The best!! I have travelled extensively over the last 15 years and have regularly gone to Dr Deb. Her staff are always friendly, courteous and extremely professional. The quality of service is second to none and her thorough analysis of my needs has meant I have traveled well informed and ready for any problem!! On the odd occasion when I or one in my party became unwell, the products and instructions provided in the travel medicine kit assisted us greatly to ensure a fast and safe recovery. I thoroughly recommend her services.

A hidden gem. Hard to find but exceptional medical service. Stars are Dr John Sakala & Dr Richard Nobel & super star Dr Sydney Lau. Couple of good lady doctors. Bulk billing available to Australian health card holders including on Sat & Sun. Emergency procedures room for minor accidents (don't whine if you have to wait while an emergency goes in ahead of you one day it might be you). Genuine interest in patients by doctors. Get newsletter at front desk to see which Dr likes to do what. If you go during lunch make sure you allow for might be running behind and ring reception to check.

I went on a Saturday for travel vaccinations. I have extreme needle phobia (have had panic attacks in the past) and advised the receptionist when making my booking. I think her name is Kristy ..? .. Kristy was very understanding and extremely patient with me. She went through every detail and answered every question as best she could, and placed me on hold while she went and consulted a doctor/nurse if she didn't know the answers. When I went to my appointment with my support buddy, I found that the kind, patient, professional service extended from the doctor, receptionist and nurse. Everyone was amazing! One needle. Zero panic attacks. Highly recommended Dr Deb's services. Thank you!

Excellent service from Dr. Deb, RN Susan and the reception staff. I was counselled about recommended vaccines for my upcoming trip, advised about disease prevention and provided with all required medications and a sheet to schedule the taking of two oral vaccines concurrently. My vaccination booklet was neatly filled out and date-stamped. I received a free flu shot too, and I bought some DEET spray. Other travel-related items are offered for sale as well. I was given a copy of Dr. Deborah Mills’s book, "Travelling Well," which is full of helpful information and reminds me of what I was told during the consultation.

With fear ( injections ) and trepidation ( doctors) I first visited Dr Deb many many years ago on first ever trip to Thailand back in late 80's . Now with many travel miles under my belt , fear of needles under control , and no hesitation walking into a surgery , I have one person to thank , and that's Dr Deb !! Have travelled on every adventure with her Medical kit packed , which fingers crossed.. Has helped others more than myself ! I couldn't recommend more highly Dr Deb and her team of staff for ( people with fear of needles like me !) great travel advice and knowledge of what to look out for in your travels!

Excellent and quick service but I found it relatively expensive compared to other GPs. I would recommend asking for a full costs disclosure prior to booking. I was charged a $120 consultation fee, plus a 'treatment room' fee of $35. Vaccine costs were on the high side compared to a popular pharmacy, but cannot fault the great service and the convenience. 4/5.

I had my second covid booster here and couldn't be happier. Close to work, perfectly on time, clean waiting room and because a nurse administers the booster I didn't have to pay for a GP appointment and the vaccination was bulk billed. No charge. Very happy!

Easy to book as I left it pretty late in the afternoon to book and Dr Debb is a lovely lady who is very knowledgeable. I just had my second consultation with Dr. Deb's Clinic and couldn't recommend the experience more highly. I completely disagree with Alex's post and was surprised at the negative feedback. My first consultation came about after I questioned my GP about what I needed to go to South America.........she googled it.... she gave me her opinion but admitted that as this was not her "specialty" it was best I seek the diagnosis of a travel doctor. Needless to say, if I took my GP's advice I would have had many more vaccines than I really needed, and even though she is a great GP, she had no idea about travel medicine. And she wouldn't have been able to give me the Yellow Fever Vaccine anyway, which is such a crucial vaccine to have for the areas I was going to in these countries. I didn't realise this, but there are only very few clinics that are accredited to give Yellow Fever vaccines, which is so important if you want to get back in to Australia after visiting certain YF countries!!!!! Im so glad I went to Dr. Deb's clinic and found this out beforehand!!! At Dr. Deb's I ended up having less vaccines than what my GP advised and because Deb's clinic stocks all of the vaccines onsite, I didn't need to get a script.....then go to the chemist...then book another appointment for the GP/nurse to give me the vaccine. It was done straight away, with no fuss. Dr. Deb's staff are amazing, so lovely and helpful. I don't have a lot of money and like to travel very cheaply and after adding up costs of vaccines at other clinics/pharmacies, this clinic is the best! At the end of the day, it is health that is real wealth, not gold or silver! Stoked! Would recommend this clinic to everyone who travels!!!!!

