CHEATERS. Avoid this place if you don’t want tricky numbers in your meal bill. They say “5 and 10 Tl. Kebabs” but when you go to pay for your kebab, they charge different prices and show you a menu which didn’t mention at the beginning.

Don’t go here. Avoid. Total scam. The man showed us a menu with prices. We wanted two small kebabs. The menu showed they were like 14-15 each for small. Yet somehow very mysteriously the total came to 57 lira. I wish we had read reviews before blindly coming here so we would see what a scam this place is. I would be able to slightly overlook how much we got ripped off if the food was actually good. But it was so dry, no sauce, no flavor. The most basic, tasteless kebab in all of Turkey. I hope you’ll be lucky enough to read this review before you go, instead of after when you’re upset about getting ripped off.

Should also review before. Terrible place with most terrible services. First they ask money ten times more. Then they ask some table Service money. You order one 100g they said you get 200 and have to payd more. The next to them do exactly same. Dont GO there. Better give you money some normal people. The hold lamb and chicken same place. Sou our chicken taste like lamb. F...... Terrible.

This is a SCAM! Be aware that the prices in the menu is not real they put lots of stuff on the table and upsell without telling you that they will double the price from the menu. If you try to point this out they become very aggressive and will pressure you into paying. I reccomend everyone to avoid this place, i will send a complaint to the relevant authorities at the first opportunity. Once again, avoid this place there are many other places to choose from.

Cheating ! Beware - prices in menu are not the same as they ask ! They force us to pay 200g - even we order only normal portions of 100g ! As this is their modus operandi and their bad manner i suggest some local people : to make report at police and to bring this cheating guys behind bars ! CAREFUL ! Bad bad bad - cheating

**WARNING** do not dine here what so ever. They are friendly to get you in, but once your in, the service is catastrophic. The food took forever and when it came, it wasn’t what we ordered. Although it was the wrong food, and we made this clear to them, they not only charged us for it, but over charged us. I never give any restaurant such a bad rating, but I would only be lying if I said anyone different in this situation.

The food smells awful. They charge 10% automatically for tip. We could not eat the food.

Beware!!!! Firstly the food is actually pretty good,but.....they will change you significantly More than the menu price...and when ordering a platter will indicate that the salad, tatziki, salad is included in the price. I ended up paying 620TLR or approx £70 for 3 people. SCAMMED!!!! Its my own fault. I should check reviews as it looked like a tourist trap.

The food was average and we felt tricked as the prices on the menu were not inclusive of VAT. More than that, no one in the restaurant has informed us of that neither were any indications on the menu. In the end, as we were going to pay the cashier, we were surprised as the receipt was given to us folded with the amount to pay (including 16% VAT) was written on its back. We unfolded the receipt and we discovered the trick. The cashier did not care and was only going to accept the written amount (total written by the waiter who took us in charge). We paid him full amount as requested because he was unwilling to discuss the matter and we didn't want to make a fuss for a 50 lira. But one thing to learn, always ask for prices before ordering and make sure it includes VAT.

They include % tip in the bill even though service is absent whatsoever. They don’t bring out the food that you order and yet include it in the bill (the bill itself is written in such handwriting that you cannot understand and have to constantly catch someone for them to read it through) The food is average, for one time ok but never again

Listalla hinnat näyttivät halvalta, mutta laskun tullen maksoimme jaetusta lautasesta ja ranskalaisista noin 37 euroa eli reilu 1080 liiraa. Jaettu lautanen myytiin meille siinä uskossa, että se on yhteensä reilu 360 liiraa, mutta laskussa se oli veloitettu per henkilö. Ruoka ei ollut mitenkään erikoista, melko kuivaa ja tarjoilijoilla aika kului pääsääntöisesti sisäänheittämisessä.

Hello I went there yesterday with my husband and ordered Kebab, the order was fine but was different from other plates of the same order, for example our plates did not have Grilled Peppers which some other tables had, another table who came after us recieved their order before us, we ordered water cup with ice and the waiter said it is not available but 2 minutes later he gave another table cups with ice, they are rude the waiters are obviously overworked and not professional, never going back again put your money in other places. Absolutely hated it

Quite pricey for what you get and it wasn't that great to be honest. Also, if you sit in the street prepare to be hassled by people trying to sell you perfume, after shave etc.

