The receptionists are rude and extremely unprofessional. One named Mary, I’m not sure the others. While waiting you can clearly see them laughing, making jokes and gossiping about children and their parents. Especially in a field like this, it’s actually sad that people like that have those jobs. I know this review won’t do anything but it’s for new clients to reconsider their choice of practice. DO BETTER EDIT: regarding their terrible response below, how are you supposed to hear their disgusting behaviour through the camera?? I was waiting in the waiting area and can directly hear their conversations. Please stop with the automated responses and actually train your staff.

Horrible service. As a single parent who is trying to give the best support for my daughter who was diagnosed with ADHD and ODD I feel Some of The girls at the reception don’t care about you unless you are their kind. I have struggled Financially many times to try and get to see DR Nassar, and it seems unless you are rolling in money and can pay massive amounts up front, they throw you right at the back of the line. I was meant to have an appointment today then they suddenly canceled it and then sent me another message to say my appointment is still today. The girls at the desk really need to re train their reception and customer service skills.

For any parents out there needing help,please don't hesitate to visit this practice. I cannot praise them enough for all of their help and care. The paediatricians are beyond incredible, knowledgeable and caring and so are the administration staff. We felt so comfortable and at home here and we know our daughter is in the best of hands. Being patients of this clinic has been a wonderful experience. My family cannot recommend going here for your child enough. Such caring staff,you will feel heard and receive the best care.

The understanding and caring nature of this practice is one step more then amazing ! I travel over an hour just to see Dr Nasser and his beautiful team. My children absolutely love visiting and the relationship we have found with this practice and Dr is phenomenal. I highly recommend this practice to anyone who is wanting a Dr who goes far and beyond not just with his medical expertise but as an understanding friend. I highly and greatly recommend Kids clinic and more specifically Dr Sam Nasser. He is a phenomenal doctor who has not only helped my daughter but also gave me a sense of hope and optimism throughout my experience. Ive seen so many excellent results with Dr Sam again i highly recommend him!!

My son has been seeing Dr Nasser for over 4 years now and he has helped us through the most difficult times. He has always given us hope and made adjustments to try different things and whenever I have emailed or called needing follow up they have accommodated my son. Abi and the admin team are so nurturing and caring and always make us feel welcome. Being in this field professionally myself, I can honestly say I am so glad my son is under the care of Dr Nasser and the Kids’ Clinic and have them to turn to when we are at a loss and need help with our son and his additional needs. I'm not someone that usually writes a review for services but kids clinic has gone above and beyond. I went to another Paediatrician and was not happy with the service or Dr. I'm glad i found kids clinic as its been such a positive experience. Dr Nassar is amazing, you can tell his passionate about his job, his happy to answer any questions you have and guide you in the right path. All the staff there are super friendly, especially Sabrina at the front desk, she's been so helpful and always have a big smile on her face. The manager Abi is an Angel, she has made our whole process easy and comfortable. Her passion to help our children and support parents is incredible, i can not thank her enough for doing everything in her power to help and educate us and our kids!!! highly recommend

Dr Sam Nassar is amazing. he has been supporting my son since the age of 2 years old. Dr Nassar stressed the importance of early intervention. Today my son is 5 years old he has made a significant improvement with the guidance of the amazing Dr Sam Nassar.

Lacks fundamental knowledge and poor medical experience!!! After reading the google review's I thought this paediatrician is great!!! But after my experience I can honestly say to any parent wanting to help their child, DONT WASTE YOUR TIME & MONEY!!! He was yawning the whole time, didn’t examine/assess my child, and when I asked questions relating to my child’s health he said “ I’m not sure, it’s better to check with NDIS.” ????? Morality is a rare encounter in this time & age. Dr Sam has no medical ethics from my perspective nor basic morality.

I’ve been to many paediatricians but no one has ever come close to Dr Sam Nassar . His very thorough , makes sure you understand everything being said and goes out of his way to help in any way he can. Not to mention that he’s so down to earth and friendly also very funny 😃 The staff go over and beyond to help out especially Abbi she’s just a remarkable person . Always so friendly and willing to give a helping hand and get things done ASAP . I wouldn’t recommend any other clinic in all of Sydney . They are simply the best .

Kids Clinic and Dr Nassar are amazing. Dr Nassar is thorough, discusses alternative therapies (not just medication), takes his time to connect with his patients and their parents.... Side note - have you met Abi?? I would give her 100 ⭐️'s if I could. She is an absolute gem and life saver when it comes to urgent appointments and script refills/emergencies!

Highly recommend the Kids Clinic and Dr Nassar. The clinic has a wonderful set up with activities for kids in the waiting room, and inside the peaditricians office is toys and activities to keep kids occupied whilst talking to the Dr, which was a great relief because at the last pead I went to there was nothing to occupy my son which lead to a stressful time for all 😅 Dr Nassar listened to all concerns and took everything into consideration and assisted by organising assessments and organising a follow up. Very happy with this clinic and the professionalism and care. Receptionists are lovely and friendly, even on the phone, which is a nice change as with many places I have been to this is not the case. Definitely recommend.

