I want to start by saying that this clinic is usually great. I went for the first time to see Meredee which is the best doctor I've ever seen in Melbourne. Sadly, she's retiring soon, I've seen another doctor who was very thorough and accurate as well as a nice person. Enza (the receptionist) is great and very knowledgeable, she's very assertive and an excellent professional. Sadly, not too long ago they had added Dr. Anastasia Stephanie Rahardja who my partner and I saw a couple of times for an assessment that I believe she over prolonged to charge more, I didn't like her from the start. A few days ago I made another appointment just for me because I injured my back badly (VERY). I wasn't aware it was with her the doctor they put me with. At the appointment she didn't prescribe me anything for pain except for a stronger anti inflammatory than the one I already had, she dismissed the fact that I said I had a head concussion, she charged me for 20min (price almost doubles from 15 to more mins) although 5min of those I was in the toilet as I had nausea from the medication I took just before (to cope with the pain and reach the clinic). When I called next day when the pain was clearly not managed with the anti inflammatory she prescribed, she expressed I had to pay her again so I can get another prescription. I said I couldn't pay it, so she decided not to help out. I believe what makes a doctor really good is the level of humanity they can have towards their patients, Atticus was that sort of clinic for me, Stephanie is taking that name for them and it's sad to see how it seems to be becoming all about the money. Her greed blurs her from performing good assessments, she didn't ask me the level of pain, the type of pain, she didn't check my head concussion, etc. I've noticed other comments in here with the same perspective so I'm sure I'm not the only one. Atticus, I believe you should pick your doctors better to maintain the great reputation that precedes you.

First of all, I would like to start with the lady who sits at the front desk. She is super amazing, the moment you will go in she will make you feel better. I don't remember her name but you will get her. Then the doctor I visit is Dr. Harry of course he is in medical sector for years and years so you probably either like or dislike because he will not give you fancy medicines and trust me his prescriptions always work for me no matter what. Highly recommended.

I am travelling and became ill, so I made an appointment here. Being unwell away from home is always a bit daunting, but the team here were so fantastic and helpful that I wanted to write a review to commend them. I was able to book an appointment online easily though the website. When I wanted to change the time, I called the practice and the receptionist was very friendly and easily changed my appointment time. When I arrived, she remembered me from the call and helped me get registered. I saw Dr Tai who was very kind, professional, and helpful. I wish I lived in Melbourne, so this could be my regular doctors office! Thank you, William St team.

I think that Dr Varum Deepak needs to read the mission statement of the clinic he works in. I spoke with 2 different receptionists in the week leading up to my appointment. I was told by both that the dr I was seeing was able to write a prescription for me. So I went in, armed with a recomendation letter from my psychiatrist to get a prescription. I was treated so inhumanly by this dr. I as a First Nations woman of Austraila dont appreciate being lied to. I suspect this dr was making up his own rules when he told me that new patients would not be given prescriptions. Well, which is it? When asked how does he work and live on stolen land yet wont help a decendant of the original custodians of this country he was non responsive. When asked when his duty of care kicked in, he didnt have an answer for me. This dr cares more about himself than others. When I asked why he would deny me medication. He answered that it made him feel uncomfortable. Well he doesnt know what true discomfort feels like. Try living with treatment resistant depression and chronic pain. His negligence was palpable. He gives other people of colour a bad image. Racism is not what I should be recieving as a response to my reaching out for medical health help.

The moment I entered this clinic I came to know this is the best clinic in Melbourne, after meeting the cool and friendly receptionist. I went here to know about my asthma, so thank you Dr Patrick for your great treatment, relevant questions and a proper medical consultation. I also got my dental treatment with super friendly Dr Leila and thank you Charlotte (her asst dental doc) to take care of me during the treatment. Next time I get sick I ll come running here itself 🤭

So thankful I found this clinic! I have never felt so welcomed when walking into a clinic, thanks to Enza the lovely lady on reception. I see Dr. Meridee Flower, the level of care I receive is exceptional and beyond anything I have ever experienced from a doctor. Dr. Anastasia made me to come over just to tell me that everything was ok with my results, something that has always been communicated over the phone by other doctors. Then she gave me some weird excuses about why she did not ring me. Well, the other doctors actually cared about me, wanted to put me on ease and save my time. This doctor does not seem to be considerate of patients. At least she bulked bill me, but only because I expressed dissatisfaction.

