Dr Andrew is amazing in his job. He is very friendly & takes time for the clients. He is always doing exactly what I want & I got the best result since I became their client. Staff at reception are warm & friendly too. I can get their positive energy even when I attend at the end of the day. I would recommend Mira clinic to everyone who might be a bit fussy same as mine. I had a procedure scheduled and unfortunately on the day the equipment was down so it had to be postponed. Now a normal process would be to apologize and maybe offer a discount on a future booking but they instead offered me another procedure on the spot free of charge. This was not a cheap out of pocket expense for the clinic but they put me first and offered it anyway. This sort of customer service was amazing and you'd be crazy to go anywhere else for a treatment. Both the reception and health practitioner were engaging, professional and far exceeded my expectations so thanks again MIRA Clinic and I look forward to seeing you again in a few months.

As a person who has a phobia of needles I cannot recommend this place enough. The staff were so understanding and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I just want to give the highest kudos to Dr Clarke and the team at Mira. I have been attending their clinic since inception (basically have been looked after by all staff at one or more occasions) and whole heartedly i cannot thank them all enough. Each and every one of them, are highly skilled, trained and knowledgeable in their areas, of which cannot be faulted. At the age of now ***cough*** 42, with a small tweak here and there, i have managed to maintain my complexion and youth beyond my years. For this i am eternally grateful. I have never been one to go silly and visit periodically as i require, however i wanted to specifically mention my last procedure being the "pico genesis" treatment. Having naturally somewhat sensitive skin being of a celtic heritage, i was highly impressed on how this procedure was relaxing (i aliken it to laying in the sun with glasses) together with how amazing my skin was after. The pic below essentially speaks for itself though wow. I certainly will be back again for another round as 2 to 3 days after (when image was captured) my whole face was glowing and the surface of my skin was so smooth. Its almost like the dry skin from winter was whisked away under the duress of their magical machine. Dr Andrew has been treating my iron stain for the past 18 months. We exchanged emails before the treatment and Dr Andrew told me about the type of laser he recommended. I had a test patch to begin the journey and that immediately set my mind at ease, I could tell Dr Andrew was committed to giving me the best results. I had approximately 10 appointments over an 18 month period with Dr Andrew and he has always been extremely warm, professional and efficient. The results were incredible! There were two lasers used during the removal journey and the pain was manageable with an ice roller and cool air tube provided for my treatments. I followed the aftercare advice and applied the stratamed as recommended. You have to wait 5-6 weeks between treatments and avoid sun exposure which is why the treatment took so long. Now, the stain on my arm is completely gone. I can wear short sleeves again without worrying people are staring at me, no more questions from colleagues and friends as to if I'd had a fall or an obscure food allergy. It's incredible! Dr Andrew was just as excited to see the amazing progress I was making as I was, it was reassuring to have someone by my side through the long treatment period. Thank you Dr Andrew! I would highly recommend him to anyone wanting a highly knowledgeable, caring, passionate and professional clinician.

Went in for lip fillers and Nasolabial fold filler and was also looking to get botox but was told you can't get botox for the Nasolabial wrinkles which I've now found isn't true so a bit unfortunate I couldn't get that done as I wanted. There was confusion when I said I wanted my smile lines done (Nasolabial folds are also called smile lines)and I did also point out exactly the lines I wanted done but was still injected in the wrong place. I did call back the next day and asked if I could come back in as it was incorrect and they were really good and booked me an appointment that same day which was awesome. I had the Nasolabial folds injected with filler (free of charge which was lovely) and the results were okay but could still very clearly see the Nasolabial lines but I wanted to wait two weeks to see the results as I was told thats how long it takes to settle and look it's best. It's two weeks later and I honestly can't see a huge amount of difference and can see the filler wasn't placed all the way down the fold as it should have been. I am very aware they don't dissappear completely but I've seen plenty of people get the same procedure as me with much better results. My lip filler wasn't done completely correctly either so I have a lump on my top lip and more filler had been inserted one side more than the other leaving me looking a bit skew whiff. Picked Mira because of all the lovely reviews so maybe it was just an off day but for me it wasn't worth the 900 dollars I had spent. The customer service is very good, the results just weren't that great, especially when I said at the beginning price wasn't an issue as its something I am a very insecure about so wanted the best results possible.

