We
came
there
a
week
ago
as
my
wife
was
having
a
sore
throat
problem
and
its
going
for
a
long
time.
We
book
an
appointment
with
Dr.
Warwick
cann
last
wednesday
around
12.30pm.
Then
at
that
time
he
said
he
have
no
idea
what’s
happening
with
my
wife
that
causing
sore
throat
problem.
So,
He
referral
us
to
specialist
and
also
asked
to
do
couple
of
blood
test
and
take
that
test
to
another
doctor
so
it
might
help.
Usually
in
warriangah
mall
branch
they
upload
the
test
in
the
My
Practice
App
and
we
can
download
it.
Easy
right.
But
in
monavale
we
gave
them
call
as
we
can’t
get
her
result
in
the
app
to
show
to
the
new
Doctor
that
they
knows
whats
happening
and
can
save
time
with
that
result.
They
said
they
can’t
give
us
result
as
they
dont
have
access
and
only
Doctor
have
access.
We
said
then
what
we
need
to
do
they
say,
they
will
ask
doctor
to
give
us
a
call
and
we
can
ask
result
from
him.
We
received
the
doctor
call,
then
ask
him
about
the
result
to
send
us.
Also
said
to
him
we
are
going
to
see
another
doctor
today
as
he
said.
He
also
tell
us
result
report.
And
then
everything
was
fine.
But
after
hour
we
received
the
the
call
from
Receptionist
saying
we
need
to
pay
money
$90
for
the
consultation.
ARE
YOU
GUYS
SERIOUS?
We
didn’t
ask
for
appointments.
We
ask
for
result
only
to
take
to
other
doctor.
We
have
already
paid
the
money
for
Doctors
appointment
last
week
and
also
for
the
test.
Now
just
to
get
our
test
result
we
have
to
pay
money.
I
think
we
have
right
to
get
our
test
result
.
You
guys
can’t
scam
us
like
that.
Paying
again
another
same
amount
as
before
just
to
get
OUR
RESULT.
I
would
have
happily
paid
money
if
the
doctor
could
figure
out
whats
happening
with
my
wife
and
gave
her
proper
treatment.
And
we
dont
have
to
see
another
doctor
and
waste
our
time
there.
But
they
couldn’t
find
the
cause
of
problem.
Referral
us
someone
else
and
we
have
book
another
DOCTOR
APPOINTMENT
as
you
said,
spend
another
money
there.
And
again
asking
money
to
get
our
result
only
and
for
the
call
we
didn’t
ask
for.
I
thought
MONAVALE
BANCH
WAS
SAME
AS
WARRIANGAH
MALL.
We
came
there
as
we
couldn’t
find
any
appointment
in
WARRIANGAH
MALL.
But
never
going
to
come
here
again.
We
have
been
with
MY
HEALTH
WARRIANGAH
MALL
for
so
long
never
had
problem
like
this,
never
need
to
see
specialist.
WROST
EXPERIENCE
EVER.
CANNOT
SOLVE
PROBLEM
BUT
NEEDED
MONEY.
NOTE:
We
didn’t
ask
for
appointment
,
just
for
result
only.
We
didn’t
know
you
guys
will
ask
money
just
to
give
us
result.
By
the
way
you
should
inform
earlier
about
the
money
for
result
.
Can’t
give
us
shock
after
we
get
the
result
later
on.
If
we
know
you
guys
will
fall
this
much.
Wouldn’t
have
take
the
result
as
well.
Would
have
done
new
test
with
better
doctor.

time,
money
and
giving
us
stress.