First time visiting Atticus Health today after searching for a new GP clinic. The receptionist was friendly and welcoming on arrival. The nurse Jennifer and Dr Stephanie were both professional. I gave found my new GP clinic and will be back next time I need to.

Had a really pleasant time going to Atticus Health Medical Clinic. I couldn't get into my usual clinic on the day so decided to give Atticus a go instead of waiting to get in and was delighted at how welcoming and helpful everyone that worked here was. As it was my first time they took the time to really get to know me as well as go over my background health history and when it came time to the actual appointment Anastasia was really helpful and thorough in her check up and I felt really comfortable. All round lovely experience and I will definitely be back!

I can't give any input on the doctors themselves as I've only been in touch with the reception. However, I'd like to highlight the welcoming help I received from the receptionist. Called in late on a weekday night half an hour before closing to see if they could fit my partner in for some sudden stomach pain she was facing. Were no available slots which was understandable given the time of the call but the receptionist was very accommodating and even offered to help find some nearby clinics which were still open. Will definitely visit again in the near future.

My father is visiting from the US and had developed a terrible cough and fever. I rang up and was immediately given an appointment for several hours later. We arrived and were greeted with such kindness that I wasn't sure if I'd walked into a GP or a friend's house. It was busy, the phone was ringing off the hook and STILL they were so friendly - no stress, no feeling like we were a burden, nothing of the sort. My father was treated quickly and competently. I couldn't recommend this place more. I'll be coming here for all of my medical needs in the future. Thank you all for making what could have been a stressful and scary situation into a hearteningly pleasant one.

I've never been a patient at William Street Clinic, but Dr Tai used to be my GP in Sydney, and knowing he works there makes me sure it is a good practice. Dr Tai is the best GP I've ever had and Sydney's loss in Melbourne's gain!

Starting with the front desk lady who was super polite as well as with Dr Anastasia who took the time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly explain my treatment options. I would like to express my deepest appreciation for my recent visit. I called this morning in hopes of securing an appointment slot. The lady at the reception did her utmost to accommodate me; she was exceptionally patient and friendly, ensuring a worry-free experience with her arrangements. Additionally, my time with Dr. Varun was also delightful. He patiently listened to my doubts and concerns while providing a detailed diagnosis of my symptoms. This stands in stark contrast to the rough GP services one might encounter at other clinics. I truly felt respected as a patient. I am extremely pleased to have found the best GP in Melbourne.

I was really really pleasantly surprised. Choosing a new medical practice and doctor is an uncertain process, but Atticus was a very friendly and welcoming medical practice, the receptionist was a treat and Doctor Stephanie was a delightful person. She was interested in my history and concerns, took the time to listen, wasn't pushing tests etc, just mad you feel very much at ease. Highly recommend. Great central inner city location.

Dr. Piterman is an outstanding Dr. & a kind & understanding person. Dr. Piterman listens 2 you which is so important in order 2 & in your recovery.

Dr Deepak went through my pathology tests today and explained the results in detail.Special mention also to Ola, a student Dr from Monash, she was observing and I think she will become a very Dr.

Friendly and informative staff. I have been with the practice for over 15 years. It's easy to get an appointment and centrally located. They have catered to all my medical needs over the years.

The practice is clean and modern, and very conveniently located in the city. Stephanie is a caring and knowledgeable GP with a lot of experience. It was refreshing to meet a GP who takes the time to diagnose and treat patients. I have found my new GP!

5 star rating and more - Dr Czuba gave me the necessity tests and discovered in time that I had cervical cancer - As we discovered this early, I am now clear from the cancer. Although I was placed under immediate care at PeterMac, Dr Czuba was able to keep me in a positive mind which helped me get through the 6 weeks of radiation and chemo treatments. Dr Czuba has been the most knowledgeable doctor I know - he’s a people person....and outstanding in his profession. Thank you Dr Czuba.....

Great clinic, all staff are very warm, friendly, helpful and professional. I came here for some minor day surgery and found the experience very pleasant. My only suggestion would be the addition of some relaxing music in the procedure room, that would be really nice!!
