Could not recommend Omega Medical more highly. Have been with other agencies previously but none compare to Omega in terms of friendly and personalised service. I have only ever dealt with Skye, she has great relationships with the hospitals and understands what the different jobs entail so she is able to find you work that suit you. Cory is her super efficient sidekick who takes care of all the rest. I thoroughly enjoy working with them both, would not go elsewhere

Absolutely shocking locum agency. Placed me in a med reg role despite clearly emphasising & triple checking it was RMO role (after previous bad experience as reg so wanted to be rmo for while longer). Waited 4 weeks past initially informed start date with no work or accommodation. Promised accommodation when agreed to job but none given - stayed with friends temporarily but involved 3-4hr daily commute. Refused to pay any travel expenses. Hourly pay rate decreased from $150 to $100 upon Starting tha informed/agreed (standard rate in the hospital but omega has lied to me). Messed up visa - said could do but allowed expiry & significant stress before sorted at beginning. Everything about this agency was lies and incompetence creating crested, hassle & financial difficulties. I quit within 2 months and found decent locum agency who I was happy with. I believe my agent may have left company now so other people may be better based on recent reviews since but I was more than disappointed with this company

I came across Omega Medical when I was looking for locum opportunities last year and have been in contact with Catherine Dewar since then. She has been absolutely amazing in understanding my needs and has truly gone above and beyond to ensure they are met; from finding the right time frame to sorting out accommodation, insurance, payment, ongoing opportunities, etc, she has been fantastic. What a fantastic professional company! The moment I received a call from a lady by the name of Bronwyn, I knew this was the right company to find me suitable employment. Bronwyn understood my requirements through active listening and being responsive in her communication style, i.e. I personally wanted something close to home with flexibility in hours so I can have a little extra time with my family. It took around 2 or 3 weeks to have a formal offer, goal achieved and one extremely happy client. Almost always same day confirmation of placement. She attends to my emails and concerns in no time. And even if I had to cancel a placement, it is not a big issue for Sophia at all. She has always been easy to communicate with, lovely and attentive to my needs. I am also lucky to have Andrew,, taking care of my flights, accommodation and all my travel needs. Andrew has been also very efficient, professional, and caring in making my travel and accommodation very comfortable. Andrew promptly attends to my emails and concerns, and makes sure that I am comfortable. Both Sophia and Andrew are available,, even on the weekend; while I am travelling. In case I need anything. I feel very comfortable working with Sophia and Andrew , as I have total faith that they are always looking after my needs and interests.
