I recently visited a clinic with my daughter and encountered the worst attitude from a doctor named Swati Adalja. She displayed an extremely unprofessional demeanor and used a discriminatory tone while asking personal questions, making us feel like we were being interrogated rather than seeking medical help. Despite having lived in the upper northern for 20 years, I have never come across a doctor with such a terrible attitude. I strongly advise against visiting this clinic.

Dr. Swati Adalja at this clinic is the most ill--mannered and disrespectful doctor I have ever encountered. I strongly discouraged anyone from seeking medical assistance from such a doctor. I took my 4 years child for a consultation, and the doctor displayed an incredibly rude attitude and asked intrusive questions about our privacy. Which left me feeling disgusted. I urge everyone to avoid seeking any service from this doctor named Swati Adalja.

I have been in the medical centre the other day, very happy with the service, friendly and compassionate receptionist, and dr Aziz is very professional. Definitely I will go back again also suggest it to my friends.

The staff here are very efficient, considerate and accomodating. I am really pleased with the service here especially that of Dr Karina Harris, Nurse Zeinab and wonderful receptionist Habiba. I am thankful that I was treated with respect and urgency to help in my complicated procedure.

Doctor Aziz has looked after my grandfather and grandmother like they have been his family for the last five years. They have always felt taken care of, above and beyond looked after, and always made to feel comfortable by his care. Words cannot express the gratitude we have for him, truly a doctor that others should aspire to be.

Best medical center ever! Dr Aziz and his team are very professional and very caring. Such good souls! The receptionist is a kind and very friendly person who is very welcoming. They really deserve 10 stars. Thank you for your service and all your help. Dr Angela is brilliant too and if you are looking for a Persian speaking Dr would be the one to contact with. I can’t recommend this center highly enough.

This clinic is really well above other clinics in the area for providing good care, service and friendliness. Never felt this much ease to walk into a GP clinic and Dr.Aziz greet us with a smile and provide us great support every time and he is a very capable practitioner. His team of doctors are efficient too and we are really glad that we get to know them. Dr.Aziz had special regards for my dad when he visited us last year and he always convey his regards. I have been thinking to write a review for sometime and i am glad to give them 5 stars for making things easy and straight forward.

I was laughed at during an appointment with one of the female doctor there. Doctor seemed to not care about me nor doesn’t even try to listen to my symptoms but just turn me down as they don’t have enough information on my record to investigate further. Pretty poor reaction from the doctor. Very disappointing.…

Best GP practice. Caring doctors and nursing staff. Polite and helpful receptionists. Dr Aziz Iboyan is a knowledgeable and professional senior GP with a caring nature and wonderful bed side manner. No wonder his practice is busy. He’s the best GP our family have had.

I have seen two doctors at Whitehouse Medical Centre, and was very happy with the service! The doctors here are very attentive, professional and caring, and I felt that my concerns were being heard and understood. I would definitely recommend this centre! My husband and I have been patients of Whitehouse Medical Centre for 6 years. We have always found each and every doctor to be caring, thorough and kind. Dr. Aziz is such a thoughtful doctor. He always provides excellent advice, is honest and very respectful. We have also seen Dr. Swathi, who is thorough and very caring. She has been particular and meticulous with our baby in each of her immunisation appointments. When we have called to make urgent appointments for our children, they are always accomodating, and we rarely have to wait. We are really grateful to have such a wonderful G.P practice that we can rely upon. We cannot recommend them highly enough.

After moving to Hornsby in 2017, I needed to find a new regular Dr for myself and my two kids. Dr Aziz Iboyan was the first Dr we met with and we have had great advice and care from him and his whole team. Love this practice! Bulk billing available on weekdays. Awesome staff, feels like going to the family friend with excellent knowledge and experience in healthcare. Dr.Swati Adalja is my favourite so happy to have her as my doctor.

As someone in good health who rarely needs to see a doctor, I booked a last minute appointment here as a new patient and got my issue sorted quickly with nothing to pay out of pocket. Great to find a local bulk billing medical centre.

I went to this practice for my child and saw Dr Swati Adalja. I have not encountered such condescending attitude from a doctor considering coming from a medical field as well. Terrible attitude! I would rather go elsewhere or see someone else at that practice. Don’t recommend at all!

Me and my family visiting this medical center for last 6 years and always got great service with great and very knowledgeable doctors and friendly receptionists. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. 100% recommended!