I would recommend the Mira clinic to any of my family/ friends in fact anyone at all Dr Andrew Clark is very professional Thorough caring and in my opinion the best in his field He goes above and beyond to accomplish the results you desire The reception staff are warm friendly kind From the minute you walk in you feel at ease The facilities are extremely clean and well thought out I could not fault this practice. Highly recommended

My first visit and I opted for the beauty booster. Tracy looked after me and made me feel really comfortable Everything was explained well and there were no hidden surprises. I can see the difference in on my skin already. Really professional but also a good laugh! My hour there was like having a catch up with a friend. I would highly recommend 10/10

I recently got Botox because I could not control my frowning and squinting and forehead wrinkling,Within a few days I experienced headaches, nausea, and extreme weakness (requiring bed rest for 3 days).it been over 10 days and I see no effects, I went back and they have injected more but still not satisfied with my results. I would never Never recommend this clinic .

I’ve been seeing Andrew for years now. I literally can go to him and say “make me beautiful!” And he just does his thing. It’s safe to say he would have to be one of the best and most reasonably priced in the business. I will never go anywhere else! Liz and the team are amazing and you definitely feel you are in a reputable high end clinic.

MIRA Clinic do a brilliant job with their treatment services. I have had three facial treatments at the clinic now, and each time I leave feeling 5 years younger. The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming, and Tracy is brilliant at what she does.

I was nervous about getting wrinkle relaxer for the first time but the staff made me feel so comfortable and welcome. The cosmetic registered nurse; Krupali, was so informative and helpful, she made me feel so relaxed about it all. I’ve been both clinic for several times and they never provide you towel or cap for your treatment like their posts on IG. Every time you check their ig they provide cap for their clients in case water runs down on your face and towel to cover your body. I’ve asked once the stuff told me they don’t have it. Makes me realised the ig story they post just for their ‘celeb’ clients not for everyone else. Service was not friendly

I love this clinic! Mostly because Tracy who does my treatments is AMAZING and I call her a magician 🪄She has the gift when it comes to knowing exactly how to read your face and muscles AND she is really lovely and down to earth and beautiful! She’s defying ageing too! I like people who ‘walk their talk’. Well done to Dr Andrew who assembled this quality A team at Mira and put the amazing full service clinic together. It’s a veritable anti-aging candy shop 🍭 in a warm, inviting and cultured art gallery environment. The heritage building is gorgeous and It’s the thing you are really bowled over by whilst you are there Its really beautiful!! All the staff are lovely. I highly recommend this place for your treatments when you’re in Perth. 👌

Can I just say how very lovely she is, I felt extremely comfortable and was so appreciative of her level of empathy and kindness when I explained why I hadn't had treatments for a few years. I have been going to Mira Clinic for going on two years and have always been very happy with the services and results I've had. Recently I've started seeing Krupali and I am beyond impressed with her level of skill and kindness. I had issues from several years ago having my lips done elsewhere and have been very nervous to go back and have them fixed. I've been living with lips that we're deflated and made me insecure. Krupali has been so patent over several appointments discussing the treatment plan with me. I finally bit the bullet and went for it. It's only been 4 days and I am blown away. Yesterday I had my first experience at the lovely west Perth clinic. I felt so comfortable from the moment I stepped into the clinic. All the staff are just amazing, super friendly and professional. I had cheek filler for the first time and i LOVE the job Chantelle has done. She has kept it looking soft and natural but still giving me that beautiful definition. I had the pleasure of attending the clinic today in West Perth , But I must say from the moment I called last month it was nothing but pleasurable, Receptionist (Diane)was so polite and accommodating. Professional and knowledgeable and at the same time doesn't feel like a 'medical clinic'. It's actually a thoroughly enjoyable experience as you walk in. The reception staff are amazing, friendly, warm and up to speed with the various procedures without the sales BS or pressure, they just want to make you a coffee! Their prices are not in keeping with the experience, they should be way more expensive! No wonder it's so hard to get a booking there. Would recommend especially for laser tattoo removal.
