Javier and Hugo are true professionals. They presented all of the options for my plumbing repair and followed my wishes even though it was a stopgap measure. No pressure for the more expensive options and offered to advise me when I am ready to do the larger job. Couldn’t be happier with the service. Very personable. We are very pleased with our new boiler system that was installed and other plumbing repairs preformed by Patriot Pros. Javier is the best! So knowledgeable and experienced. His staff are all wonderful, helpful, clean and professional. They installed our new boilers quickly and did a beautiful job. We were able to leave town on vacation without worry one day later. We have an older home with natural plumbing issues and they have taken care of everything to our satisfaction.

No one likes a water leak and for sure no one likes it when you have costly repairs. I had an emergency over the holiday weekend. The owner and his wife came to my house without hesitation and was able to identify the issue. They immediately were able to get me on the schedule to repair the water leak. Chris and Marcus were my main technicians and they were amazing!!! They were professional and worked nonstop until my issue was resolved. During the repair process the owner and the owner son both came by to check on progress and to check on my family. The communication throughout the project was top notch! Patriot Pros continues to be very professional, knowledgeable, and communicates well when we have needed any services, which is why we keep going back to them. In April we had Patriot Pros out for a quote on A/C installation. The owner himself (Javier) came out and since the price was right, we went ahead with them. They installed the unit SAME DAY! I was so impressed at their efficiency, and in them doing the job right after we’ve had such negative experiences in other home improvement processes. Troy and his team were awesome! We were also signed up for the presidential program so we get free checks over the year. Yesterday Junior came by and completed an electrical inspection. This was a day earlier than originally scheduled, but they had called to confirm that would work for me first. He explained the process and what they would be looking for thoroughly. Together Anthony C. and Anthony P. came to my house to attempt to identify the cause of the sewage smell emanating from my bathrooms and kitchen. They were both very professional. They patiently listened to my explanation of the symptoms and carefully inspected my bathrooms and kitchen. They clearly explained to me the possible causes for the smell and easy ways to possibly remediate it myself in the future. Christopher and Marcus were both excellent. They were very professional and did a top notch job. We had an old water heater go and 26 hours later we had a new water heater installed. WOW What fantastic customer service! From the people at the office to the technician Javier and his apprentice. I so much appreciated the text with a picture before the service call so I knew who would be in our house. Then Javier explained to me what he was doing with my entire system. He made some necessary changes and was SO helpful. Friendly professional and efficient. And I have heat again! Will use again for all services!

Such a great experience with Patriot Pros!!! On a Sunday I had water leaking into my utility room and basement from a broken pipe and my water pressure valve was broken as well. Javier came out to help me (on a Sunday no less) in under an hour. Everything got fixed and squared away immediately. I also got a lot of education on my home, things to look for, and regular maintenance tips. Javier was so knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient! They do offer financing. I did not utilize the financing at this time but it's good to know that they offer it. I do have other repairs that need to be done to my home and Patriot Pros will be my first call!! Javier gave 5 star customer service all the way!!

On occasion, you can still be surprised by incredible service and repair. Every aspect of working with Patriot Pros, from the first inquiry, the follow-up, the scheduling, the assessment and actual replacement/installation of a new furnace was a 5-star experience. Exceptional service! We hands down recommend Patriot Pros. They were thorough, professional, and incredibly kind. We’ve been dealing with water damage due to a burst pipe to our water heater. After the pipe was replaced, our water pressure has been off and the water heater kept leaking. Javier quickly determined the real issue with our water heater after several plumbers could only provide a temporary fix. Fantastic and friendly service! Our heat went out on Thanksgiving and the owner showed up within a couple of hours and got us up and running! Frankie and Craig were friendly and knowledgeable and made the whole installation process very smooth. Highly recommend!

The burners of my furnace wouldn’t light( I couldn’t get a flame) . Patriot Pros was able to send someone that night to diagnose the potential problem. We were experiencing 19 degree weather and a furnace was necessary. They were Able to install the part the next day at night. Javier was the one who worked on it. He is knowledgeable and efficient. The pricing was higher than I wished for, but I have no other complaints especially with the willingness to work after hours. The dispatcher was very nice and professional. Starting at about 2pm on the day It went out and After calling over 10 places, patriot pros was the only service provider able to get us in and ended up being late at night. I had other places booked for appointments that would be days later, but I had hoped someone could get us in sooner and get the heat going again! Javier was very kind, professional, and straight forward. He didn’t insist that we use them for the repair and provided information to allow us to do our own work if desired. Due to limited time and desire to have heat immediately, we did pay for them to do the work.

My experience with Xavier from Patriot Pros was exceptional. Prompt, professional, courteous and respectful of my home. Xavier was able to troubleshoot and resolve a baffling situation. Half of my basement was without power. Xavier had to pinpoint the one wire that was causing the short circuit. Seemed like needle in a haystack to me. Outage was resolved most efficiently. Kudos also to the schedulers for their prompt response to inquiries, their follow-up and the constant communication throughout the process. Wonderful customer service.

Michael did a great job fixing our AC! When he arrived he quickly diagnosed the issue and when he realized he didn’t have the part on hand, he went and picked up the part and returned to install it. He communicated the issues clearly and overall provided a great service!

Amazing company! Had a water leak from the bathroom toilet in the basement. Javier came out late and turned the water off. Brought fans and ensured that the leak stopped. This was on a holiday weekend! So responsive. So incredibly nice and genuine. The issue could have been any number of issues ranging from small to a massive pipe issue. Thankfully it was the latter. Still, Javier ensured that the leak was fixed, floors and baseboards were dry. Best company. Will definitely use again and highly highly recommend them.

I live in Castle Rock & like to do business locally. I needed to do a boiler inspection before firing up my furnace. I called a few places that advertise the service. I didn't receive a call back on a few. Some were outrageously expensive. I drove by Patriot Pros on my way to get a coffee before work & decided to call. I returned home after surgery to find my furnace was no longer working. My neighbor recommended Patriot and I am so grateful for the quick response of the owner Javier who came to check out my system along with Anthony. They quickly provided me options and then made arrangements for a new system to be installed as well as a new whole house humidifier which I was already interested in prior to this furnace failure. Levi and Craig did a great job getting my new system installed the following 2 days. Due to my limited mobility from surgery they were incredibly helpful by taking pictures and explaining to me each step they were taking to get my system installed and my home more comfortable. They even brought in small heaters to keep my room warm until the installation could be completed. From the first phone call, they were responsive, professional and quickly arranged for a crew to assess the source of a leak.