I highly recommend this service. My 8 year old daughter was referred to Dr Hegazy for multiple issues she was struggling with. I know how hard it is as a parent to find genuinely caring and professional people to support you. As a parent who is already dealing with so much hardship at home, I’m so thankful to have been referred to The kids Clinic in Bankstown. Not only has my daughter been treated with such care and respect, I have felt listened to, understood and supported not just from the Doctor but the lovely reception ladies too who even helped me apply for the NDIS as I had no idea where to start. Moved to Sydney from Melbourne and sourced Dr Sam Nassar through thorough research, for my son who has behavioural issues. I am so happy with Dr Nassar, he listens, takes on board a holistic approach and is very easy to discuss issues with and gives a plan to work through. His team are great from reception through to all the allied health team. It’s a very friendly and productive practice. Always look forward to going to the Kids Clinic.

My daughter had a lot of difficulties growing up, when she turned 3 years old I noticed something different, she was special! I worked with her trying to understand why she is different but unfortunately I wasn’t trained to know what was going on. I decided to enrol in education support so that I can learn about different types of disabilities, then I had a red flag. By that time my daughter was 5 years old and ready to go to kindergarten. I talked to her teacher and said my child is special and I can see she has a number of learning difficulties, so please help me out! The learning and support team at her school said we believe she might have Autism, and I said ok so what’s next? They did me a referral letter to see a paediatrician. I then went to my GP and asked them to refer me to the Kids Clinic at Bankstown and I would like to see Dr Sam Nasser. I booked an appointment and was really keen on knowing what my child was going through. He assessed my daughter and booked her in with the amazing psychologist Najwa who then did the assessments for her. My beautiful daughter was diagnosed with Autism level 2 and other underlying conditions. I want to thank Dr Sam Nasser for his amazing work! I also want to thank the kid’s clinic intervention centre for all their efforts working with me and my child. You know what! I can see a huge improvement with my daughter! Thank you very much! My son has been under the care and management of the Kids Clinic for the past two years. To say, Dr Nassar and his team have changed our lives for the better is an understatement. My beautiful boy was diagnosed with Autism level 3 with challenging behaviour and no awareness of danger. Dr Nassar put together a customised intervention plan best suited for my boys weaknesses and strengths. The team at Kids Clinic is multi-skilled, I was even supported in applying for NDIS funding with the best possible outcome. Thank you Kids Clinic.

I just want to start by saying that I’m so glad I took my son for his first appointment to see Dr. Chen at the Kids Clinic! As soon as I walked through the door I felt so welcomed by the receptionist. Dr. Chen was very good at explaining in detail exactly the help I needed to get for my son. Dr. Chen made my husband and I feel relieved knowing that there is so much help we could get for our son to make sure he has the best future! After seeing Dr. Chen I received so much help from Abbi, she really brightened up my day. Abbi was so helpful in many ways and I can’t thank her enough for everything she did for me. She didn’t let me walk out the door without making sure I understood what was needed to be done and she reassured me that everything is going to be okay, one step at a time! Thank you to the amazing receptionist (Abi) I think that is her name, I wish I could give 10 stars or more for her!! Service was incredible with my initial phone call today. Very caring, empathetic and understanding. She went over and beyond to help me with my son's concerns. Her passion and care was amazing.

We travelled from hunter valley to come here and it was 100% worth the drive. Reception staff are so lovely and our paediatrician Dr Chen was absolutely amazing. It was a very confronting time for us as parents and our daughter. But we have been made to feel so comfortable and excepted

Whilst visiting Sydney from Melbourne, I noticed some issues with my 10mo which were worrying me, and I urgently wanted her to be checked out by a pediatrician. Friends and family recommended Dr. Nassar, but unfortunately, he was booked out for a few months. I phoned a few times to check if there were any daily cancellations, and the lovely Sarah helped me in securing a spot. All admin staff were great when we arrived, and super understanding and helpful. We saw Dr. Nassar, who was very thorough, excellent with my baby, listened to our worries and addressed our concerns. Thank you!

Dr Nassar and his team at Kids Clinic have always shown such professionalism and support for my son and our family. We are always greeted with such warm, smiling faces and kind demeanors at the front desk when we enter, they have always gone above and beyond to accommodate all requests and queries. Dr Nassar and his team have our sons best interest at heart and have always spent the additional time to listen to our concerns and worries. We have been to different professionals in the past and we have never had the level of service or knowledge that we have been provided whilst under Dr Nassar's care. I have been looking for a good clinic, that I trust for a while now until I rang Kids Clinic at Bankstown. I met Abi (manager) who immediately put all my anxiety at ease. She took time to hear what I had to say and showed so much compassion and trust me I needed that. I was then introduced to Dr Iman Hegazy, who I consider now one of the best Paediatricians out there; Dr Iman takes her time to know the parents, the child and their environment before consultation. She was very thorough with my twin boys, one of them non verbal with severe autism, he is shy but very comfortable with Dr Iman, who took care in her approach, she showed patience and most important compassion (hard to find these days). Kids Clinic is not just a clinic, it is like a big family and once you are welcomed in that family, as a patient and worried parent, you feel relieved and a sense of belonging to a beautiful family. Well done Abi and Dr Iman Hegazy, I am now part of your family.
