The treatment and service was faultless. I was able to get a next day appointment for treatment of a chalazion. Dr Raf and his staff are charming efficient and professional. I completed the online registration and had nothing further to complete on arrival. Waiting time for treatment was short, and I was cured!! Can't ask for more!!

We had a very helpful and careing contact with this eye clinic, when they changed our appointment at short notice, from receptionist to nurses they made us feel relaxed and we were given written information on forth coming treatment.

My appointment was at 9.50, I was seen at that time, went through several testing processes, which the assistant handled well. On completion of testing I met with the surgeon who would be conducting the minor operation and all was in order. I am yet to have the surgery but so far it has been handled very well.

Very pleasant new space. The staff were professional, helpful and friendly. There were small delays waiting for the specialist - but it is to be expected- still managed to complete the full appointment in about 1h and 20min.

I was very impressed by the professional approach taken from the time I entered the practice. The admin team was welcoming, the clinicians were skilled in the role and explained fully what they were doing. Dr Andrew Kaines provided me with the information I was seeking and outlined the options I have in the ongoing management of the issues with my vision.

The experience I had here with my 6 year old son was wonderful. We were able to wait in a huge adjoining room which allowed him to run around, be a bit noisy and spread out while he did some activities we brought with us. The clinical staff we met with were terrific with him, as was Dr James Smith. Highly recommend.

I took my very energetic 2 year old for an appoint. The staff were so accommodating to us and helping to keep him occupied while waiting. Dr Smith was equally amazing explaining my sons condition and offering support beyond the appointment.

Dr Claire Hooper and staff are so lovely and caring. I was very worried about the sudden poor vision in my left eye when I first visited the clinic. The whole team made sure to put my mind to ease and Claire took the time to explain the diagnosis and following treatment to me. I now see her regularly and my eye gets better and better every week. Their equipment is excellent too. Thanks so much to the whole team!

My optometrist emailed an urgent referral to Northern Beaches Cataract, Retina, Glaucoma over the weekend. The clinic didn't wait for me to call them but took the initiative to call me first thing Monday morning to make an appointment. When I got there I was attended to promptly and with great care by all the staff including the eye specialist. I'm very impressed with their level of service and will definitely recommend them to my family and friends.

I had upper lid surgery with Pro Ghabrial and was amazed at how I had no pain afterwards. I had expected to take painkillers, but didn't even need a panadol! Every is healing beautifully and I'm looking (and seeing) like my old self again. So happy I chose the best in his field! Thank you Prof G.

The centre kindly booked me in at fairly short notice to see one of the visiting specialist. I was on a fairly tight schedule and when made aware that the specialist was running late, the receptionist quickly arranged for me to see another doctor almost immediately. I was very pleased with the outcome of the consultation and even more so, when they waived the fee because of the slight convenience.

Excellent service and very happy with my Opthamologist- Allannah Walsh. She is highly experienced and professional and I feel very safe in her capable hands.

As this was my first visit I was a little anxious. I was amazed at how nice the staff was from the lovely ladies at reception to the helpful technician who did my tests. Dr Matthew Spargo was brilliant, professional, a great listener and encouraged me to ask questions. He certainly knows his stuff. I couldn’t be happier.
