Several
times,
my
husband
had
cosmetic
injections,
with
always
positive
outcomes.
We
have
chosen
to
go
to
the
Australian
Skin
Clinic
this
time
to
have
his
injectables.
Unfortunately,
following
the
initial
injection,
my
husband's
forehead
did
not
get
any
better.
Mrs.
Yasamin
performed
a
review,
increased
the
dosage,
and
noted
that
the
strong
muscles
in
his
forehead
are
the
reason
the
injection
was
not
reacted
to.
My
husband
had
the
injectables
previously,
but
he
had
never
seen
this
kind
of
impact.
We
waited
for
the
outcome
for
a
total
of
4
weeks
and
2
more
weeks,
but
unfortunately,
his
forehead
is
still
not
perfectly
straight.
Ā
Last
week,
we
scheduled
our
third
review;
however,
we
arrived
at
the
clinic
six
minutes
late
and
were
refused
entry.
Angered,
my
husband
said,
"We
are
not
satisfied
with
your
service.
We
should
not
have
been
here
three
times
for
basic
cosmetic
injections,
and
now
that
we
have
come
here
three
times,
you're
saying
us
we've
missed
the
appointment
Yasamin
can't
see
us."
We
were
so
dissatisfied
that
we
left.
We
still
had
9
minutes
left
in
our
scheduled
appointment,
and
while
I
am
aware
that
reviews
are
scheduled
for
15
minutes,
she
should
have
come
out
rather
than
hiding
and
requesting
that
we
reschedule
for
a
different
time
next
week
because
I
am
unable
to
see
you
right
now.
I
messaged
Mrs.
Yasmin
to
let
her
know
how
disappointed
we
were.
She
added
that
he
has
powerful
forehead
muscles,
and
since
you
were
late
and
missed
the
appointment,
you
will
now
need
to
pay
to
get
this
addressed.
She
made
harsh
remarks
about
us
several
times!
Even
though
the
patient
is
upset,
it
takes
good
management
and
customer
service
skills
to
handle
the
situation
diplomatically
rather
than
disparaging
the
person.
You
provide
poor
customer
service
by
labelling
your
client
as
disrespectful!
He
now
has
an
uneven
forehead,
and
the
correction
will
cost
more.
We
don't
trust
Mrs.
Yasmin's
abilities,
so
I
requested
them
to
either
refund
the
$400
or
direct
us
to
another
location
to
resolve
it.
Unfortunately,
she
is
unable
to
inject
correctly
since
she
is
unaware
of
the
dose
requirements.
I
attempted
to
contact
them
in
numerous
ways
to
try
to
resolve
the
issue
before
making
it
public,
but
they
kept
calling
us
RUDEĀ and
demanding
more
money.
We
are
really
dissatisfied
with
the
clinic's
level
of
customer
service.....
To
respond
to
your
reply:
"Just
wanted
to
let
you
know
that
the
reason
for
providing
this
comment
is
to
raise
public
awareness,
and
I
am
not
looking
for
a
solution
from
your
clinic
and
am
not
interested
in
receiving
any
sort
of
services
from
you,
even
if
it
is
free!
Just
wanted
to
let
you
know
that
I
had
consultations
with
competent
nurses,
and
they
all
agreed
that
an
unequal
amount
was
injected,
resulting
in
an
uneven
forehead.
This
is
not
due
to
having
strong
muscles,
and
with
the
right
dos,
this
could
have
been
resolved."
