This place should not be an active hotel. Upon arrival the front desk person was very ignorant and disrespectful. We made reservations to avoid any problems with check in but got opposite results. It was so bad trying to deal with check in that we decided to pass on staying there. My wife went to check the balance of her card and the money wasn't there. We returned and were checked in. The place has no elevator and the interior halls carpet was filthy and stained with an oder. The room was dingy and unclean. I will never stay there ever again. Please don't subject yourself or family to this filth. We stayed because it was my birthday and we didn't want to look elsewhere . absolutely awful!!!!

Motel from HELL! If I could leave 0 stars I would! I reserved 2 rooms for my daughters softball tournament & at arrival lobby smelled very moldy mixed with nicotine! We checked in & tried to give it a shot... well sheets were NASTY! Holes & stains all over! Bathroom tub had blood in tub still, wall looks like someone took a pee & it was never cleaned. Carpet had what looked to be blood stains. I had my 13 year old & 6 year old daughter which both have sever allergies & asthma. Smell was already affected them. I asked receptionist about a refund & she called the Manager (Bob Patel) he refused, he offered to move our rooms. I explained to him that no matter where he moved us that the smoke smell would still bother my asthmatic kids. He was very rude, told me he would no give me a refund! I called the customer care line & spoke with them. She said she would call the front desk & tell them to issue a refund. She told us that they called but the call was disconnected. Needless to say save your money & stay ANYWHERE else! I walked across the street to the Best Wester Plus & they gave me a discount for having to deal with them!

This hotel was not what the pictures show when booking. It was old and rusty, and you smelled mold, the carpet in the hallway, and rooms needed to be cleaned asap. The TV didn't work, nor did the wifi. The hinges on the door were rusty. Complimentary breakfast was not good. It's not a good choice to choose from. This place needs to be remodeled asap or tore down. Management attitude was not great. Bob Patel is the general manager on the card, and It says newly remodeled must just be lobby because the rooms have not been updated.

Horrible experience here. I will never stay here again, nor will I recommend anyone using this particular days inn. Not only did the room have an awful mildew smell, but the staff was rude and unaccomidating. Stayed for 3 nights and was literally near impossible to get new bedding or towels for the room. Even had to ask over 6 times over the course of 2 days, but each request was ignored. They acted like it was absurd that we even requested it. One night, even having to sleep in a bed without sheets due to their incompetence and lack of customer service or care for the comfort of their guest's stay. The door to the room was all jacked up and took up to 10 minutes at times to even get the key card to unlock the door to let us in. Was unable to even enjoy the so-called "free" breakfast cause the waffle mix was out, and although I asked the staff 3 times to refill it, I was unable to even have breakfast there. It was not a comfortable experience, and it actually made my situation seem more stressful. They do not care about having returning customers, it seems. I wish I could rate it 0 stars. Do not stay here unless you're ready for a stressful experience, along with a very unclean and unsanitary stay.

If I had a choice between staying here again or staying at Bates motel, I’d ask Norman and his mama to set me a place for dinner. This was the worst, most disgusting place I have ever stayed. The front desk clerk was unbelievably rude. She argued with me about how many rooms I was supposed to have, and how much money I had paid. We arrived at 5 pm after a 6 hour drive and it took nearly an hour to get both of my rooms. I booked 2 rooms next to each other over a month ago and ended up with rooms on seperate floors. The entire first floor reeked of weed. The second floor had what appeared to be blood stains in the hallway. The blankets in the room are actually just quilted sheets. The air in my room only worked occasionally. And when my daughters and I went to go get dinner, there went several men out in the parking lot drinking and smoking weed. They were literally surrounded by empty beer cans. It just made us a little uncomfortable

The manager (owner?) was very kind and returned our deposit for the room. However, this location was grimy and dirty. We checked out immediately after finding other accommodations. The mirrors were so smudged and I’m sure one was a butt print. There were stains in the carpet and crumbs that hadn’t been vacuumed. When checking in, the desk agent told the manager what room we would be in. So, he went in and sprayed Lysol or some kind of disinfectant before us. That smell was overwhelming when we walked into the room, but then it settled and the smell of dirty feet hit us like a ton of bricks. We really didn’t want to touch anything, so we walked out and drove around, made some calls, and booked the other accommodations. We returned and checked out without a single night’s stay.

The stair wells smell so bad they just about make you throw up! There was someone sleeping under the stairs that are "secure" by key entry. The halls did not smell much better! I did not stay there, I was just there to pick up my daughter. The room she said she had to clean when she checked in. She said the white cloth she used was black after she cleaned the tables and counters. Needless to say I will never recommend anyone stay there. And I was only there about 15 minutes.

