Charming, warm and extremely easy to talk to about any concerns, he's honest about any possible complications. He takes time to go through any questions and I never felt even slightly rushed. After doing some research I learned he has a great reputation and was a top class surgeon He repaired my prolapsed bowel on 24 May and I had a little pain on the first day, then just a little discomfort by the next day. There was a post-op appointment mixup (by the hospital) and he fitted me in the next day! I've had many surgeries and he is one of the best.... and nicest. You wont go wrong with him as your surgeon.

I have a complex medical history, mainly bowel related. I had a temporary ileostomy in July 2021 after being in St Vincent’s Private in Sydney for 2 weeks under a physician, as Gareth was trying something new. The ileostomy worked out which part of my bowel was the issue and I had major elective surgery 2 weeks ago. I was always kept updated, asking how I was feeling, if there was anything he could do.
