My Health Pittwater Place has always been everything I could ask for Dr Helen Chipchase has been my GP for the last four years and has been extremely caring and proficient, often going out of her way to find and refer me to various specialists and services. I am always warmly welcomed by medical and reception staff, even on the telephone I would most certainly recommend them and I am most grateful for their care and attention Thank you!

I've had the absolute pleasure of having Dr Myffy Scadden-Mchugh as my Doctor. Her empathy, time, compassion and genuine care has been greatly helpful for me and I would recommend her to anyone. I am grateful to the staff and Doctors at MyHealth Pittwater Place. The reception staff are always kind and helpful and the Doctors take their time to listen. It is so lovely to walk in to MyHealth Pittwater Place, be greeted by Rosie or Jesse and briefly take a seat before the Doctor comes to get you. No long wait times and no packed waiting rooms. This is not a bulk billing practice but their care, kindness and consideration has been invaluable.

Very Pro Medical facilty. Dr French and the team know how to look after people. Great app available for bookings and records. Even Blood Testing is done at the same location. Its a one stop shop.

I have been a patient at My Health Pittwater Place since 2019. Hands down this is the best medical practice with the best GP’s I’ve ever been to! Dr Myffy and Dr Tim are highly competent, warm and approachable doctors. It’s been easy to establish a relaxed and trusting relationship with each. Consultations never feel hurried. Complex issues are approached in an open-minded way with views to alternatives when necessary. I have also seen Dr Helen and likewise she is an extremely competent, warm and approachable doctor. The reception and nursing staff are friendly and efficient. I love that the My Practice App conveniently stores test results, referrals and scripts for easy patient reference. I highly recommend My Health Pittwater Place to anyone seeking highly skilled and personable GP’s who are truly interested in the patients in their care.

Dr. Lize Harrison is amazing. She is incredibly thorough and makes you feel seen as a patient. She made me feel like together we will figure out what's going on. Highly recommend!

*Edit* The clinic phoned and apologised for the mix up. Appreciated the call. They understood the hassle of dragging kids to get flu shots. The medical practitioner who phoned was very professional. 4 stars. Went in and asked if I could get flu shot for the family, was advised that they didn’t have any at that time so was told they would order in for me so made an appointment for my family and I a few days later. Took the family in at the scheduled time and had to wait 30 minutes. Reception then advised that unfortunately they had run out of vaccine. I said that they had ordered it in for me, but was told they used the last of it that afternoon. Not really sure why no one phoned me during the day or told me when I arrived. Really poor customer service. Not sure what the medical staff are like, but I can only conclude, disorganised from my experience. Also noticed that on the text reminder you get for your appointment that failing to turn up to an appointment will result in you being charged for the appointment. I wish I could charge them for my family’s time. 1 star.

I’m so happy with this practice after looking for a while in the area. Ladies at the reception are always helpful and very friendly.

Myhealth Pittwater Place is the best Medical Centre I have come across. Last year I suffered an acute stressor while overseas and went to Myhealth Pittwater Place as a new patient. They were a recently new Medical Centre so I really had minnimal reviews to go by. The level of care, focus and ongoing support Dr Tregonning provided over the following months makes him hands down the best GP I have seen on a regular basis. Other family members have since become patients of the practice and also receive an outstanding level of care and service. I have since moved states and Dr Tregonning and his staff still provide outstanding service anytime I am in contact. The reception staff are on the ball, focus on attention to detail and genuinely care which makes the whole experience that much better as a patient. Especially compared to other local Medical Centres on the Northern Beaches. To see how the business has flourished since opening with its increased level of services and Doctors is a testament to the quality care and reputation they have. From what I know they are family run and owned and locals to the area. Couldn't speak highly enough of this practice.

Dr. Myffy is an amazing health professional. She is attentive, kind, knowledgeable, and takes time to listen to my concerns. The clinic itself is nice, clean and modern. I generally don't have to wait longer than 10-15 minutes to be seen. Booking online and through the app is convenient.

What a great caring, friendly practice. My family’s experience with Dr Myffy and Dr Tim is that they provide first class care because they invest their time to understand each of us before recommending treatment. And their ethos of a friendly service with patient care also extends to the receptionists and clinical nurses.

I was really pleased with my experience at Myhealth Pittwater Place. Dr Tim Tregonning was really thorough, professional and friendly. Their receptionist was really friendly and efficient too. I didn’t book an appointment and I was able to see Dr Tim immediately after filling out a form. I would highly recommend going to Myhealth and wouldn’t hesitate to return in the future.

Our family has been seeing Dr. Tim for the past 2 years, he has been the most incredible doctor assisting us through complex health issues as well as the day to day issues that come with having kids/life. Genuine care, always goes above and beyond, always feel heard and understood. The nurses are fantastic and the girls at front desk are equally as lovely and receptive. Can’t speak any more highly of MyHealth Pittwater Place!