Staff are nice, but push vaccinations that are not necessary and charge more than you would pay at your local GP.

Since I travel to exotic locations on a regular basis, I need professionals who know their business. That's Dr. Deb's - I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Staff lovely. Doctor made two errors regarding previous immunisations - did not read immunisation history statement correctly. My son had an unnecessary immunisation as a result.

Very impressed! The doctor took her time, was very thorough and explained each suggested vaccination/medication with me. The nurse was just as wonderful, and went through the details again to ensure I didn't miss anything. The level of care here is oustanding!

I saw Dr Grey and she gave me a very comprehensive run down on what vaccinations I do and don't need for my trip to Vietnam. Did not rush the consultation or try to scare-monger me into vaccinations that are not necessary. Provided additional advice on first-aid pack to take and other precautions relevant to my trip.

If I could give more stars, I would! Service was absolutely fantastic, and Dr Deb sincerely does whatever she can to help her patients. I had just come back from overseas and went in for my post-travel consultant. After the blood test which was done on the spot inside the clinic, I didn't need to come back in, because Dr Deb personally called me to discuss my results. This was my first time coming in to the clinic, and definitely won't be my last. I plan on booking an appointment with Dr Deb every time for a pre or post travel consult. The receptionist staff were excellent, and really did everything they could to cater to my needs. In the waiting room, there is plenty of entertainment for kids such as kids books,and this big life-sized toy tiger, which even gave me the urge to want to play with it. There's also plenty of great coffee table travel books. The beautiful ethnic artwork really does give the right atmosphere for anyone about to engage in, or coming back from their travels. There's not a single thing to fault! Both the staff and Dr Deb were terrific!!

I have been to this clinic now a number of times and once again always find them knowledgable, thorough and professional. It is great that I was able to have a discussion about prevention of illness travelling and also what to do if I got sick. Vaccinations are incredibly important though only part of the knowledge that you need to have when travelling. I find that having this discussion with the clinic and knowing that they keep up to date invaluable. I have been a GP in the past and I gain enormously from these visits. The convenience is also fabulous. All the vaccinations are available and their travel kits are great providing step by step instructions on what to do.

My visit to Dr Debs clinic today was one of a very high standard. The nurses and doctors were extremely proffessional and the office staff went out if their way to help me make me feel comfortable as I had travelled a long distance for my appointment here. I went to Dr Deb to get my shots for a trip to India. The Dr Deb staff were friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They clearly explained all options and consequences of various shots and addressed any concerns I had. The process was very efficient as everything is available onsite. (just a return booster for Rabies from memory) Very glad I chose Dr Deb - it put my mind at ease for the India trip. Would highly recommend.

Dr Deb was so professional in giving flu shots to all my staff. Also sent my team members to see her and her fabulous staff before they travelled overseas to make sure they were able to return healthy. When I travelled to UAE and Egypt I was able to use her advice (and preventative medication) to ensure I was well throughout my adventures. Been rudely treated by the senior reception woman as my son was crying and vomiting. No help obtained but been told to vomit outside??? Unbelievable, this is not how you treat your customers who spend $400 to get a injection?!

When being overseas with children its a must to go and see Dr Deb prior. Dr Deb gave us detailed and up to date information for a number of our trips. You will also receive a book to which you can refer for all sorts of minor medical complications which might arise on your travels.