I have never eaten a worse kebab in my entire life. The chicken kebab had the taste of foul meat, similar to rotting lamb. Three hours have passed and I still have this horrid taste stuck to the back of my throat. The icing on the cake was the bill which read 150TL for one chicken sandwich. I wouldn't have entered the place weren't it for the heavy rain and absence of mobile data.

Don't ever eat there befor asking for the prices, they will literally steal u. At the end it was my mistake not reading reviews before sitting there, cause it seems that they r a professional scammers. I don't recommend even passing by 😄

Ordered kebab sandwich, chicken donor, & meat iskander!! Not tasty at all !!!!!! No flavor in food and lack of quality. Although the food smell from outside is so attractive but don’t recommend it

If there is 0 Star, I would give it, definitely a bunch of scammers targeting non turki speakers, they charged me 2000 lt, for a mix plate and a shawarma döner, all tourists and non locals must definitely avoid this restaurant...

Despite all negative reviews we enjoyed our meel here.

Beware TOURIST TRAP!!! Worst Turkish food I've eaten so far. The ambience is reminiscent of a chip shop on two floors. Far too overpriced food and then bad quality. The hotel food was way better. The waiter kept eating while he was working and neglected the guests.

Having just eaten here, service was ok and very friendly at first. It was me, my wife and 3 kids and a toddler. We were reasonably hungry so we ordered some grilled prawns and fried calamari. He then recommended the mixed kebab for us and stupidly enough we didn't ask the price. It came out a massive tray of meat that could easily feed 6 to 8 adults. We perhaps managed about a quarter and as we are flying out the next day, we didn't take it away so it was binned. Then came the bill. €280!!! We challenged him as to why he gave us so much when he clearly saw our family would never be able to finish it. He didn't bat an eyelid when we asked for a discount as it was so much wasted. SCAM SCAM SCAM. It took me a while to find them here as the name has changed, our receipt shows Haci Usta Kebabcisi but their sign says Haci Emmi then on here they are called Turkmen. More like scammen. Impossible to find by name but I googled their phone number and this came up. Stay very far away from this restaurant.

Food wasnt bad, but for the price you pay you could get better and bigger portions down the street. Waiters are not very friendly except the young guy in 20s. If u decide to come here, eat upstairs because when you sit on the street every minute there is someone begging for money and offering you parfumes or stuff like this.

250 gram chicken doner in durum for 175 lira and 100 gram chicken sandwhich for 105 lira, so quite expensive and far from tasty. They are friendly when they try to get you eat here buy but once you sit they are less friendly. The "garlic sauce" and chili saus were runny and they had almost no taste but without the sauce the durum and sandwich were dry. When paying, they tried to scam us with "service fee". Please check your bill if you are desperate to eat here.. Only good thing was they had free toilet.

AVOID this place at any cost. I found somebody’s nails in the food and was forced to pay 385 TL instead of 43

Was ok, the food is overpriced though , maybe because of the cafeteria’s location… the view from the cafeteria is nice. The waiter told us that we can pay downstairs but tip him to right here🤦‍♀️ Turkish waiters left very bad impression

As everybody said it is a scam. They are polite and nice in the beginning but will cheat and be aggressive in the end. The food is the worst we tried Turkey. They are a shame for Turkey and such a nice place

Won’t be coming back here! Waiter cared more that we pay than thanking us for our business. He served Turkish people before foreigners, a clear racist. Waiter pointed his finger in my face explaining to a coworker I would pay. Rude people. Scam artists, do not deserve these prices for the lack of quality of this food! Never again! Don’t go!

Food is top notch but so are the prices. If you can afford it and not on a budget it's worth it.

Scam stay away we were charged £47 for a meal for 2 that turns our was actually a meal for up to 8 people. Our waiter spoke very good English until I challenged them around the price... then all of a sudden no one could speak English!!! Poor dry kebab meat at best .. stay away

I tried to pay with a card after enjoying Döner Kebab and Iskender Kebab, but I had no choice but to pay in cash because the card, which was well paid elsewhere, did not work on this device. Later, I found out that there are many houses in Turkey that purposely manipulate card terminals to receive cash, not cards. I felt very bad.