I love there is pathology onsite for all your bloods. Reception ladies are all welcoming and caring. I’ve been going to this practice since it first opened. It is clean and quiet. App are booked online or over the phone. No or minimal wait time. The doctor I normally see is amazing, caring, friendly, knowledgeable, goes above and beyond, follows up. It used to be bulk billed many years ago, not anymore. I still choose to come here for all my concerns.

Dr Candy is always wonderful with my children. You can tell she genuinely cares for her patients. I feel like I’m in safe hands with her. The nurses are excellent too

My Family and I have been patients of this practice for several years now. I have recommended this practice to many of my friends, who have all thanked me for the introduction. Whilst the location is convenient and the facilities very modern, it’s the care given that keep us coming back. We find that when we make an appointment, we are not waiting very long to be seen. All the Doctors I have seen are genuinely interested in my health, and this is demonstrated by the way they listen and discuss during the examination. Their professionalism and thoroughness during the consultation makes me feel confident I am in very good hands.

Excellent practice. They take a holistic approach to patient care and are thorough , experienced,.kind and professional. Highly recommend if you're looking for a new gp on the northern beaches.

I had a positive experience seeing doctor Jackie she made feel very comfortable. I usually get anxious going to the doctors but she was very reassuring and informative.

Very efficiently run practice. Receptionists are courteous and friendly, doctors are good listeners, understanding and young to middle-aged. Their medical knowledge is up to the minute. A nurse is on staff and pathology, bloods etc are done in the same practice. Highly recommended!

I am happy to say I was very impressed with my meeting at reception, with Dr Jacqui, and the vaccination nurse. All three expressed some personal interest in my needs. Well done.

We came there a week ago as my wife was having a sore throat problem and its going for a long time. We book an appointment with Dr. Warwick cann last wednesday around 12.30pm. Then at that time he said he have no idea what’s happening with my wife that causing sore throat problem. So, He referral us to specialist and also asked to do couple of blood test and take that test to another doctor so it might help. Usually in warriangah mall branch they upload the test in the My Practice App and we can download it. Easy right. But in monavale we gave them call as we can’t get her result in the app to show to the new Doctor that they knows whats happening and can save time with that result. They said they can’t give us result as they dont have access and only Doctor have access. We said then what we need to do they say, they will ask doctor to give us a call and we can ask result from him. We received the doctor call, then ask him about the result to send us. Also said to him we are going to see another doctor today as he said. He also tell us result report. And then everything was fine. But after hour we received the the call from Receptionist saying we need to pay money $90 for the consultation. ARE YOU GUYS SERIOUS? We didn’t ask for appointments. We ask for result only to take to other doctor. We have already paid the money for Doctors appointment last week and also for the test. Now just to get our test result we have to pay money. I think we have right to get our test result . You guys can’t scam us like that. Paying again another same amount as before just to get OUR RESULT. I would have happily paid money if the doctor could figure out whats happening with my wife and gave her proper treatment. And we dont have to see another doctor and waste our time there. But they couldn’t find the cause of problem. Referral us someone else and we have book another DOCTOR APPOINTMENT as you said, spend another money there. And again asking money to get our result only and for the call we didn’t ask for. I thought MONAVALE BANCH WAS SAME AS WARRIANGAH MALL. We came there as we couldn’t find any appointment in WARRIANGAH MALL. But never going to come here again. We have been with MY HEALTH WARRIANGAH MALL for so long never had problem like this, never need to see specialist. WROST EXPERIENCE EVER. CANNOT SOLVE PROBLEM BUT NEEDED MONEY. NOTE: We didn’t ask for appointment , just for result only. We didn’t know you guys will ask money just to give us result. By the way you should inform earlier about the money for result . Can’t give us shock after we get the result later on. If we know you guys will fall this much. Wouldn’t have take the result as well. Would have done new test with better doctor. Thanks for wasting for time, money and giving us stress.

This is an excellent Health clinic with very caring, kind, lovely Doctors and Nurses. They are all very professional and have a really good “bedside manner” which I appreciate. Their attention to detail is extremely good and I am always very happy with my treatment and my follow-ups. I’m very very pleased I found this clinic after my old doctor retired.

We love Dr Myffy & always have a great experience seeing her :) She is so friendly, gentle & kind while being professional. She’s also great with kiddies. My daughter always enjoys her visits & leaves really happy. Michelle Gliddon

Dr Helen Chipchase, is such a, Professional, lovely, caring, experienced Doctor, she is always, so calm, yet super efficient & her expertise in my overall health, has been incredible! Dr Helen, noticed, something in my Blood tests, and forwarded me onto the appropriate specialist. Very pleased with the service, from all the staff at My Health, Mona Vale! Also strongly recommend the Pathology lady, she’s the best, and I always enjoy her bubbly sense of humour!
