A long standing clinic of 40 years with a brand new renovation. Dr Andre was very nice and attentive. He was the most caring doctor i have ever experienced. The facilities are very fresh and modern. It felt more like a luxury hotel than just a clinic. Everything were prepared to the perfection. They even have a cool kid waiting area. Wheelchair accessible building. Highly recommend this clinic to anyone !

Dr Andre Tran is definately the ideal of a family doctor. He genuinely cares, he is professional and he makes an investment in the health and well being of his patients. That is so rare now in today's world. Both my husband and I can drop our guard and trust the advice that we're getting from Dr Andre! Thanks again Doc :-)

I called regarding an accident I had while doing a DIY job. All I needed was to get the wound which was not serious to be disinfected and possibly bandaged. Nonetheless, they refused to even let me through the door and told me that they were busy when there was literally no one in the parking lot and the nurse was able to even come out and have a look at the wound and just reject me from entry. I would have though that doctors had an ethical obligation towards injuries as well as care for their patients. Very sad.

The medical centre is fabulous. Doctor Andre Tran is really good and experienced, and staffs are friendly. I dont need to wait hours for my appointment. The medical is clean, fresh and stunning. I'd recommend for my friends for their health checks.

Wow... Definitely one of the best clinic i have ever been to if not the best. Both Jonathan & Dr Andre are so welcoming and caring. If you want a doctor that takes his time and actually caring about you, Maple Leaf is definitely the right place for you!!! Would highly recommend anyone.

Dr Ranjith is such a caring doctor and he does things very thoroughly. He stands by his ethics and proud about it. Which in turns make me feel very secure about his consulting and care. Christine - the receptionist is so lovely. She has been with him for many years too. It is so reassuring to see the same people everytime you come in . I highly recommend this clinic. And they deserve the continuous support !

* Edit: This review is written under an account not under my name. I have no need to bash the reputation of medical clinics with good doctors. Dr Tran repeatedly told me false information that delayed me getting actual diagnosis. I stupidly believed things that he told me, that I would have to wait a year before he would run certain tests, that I would have to then go off a medication before he'd run further tests. None of which was true. I understand that running unnecessary tests is a waste of time, but my symptoms actually warranted testing by every metric that every other GP works by. As a result of Dr Tran's ignorance, and fear of getting in trouble from Medicare, my condition worsened. As soon as I received proper treatment my life improved in ways that made me realise I was repeatedly failed by Dr Tran. Don't trust what he says. He doesn't understand the Medicare system well enough, or diagnostic procedures for you to have faith in him. We're the ones that suffer for his ignorance, so I advise looking elsewhere for medical care.

My father went in for a check-up and Dr. Andre Tran was superb, friendly and professional. As many review have mentioned, he is caring, taking time to explain your test results and asking for more information about you. Thank you for your service!

Dr.Tran is so caring and understanding. Doesn't rush you out like most doctors I used to go to. My son who has a intellectual disability is on the autism spectrum. He is very knowledgeable and very patient with him.

After waiting for 60 minutes to see Dr.Tran it was well worth it, he exceeded expectations as a GP and the care and professionalism of the way he treated me was above and beyond. Would highly recommend this clinic as the professionalism is second to none !!! I have no idea why people below have said it takes too long to see the Dr.Tran. In my opinion the best is worth the wait and would happily wait 2 even 3 hours to see a doctor as good as Dr.Tran.

I normally do not spend much time on reading and writing google review but I need to do this time as I was VERY IMPRESSED with my medical appointment a couple of days ago by Doctor Andre Tran at Maple Leaf Medical Centre in Thomastown. This is definitely an A CLASS CLINIC, running by a professional and friendly team, it works well from the reception to nursing services. Doctor Andre Tran is incredible, kind, caring and very details. He took time to go through everything with me to make sure I understood what he said and he listened to my concerns, asked me questions and tried to comfort me not to worry much, etc. If you need to find a clinic where you can see a doctor who looks after your health professionally, treat you kindly with full respect, then Maple Leaf Medical Centre is the one. However, you need to know this is not fully bulk billing and not easy to get in because there is always a long queuing, on your appointment be prepared to be waiting a little long sometimes, but "IT WILL BE WORTH IT". Thank you very much doctor Andre, Nurse Natalia and Jonathan. Looking forward to seeing you again when my result come out.

they don't let you book an appointment even though you are their patient, the reason is because you don't come to the doctor regularly 🙄

A fantastic professional medical clinic. Run by friendly caring staff especially reception by Jonathan. Dr Andre Tran is a class act. Caring, kind, compassionate, smart. The best gp I've ever had by a mile.