This place is Disgusting!!!! Stained walls, sheets, bedding carpeting. It smells so bad inthe rooms of Mold and urine. Broken security doors. Fridge all the way frozen in Ice.microwave doesn't work. BLACK AND BROWN STAINS ON SHEETS!! Towel rack pulled out of wall and duct taped back. Coffe pot hald old coffee left in it.This was a Suite! When I told the manager about the nasty sheets. He told me" well the housekeepers not here right now I can give you some sheets and you can change them yourself". After just driving 36 hours cross country. I explained to him, that" I do not work for the hotel and just paid 100 to work for them either. This is a service you provide me." I asked for a refund which he told me he could not do after charging my Card. WHEN I TOLD HIM I WOULD JUST CALL WYNDM. HE GOT UPSET AND REFUNDED ME. WENT TO HOWARD JOHNSON. THIS PLACE WAS STERILE IN COMPARISON.

This room was disgusting, it smelt bad, the sofa is just so nasty, the floors is dirty, the comforter had blood stains on it. The toilet over flowed, no lotion, 1 soap, the ice box is frozen over. The continental breakfast was non-existing they had some nasty cereals and coffee they have waffle makers but they did not have nothing to make waffles no fruit no nothing I could have got a better variety going to the convenience store right nextdoor. Very disappointing for as much that was paid. Says there is a fitness center, and there is even a sign, but we asked cause we could not find it and there is no fitness center. Will not stay here any more. And the woman who worked nights, was nice to us but kind of rude to another person. And the vending machine stole our money.

First I want to say yall need some americans to run this place.!!! Two BOB PATEL an His wife THE OWNERS an family are very rude..!!!! Bob & His wife give poor customer service an think they can talk to you any type of way an yell at you like as if your there child.! He also yelled at DON one of his ELDERLY employees for going above an beyond to help me figure out why my reservation wasnt showing up. He told this elderly man "GET OUT THE WAY LET ME DO IT AN BE QUIET AN GO CLEAN THE KITCHEN".. Bob patel is a very angry miserable person who acts like a sissy.! Him an his wife dont care who you are they are very disrespectful and that place needs some NEW OWNERS ASAP.!!! He also trys to to tell people they cant book online at the cheaper rate because he wants people to pay 100+ thru the hotel For those disgusting rooms, stained sheets, walls dirty & dirty floors. He also tells people they cant just sit in his lobby if they want get out there room for a little. The rooms do not match the description online and the breakfast is not even a continental breakfast. The rooms reek of mold, body odor and smoke.. The cleaning service does not give you towels rags or come in and clean the rooms and change the sheets like they're supposed to every day. The only towels and rags you are getting are the ones they supply you with when you first get in the room, so use them wisely. They go in your room without permisson when you leave and there is no privacy.

This is a dirty hotel. Dirty and stained carpets, trash in hallways, dimly lit hallways. Mattress was stained. Seal around AC unit you could see outside. Staff was indifferent, neither friendly or rude. Definitely do not recommend at all. Stay at one of the other hotels next to it.

The Room's were clean and comfy. The Manager and All the Working staff were very Professional and very polite. The Prices were reasonable and they have a nice Breakfast Bar as well. Very Quiet and relaxing. I would definitely stay again.

Place was filthy. Bedding yellow and stained. Actually had chocolate in one spot. Non smoking room but had burn holes all over bedding and cigarette ashes on side table. Manager knocked on door and walked in with an iron. What the heck!!! Smelled horrible. On the plus side the lady checking people in I give 5 stars she was very nice and understanding. I'm sure she is looking for better work. Manager/ owner is looks scruffy and dirty himself. Glad I wasn't buck naked when the jerk walked in. Stay at your own risk😷🥵

Do not go here. The lobby smelled, I was afraid to put my bags on the floor, there were no towels or soap or anything. When I asked for towels to take a shower, the water was only pool warmth, not hot. I couldn't dry off with the supposed clean towels because they were stained yellow and black. The pillow was yellow. I pulled the covers back and there were burn holes in the sheets. When I asked for.y money back he said he still had to charge me 1 night because I used the water which is considering using the room. There were other people leaving too. I am attaching pictures

The decor was nice but thy seriously need not only new linens but new staff. Stains on every thing have the room was rusted and the bathroom was grimey. Also it was like the cleaned what they do clean with sand because it was layered in sink tub and faucets. Also do not expect to get clean bed linen because your is stained all up, and staff make your bed because nope. "New linen and have a good night so sorry." Also the TV in our room did not work and no one on the property could tell me how to fix it. After thirty minutes and two beers I got it. The hdmi cable was in the wrong port. I mean hello seriously? Anyways trashy, they seriously need to learn how to clean better.

