Beware! Had tattoo removal session and the machine wasn't even run over the whole tattoo. This isn't the first place I had a tattoo removal session and the operator only ran a single line for about 1 second over my tattoo. When I complained she reassured me that it had 'gone over the whole thing' and 'has frosted over'. Then I was immediately told I would need at least 10 more sessions (at $85 a pop!). I would even go so far as saying that they intentionally gave me no results to make me pay for additional sessions. A staff member did a follow up call a week after my treatment to see 'how I was feeling' and I'm guessing tried to book in a follow up session. I gave negative feedback and advised that I felt 'scammed' by the treatment. The staff member simply hung up on me, further reinforcing my suspicion that they purposely gave poor treatment to make me come back and have additional sessions. I have since been elsewhere (and had another tattoo removal session before which yielded results) and I can confidently say that this place tried to rip me off. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone Unable to reply on this platform, correct I was scammed to the tune of $89 by this company. Don’t book with them, they tried to make me leave $50 deposit on their system before even giving the service and I’m so glad I didn’t. I have since changed my name and I am a genuine customer of this sham shop.

I had some bad experiences here at the start and the staff kept changing and as such my treatments were not seamless. Then Oksana came along and has been my therapist ever since. She is amazing and really knows her stuff. I decided after a few treatments to get my husband to see her and I'm confident if I recommend a friend or family member to her they won't be disappointed. Had she not come along I was going to ask for a refund because I was concerned about the quality of treatment but she truly has put my mind at ease.

I had a wonderful experience today when I attended my appointment at Victorian Cosmetic Dermal Clinic Frankston. The staff made me feel very comfortable and were very attentive. Roxanne in particular listened to everything I had to say and made my appointment very personal. We even had a great laugh! Thank you so much, I'll be back soon!

Roxanne was so friendly, caring and professional. Definitely made my experience very enjoyable and comfortable. Highly recommend her if anyone is after cool sculpting or laser!

I have visited many laser clinics for various treatments over the years and Vic Dermal in Frankston is far and away the best. I started off receiving tattoo removal from Oksana, who got more results in two sessions than I had seen before after 10. She also noticed my rosacea was becoming worse and suggested treatment but never pushed the idea on me. I had always been too nervous to try laser for my rosacea, fearing it would make it worse but I trusted Oksana as she had been so great up to that point. I am so glad I did! She has managed to improve my horrifically red, inflamed, painful skin covered in lumps and bumps by 90% she went through my whole skin care regimen and made sure everything I was putting on my face was helping and not hurting my skin. She would also text me out of hours to check up on me and was always happy to answer my questions at any time. Oksana is really a one of a kind practitioner, I cannot recommend he highly enough, esp for skin conditions no one else has been able to treat.

A high level of professionalism, which was evident from the information on their website, telephone manner and handling of my booking. When I entered the clinic I found the therapist Jess to be very relatable and welcoming. She took the time to give an in depth explanation of the whole laser hair removal process and was able to answer all of my questions including the mythologies that I held about laser hair removal. No question was too silly. She was transparent, informed and very passionate. I walked in 'in research mode', wanting to compare prices, offers and the quality of service with other businesses and I walked out empowered and genuinely thrilled about commencing my treatment with this clinic.

Very friendly staff, good service, also after a treatment you receive a message (great aftercare). They take the time for you, don't try to sell anything if you don't want to. Facial treament was good. Laser hair removal really good! After a few times already way less! Not painful at all :)

I found the attention to detail for my laser treatment at VC Dermal Clinics Frankston was so much more efficient and thorough than from The Australian Laser Clinic inside the Frankston Shopping Centre, where I felt my Laser appointments for hair removal had seemed hurried and incomplete. After 8 sessions at the ALC I felt had not achieved the desired result and was still experiencing considerable regrowth. I then consulted with Amy at VC Dermal Clinics Frankston for another opinion. Amy and Darlene carefully listened to me did not hurry my treatments and took extra care to make sure all areas to be treated were well attended to. After only 2 sessions I have experienced a much better result. Their introductory offer (first treatment) was only $29.00!! I am more than pleased and would highly recommend this clinic.
