not yet received.Financial ombusdman should be regulating these charges, lots of companies are only charging 10%.BEWARE and research before you claim.

    Even when a claim is settled they continue to send letters and emails for information, information that I have provided more than 10 times previously. I paid their commission and told them not to contact me again and yet they continue harassing me for this information for a settled claim??? Would not recommend this company to anyone.

    I'm surprised at the negative reviews on here. As a managing director of a company I decided I was capable of reclaiming PPI on an M&S account. After months of paperwork & frustration the ombudsman found in my favour but M&S successfully appealed. I was sent a letter asking me to sign if I wanted to resubmit my claim at a later date. I signed the form then contacted Claim Eazy, gutted my claim would be reduced by paying a fee! However it was worth every penny as they did in less than 6 Months what I'd been unable to achieve in over a year with numerous letters & phone calls. Don't let anyone ever tell you it's easy to do it yourself as this is a myth!! Claim Eazy were professional helpful & efficient & I can't recommend them highly enough

    Fair enough, they found a small amount I was due back...I wasn't even fussed about the extortionate fees, I knew what it signed up for. But, the constant hounding/harassing for their fees when I havant received the money is beyond a joke. Emails and letters warning me I owed them money and I was breaking the agreement! Thankfully I hadn't given them my telephone numbers so couldn't waste more of my time hounding me......wrong, they have clearly found my home number by other means and started calling me at home. I would recommend going to a reputable company, or using templates and doing this yourself.

    Totally bullies told them not to do any more claims on ppi but they will not stop harass you over money/claims that you don't even authorize. Bad company to deal with stay clear.

    No stars .deserved but they have to rated ... Absolutely has to be the worst company I have dealt with ..I had a claim successfully paid out and I duly paid Claim Easy their fees . Months ago they told me I had a other PPI due to be paid from the same comany as the 1st claim .This company denies there is another payment due to me .. Claim Easy have bombarded me with Text messages, emails phonecalls and almost 20 letters requesting payment off their fees .. The last few letters are now threatening me with a debt collecter. Any time you phone them they tell you that these are automated letters and not too worry . Well to hell with that , I am now contacting the Financial Ombudsmen . So hope Claim Easy read their reviews..

    Not even a star. After going 50/50 on some claims, I asked them not to pursue any further claims. I got telephone call after telephone call. After speaking to a manager, I received an email which included this statement. "As you have requested for your claims to be closed if we have succeeded in getting an offer of Compensation within 35 working days of your cancellation then you are liable to pay our fee in accordance." This company is now panicing because the deadline is coming up and will harrass and harrang you any way they can.

    Awful awful awful, took them over a year to get anywhere, I was advised they would appeal an offer (of £50.00) and a rejection. They then spent months ringing me up to three times everyday to return the form (despite them saying we should appeal). Same conversation every time I've told them to forget the whole thing, but they've said in that case I've got to accept the £50.00 so they can get & £30.00. The sooner this can be closed the better so I don't have to deal with them

    Would not even give 1 star, what a bully company who have no proof or evidence of anything which they claim and then send people to your house to bully you into giving money, this company should be shut down stay away

    Been served with a County Court judgement a few days ago without my knowledge as apparently this company allegedly helped me with a claim I have no recollection of. Unable to contact them as line keeps disconnecting So please be aware before signing anything with this company

    I put a claim in in 2018. After years of filling form after form in they have now told me that I was too late for submission as it passed the deadline!!! I have missed out on the money because of this incompetent company. They should be closed down!! Do not use this company ever.

    Absolutely terrible. Harass for money sent my case to a money recovery solicitor I paid 81.00 just to stop them taking me to court. Santander didn't pay bk ppi claim easy said they did I sent lots of bank statements to prove I hadn't received it 🤔
