I almost never write reviews but I had to share my experience with this clinic that was absolutely disastrous! I had jawline injections done, I have a bit of a defined jawline already, but I wanted to emphasize it a little bit. Fist time meeting with the doctor(Dr Bennaim) I told him that I wanted to empathize my jawline, he just nodded told me to lay down and in two seconds I was done. Now, I thought it was a little strange since it felt very impersonal, and like he just wanted to get the job done. He didn’t particularly look at me or mesure anything or ask me anything about what kind of result I was looking for. I didn’t give it much more thought right then, I figured he knew what he was doing and maybe this is just how he works. However after a couple of days I noticed a big lump on my right side that was quite painful to the touch and a smaller one on the left where the product had been injected. I know that sometimes injections can cause lumps so I waited a good couple of weeks before returning still having those lumps where’s one of them was (the bigger one on the right) was still painful to touch. So I knew something wasn’t right! I scheduled another meeting with dr Bennaim, he said it’s normal and that it will go away, he told me I could get a little more to even it out so the lump wouldn’t be as visible and I agreed (also because I did t see any result from the first treatment to be honest) so after two treatments in which I think I payed around 700€ EACH and having payed for a second treatment I wouldn’t have needed in the first place if the first one would have been done right. I was less than happy with my result. You could see the lump on my jaw hanging down (see picture below) in most of my pictures, and even more in real life. It looked like my checks were saggy and I’m only 28y! And of course, it did not go away.. (and I waited a solid 3 months before returning) I returned and said I wanted it dissolved immediately, which he did of course because you could not deny the bad result and the lumps upon seeing them. Small side note; that day I waited over 1h30 in the waiting room since the girl at the desk “forgot” to register me as I arrived.. so just another nod to how unprofessional they are.. After getting my filler dissolved (finally!) I felt like myself again. But I wanted all that money I literally threw away in the thrash back. I told the doctor he said I will have to contact my superiors since he doesn’t make the decisions and get back to you. I waited 2 weeks, didn’t hear back. I called again, they told me they would get back to me. I waited 1 more week and I still did t heat back! I called again so angry about this whole experience. Finally I get an email saying basically I won’t get my money back. I asked how come since the treatment was obviously botched! I sent them plenty of pictures to prove this and Dr. BENNAIM simply said he didn’t agree with me. (See mail attached) which I thought was strange since it was a matter of result and not opinion. He said next time I come to the clinic this will be taking in consideration. I wanted to have a laser treatment by another doctor done (I didn’t want to go back to the same) and asked if that treatment will be covered. They told me no and that only treatments by the same doctor will be covered. Which doesn’t sound very tempting to me given this whole experience... So all in all what can I say expect for that in super disappointed, I had really bad result and it was SO expensive. I would stay away from this clinic! They are only in it for the money and won’t take any responsibility!

Very disappointed about the service. In general, my expectations for any luxe company include high quality of service. Here, to be fair, the infrastructure and the decor are good, clean but the service is frustrating. I was a bit late for the appointment for laser epilation. She accepted me and she said with her arrogant look that she was supposed to go eat lunch (honestly, she didn't have any patients that day, she could go eat 10 minutes after me), in the end, she did my epilation literally in 1 minute, she didn't give me any cream. It was painful and not sure if it was a qualitative epilation. Was it a revenge? In any case, it is not luxe service. Also, the administration is impolite, not attentive, not welcoming, arrogant.

I was there 2 Yrs. ago for a facial treatment with the tripolar laser, I believe it was close to 2,000€ the Dr. didn't tell me it was for 2 sessions, so after having my 1st. session at that time, I was very happy with the results after passing inflammation for 15 days, I was very happy, but the results only lasted 3 months, so about 8 to 9 months after, I go to the clinic to give my feedback to the Dr. (now that they do not follow on your results) and wanted to tell him how disappointed I was with the result for the amount of money I had paid and the super short results I had, so he looked at my profile and told me that I had originally paid for 2 sessions and that I needed 1 more to see the results ;) so I did the 2nd. session and the results where even shorter this time, but the down side, it's that my skin had suffer terrible damage!! I am still trying anything to make it recover... It looks like the belly of a pregnant women after delivering a baby. It looks more wrinkle, it has lost elasticity and has damage the superior layer of the skin. NOT WORTH THE MONEY AND THE PAIN!

Horrible welcoming service. They were unable to find my appointment though one of the secretary called me twice to confirm. I forgot how rude and unpolite a front desk could be. Keep in mind, dear ladies, that I am the one paying for your job. So smile, and calm down :)

Very disrespectful towards the client. Get ready for waiting time of over 1h and completely unapologetic staff. There are so many places where you can get treatments done, spend your money somewhere else!

Doctor only cares of money. I went for radiesse which is a filler that can’t be dissolved. You would think with that in mind someone would take extra care but it was rushed and placed badly. I emailed 2 weeks after my appointment to express my concerns and everything was dismissed and ignored

Had the opportunity to be operated and hospitalised for one night in this clinic. I was made to feel calm and comfortable at every moment. The after care was really good. The only thing was I had a room near some extractor units that kept waking me up intermittently during the night. The only thing I'll say is that I was not able to see the surgeon once I woke up from the anaesthesia and I didn't see him the following morning either. Although his cabinet will be calling me today it would have been nice to have seen the surgeon post op especially as I had a point of stitches that kept bleeding. The nursing staff were really nice and so caring and got in contact with the surgeon about the constant bleeding. Extra bands were added and I'm good to go. All in all I would come back to this clinic to be operated again.

