Hats of to HP world thiruvalla showroom and their service. I was having a keyboard functioning issue and first the response from the customer service in that tool free number, was not up to the mark and was not satisfied. Finally I informed the sales executive named Asif, whose working at HP world thiruvalla, and he took my issue like this own one and resolved the case at the earliest. Excellent service Asif🙂. And I should mention the name of the technician , Shanavaz, one polite guy who has done his part well while he visited my house. Will recommend everyone about their top service...

Really great place! I had gone to buy a laptop charger 65W 19.7V since my outer pin had broken off. They had the exact charger I wanted that too with the blue colored pinout. Excellent place though, taking into account that there's no other laptop shop around that can give you this specific charger

I bought an HP 14 laptop which I could book early and they delivered on time. It was well priced compared to major retail stores. They assisted in registering for the extended warranty as well. Overall I am happy with the HP Store experience. The only downside I felt was that the payment via card could draw extra charges(3%) which is contradictory to HP standards(I read through T&C for exclusive stores).