Honestly not that bad to me. Stayed a whole 7 nights here. And yeah sure smelled a little funky but the bed was very comfortable and housekeeping came and changed the sheets and emptied the trash everyday other day. I just brought disinfectant wipes and spray with me. If you like more high class hotels then obviously not the place for you. But it wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be because of all the bad reviews. And it was actually very quiet. Good place to just sleep if you’re not gonna spend all day in the hotel. Everything worked even the AC and you can change the settings on the TV to watch it in HD. I obviously took my electronics with me every time I left but I do that every where. And when you’re in the room there’s 2 different locks so housekeeping can’t come in if you sleep in or something. For the price I payed it was honestly a really good experience.

Place seem nice on the outside. Nice front desk help very professional and very accommodating. Problem was walking to the room. The hallways smell like a smoking bar and the carpets super stained. Once in the room the smell wasn't that bad. Room has plenty space. But TV dint work neither did the micro wave. They could update there appliances.... bed sheets where really stained. They smelled clean but heavily stained. Bathroom was okay. Painting. Pealing in the walls a bit. Due to the humidity and the fan no working properly or not working at all. I'd probably stay again. But not for what I paid. Have stayed I much nicer hotels for the same money of less. 🙃

If I could rate it a 0 I would. I arrived to this hotel around 9:30pm & it was disgusting. The on-site manager was terrible & could care less what I was talking about & the front desk clerk "sits here to look pretty & do what she is told" so no help there either. If your looking for somewhere to stay DONT GO HERE

Hotel smells like smoke when you walk in. Room had a funky smell to it, bed was comfy I have to say but the bathroom was dirty, prior hair left all over it, you can tell the floor was dirty and not vacuumed, the toilet bowl rock and bangs when you get off it. Will not be going there again. Definitely overpriced and horrible choice hotwire.

The whole hotel smells funky, the front desk people are rude and slow. After waiting 30 minutes to get checked in we got into our room and it smelled horrible, it clearly had not been cleaned. The counters were sticky and nasty, then to top it off there were human TEETH by the bed. When we asked if we could get a different room we were told no and handed some wet wipes and told to clean it up ourselves but the house keeper did come get the teeth. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone

Fisrt of all it looks very old. Like 80' themes. The carpet in the alley look stains and dirty. Smell like 10 peoples was smoking cigarettes in the alley. The odors in the room was ok, but you look at the bed and you see stains, old holes of cigarettes, there's was some weird black things at the bottom of the bed. Now the continental breakfast, you have the choice off 1. Bagel 2. Children cereal 3. Waffles with nothing to put on it... Oh and coffee that's tastes like boiled water. I wouldn't paid more than 25$ for a night.. looks like a more for people working type of hotel.

Room was very dirty and smelled. Made reservations and was given a handicap room. Asked if we could get a another room, was, told no. Management was very rude. Bathroom was horrible and not clean, hair left in sink, blood on the toilet pillows and sheets were stained. Definitely would not take a shower. There was a bug and a spider in the bed. Will never stay at a days inn again. I give it a zero

Front desk worker at arrival was extremely friendly and helpful. I had booked for two nights online and had gotten the dates wrong. She helped me cancel and rebook. Now day two was horrible. We left out early in the morning and when returned in the afternoon. In the front of the door was a pile of trash and when we entered the room was a mess . Left out for dinner and when we returned our door was open. Made it extremely hard to stay for that night. I wouldn't refer anyone to this hotel and will not return.

Staff was very rude the room that we stayed in had black mold so bad we coughed the entire time we were there. The microwave still had food in it from the previous people that stayed. Do not recommend. There was dust on the head boards and the light shades like it wasn't touched. On the day we checked out there was a crime scene do not cross tape tied to the light pole.

No elevator. Hallway smelled like a hooka cafe in Colorado. Beautiful room. 20+ min drive to PC Beach. Toilet rocked. Cigarette burn on the sheet. Nice breakfast with waffles n coffee n juice n cereal.

One of the worst hotel stays I have ever had. Was given the room key and upon entering the room noticed a smell. The small fridge had a dead cockroach inside it. Upon looking in the bathroom, the toilet was found full of feces and paper. And used bar or soap laying in a brown stained sink. I went immediately to the front desk to inform the desk clerk, and all he did was come up to the room and flush the toilet and say "OK you're good" and walk out. I'm not sure what kind of establishment you are looking for but I have never seen a hotel this bad. I was finally able to talk to a different desk clerk later after leaving for a few hours (I wasn't going to sit in the room and it was after midnight) I was given a new room. All the towels and bed sheets had stains. The shower did not have a liner and did not drain. The carpets were horrible. It appeared to be old blood stains in the hallway. The back door was not secures. This place needs to be shut down.

When we arrived the hotel has a wet moldy smell. Once we got in our room it was super hot. We turned the air down and told the front desk something was front. They proceeded to say someone would fix it. When we came back it was still hot. And one of the rooms was smoking weed and it was so intense it was coming through the vents in our bathroom. Just not a good experience. We did not stay.