Electric scooter not allowed in the building, folded and carried or parked, it is still not allowed. Booked my appointment via doctolib. Dr is precise in his explaination. Building is clean. But very upsetting reception, due to my health problem I use an electric scooter (mi pro scooter), upon my arrival just into the building, I was told by a lady that the scooter is not allowed in the building, even if i fold And carry it and I am also not allowed to park it anywhere in the building. And she litterally told me to find a way out myself. There was no sign that says scooters are not allowed, fold and carried, or parked. This is an important information yet no clear indication. Maybe if i go with a wheelchair the reception might be better. Due to my respect for the time i booked with the Dr. I still showed up despite the upsetting reception.

I had an appointment at 19:00 At 19:40 they told me very rudely that they have to change my appointment without any further explanation and we reschedule for another day but I’m clearly not coming after such poor experience.

DISSAPOINTED! WAS TREATED AWEFUL AFTER BEEING A LOYAL CLIENT FOR 3 YEARS. WILL NEVER RETURN! DON'T GO THERE!

Dr. Rajamaki did a great job with my pre-op consultation. She explained everything to me in a very clear manner. The front desk staff was great & the doctor saw me on time - a miracle in the medical world! A lot of negative reviews on this clinic but from my past experiences at CRPCE, i've always left happy. :) I'll be back soon for an operation.

I underwent surgery at La Clinique des Champs Elysées’ a few weeks ago, where I basically stayed for a day and where the whole staff was extremely kind to me. I felt pampered and fully taken care of. The nurses were incredibly nice and caring, swinging by my room to check on me very often and ask me if I was okay. The room where I slept was clean, comfy, tastefully furnished and well-equipped, with a sparkling bathroom, a TV set, a couple of armchairs, a coffee table and even a desk, for those who are bold enough to set to work right after going under the knife ^^. I had always been told the food in hospitals was inedible and tasteless, but -much to my surprise- the food I was served on that day tasted great and was most importantly healthy. That’s an important point for me since most patients are fasting before undergoing surgery and are literally starving when they wake up ^^. Before D-day, I also had had the opportunity to meet my loveable esthetic advisor (Magalie Vallon), whose sound advice really helped me make up my mind regarding my project, and whose kindness really made me feel at ease. Finally, I will ALWAYS be grateful to Dr Rousvoal -a friendly, skillful, trust-inspiring and EXTREMELY talented surgeon- for the mind-blowing, masterful and life-changing job he has done on me. His knowledge, know-how and accuracy really made me feel confident, and subsequently made me tell myself I had been right to -first- choose him, and -second- follow his advice. So, if you are still wavering because you are afraid of what the result might look like (which is completely understandable), tell yourself you can go and see all those reliable professionals with your eyes closed! Okay, the price may be a bit more expensive than elsewhere (especially foreign countries), but at least, this is something you are unlikely to regret, and it is above all a safe and long-lasting investment ;-).

Super clean and pro clinic. Staff always nice and smiling. Went for an Invisalign treatment there and am very happy with the results and follow up. Great address !

Not only was the facility stunning and super clean.. I had an amazing experience with Dr. Elie Harouche. He had unbelievable bedside manners and constantly checked in on me throughout the entire procedure. I would HIGHLY recommend Clinique des Champs Elysees and Dr. Harouche for any of your cosmetics needs!

I have been going to the clinic for laser treatments, and its true the ladies at the front are not very helpful or welcoming - this should be no surprise because in France its VERY difficult to fire an employee. especially for a foreign concept like ' customer service' .. But I do like my doctor Sam, who speaks English, and very nice, but not too organized ( another French trait ) .. so they get 3 stars = easy to find, full range of services, and good docs.. BUT lost stars = unlikeable staff & treatments can be too expensive ( I was looking to get my mini face lift , but they want 8,000 euros !)

I tried Hydrafacial Treatment for the first time and i'm super happy with it! My skin is so clean and glowing! Definitely coming back to Clinique des Champs Elysees!

I have PCOS facial hair and suffered from really bad raser bumps but all that is gone once I got laser hair removal!!!! I am so in love with the results!!! I highly recommend!!!!

The clinic Champs Elysées is a ripoff The doctor asked to pay for treatment that patient will not receive. At the clinic, I was told lies about how many injections I needed and a number of treatment required…I was asked to pay for 6 injections where as I needed initially 2. I have complained but the bad news is I have already paid! My complaints were dismissed. My emails have no replies, my phone calls were put on hold forever. Please run from this so call Clinic des Champs Elysées, they are only interested in your money, once you’ve paid them, they turned their back. They are well organized to get as much money as they can from you. They have all the trick and take on vulnerable patients desperate to improve their look and boost their confidence

Not recommended from my own experience. I went here for the filler injections on my nose and just dont know how and why they cannot do it probably!!! Its not even straight and i still even have a bump on my nose now. Also the attitude of receptionists and their manager r terrible. I paid for your services and you giving me that kind of attitude??
