I’m not one to write reviews but my experience at All Saint skin clinic in Double Bay is devastating and disgraceful. I attended a full face BBL laser appointment on Saturday. Due to their negligence and I can only assume inexperience, the front half of my left eyebrow was completely singed and left missing, I also received a 2nd burn and bald patch along my hairline on the left with the hair there completely missing and burned. Both are very noticeable and distressing. I am absolutely devastated and distraught that I have to wait 6-8 weeks for my eyebrow to grow back and my face to return to normal. Needless to say I went home and cried after leaving the clinic. One error in placement of the device is cause for concern and distress, 2 within the same session is unimaginable and demonstrates a lack of skill, training and care. This is unacceptable and dangerous. I dread to think the outcome if it were placed any closer to my eye. To absolutely heighten my distressing experience, they will only offer a refund with the condition that I sign a contract to waive any liability on their part with a non disclosure clause. Very upsetting and disgraceful.

Incredible setting with extremely friendly staff who make you feel at home. The minute you step into the space you feel relaxed and nurtured. The facial I had was amazing, I was glowing for a week and received so many compliments following the treatment. The extra little touches make time spent there so special. Would highly recommend this beautiful clinic.

Exceptional customer service from the reception staff. There was a mix up with the appointment on my behalf and they were extremely respectful and accommodating. I was honestly blown away by how professional they were, considering the situation. This attitude, paired with the luxurious and effective treatments, makes All Saints stand out clinic in Australia.

Dr Steve at All Saints is such an amazing injector. He is professional and he looks at your features in detail and gives you the best advice to create a fresh face. I have been seeing Steve for over 5 years he is very talented and I trust him with my face.

All Saint Clinic has been home to me for over 10 years. I have loved my visits to this amazing clinic and continue to find comfort in the warm atmosphere created by such incredibly kind staff. Dr Joe’s incredible results and attention to detail are second to none, only to be outshone by his sincerity and genuine care for myself, and as I am abundantly aware, his other patients. I would encourage anyone to look and feel beautiful in their own uniqueness and All Saint Clinic is the perfect guide on that journey.

Dr Joseph and his team are amazing. I've had treatments several times -- and several different treatments -- and the whole experience was a delight. They guided me through the entire process with care, the results were fantastic and I will definitely be returning. The staff and clinic were exceptional. Can highly recommend!

I’ve been going to All Saints for about 4 years. Best place in Sydney for facials. The facials are effective and the entire experience and clinic is relaxing and therapeutic. I see Jacqui at the moment. The service has always been flawless. The only thing that could be improved is being more liberal with providing samples so that clients can properly try a product at home before purchasing. A lot of other skin clinics I’ve been to are better at providing official samples if available OR making up samples if there are no official samples to provide. I tend to end up purchasing more products from other clinics for this reason.

I went yesterday for the first time to the clinic and had a wonderful experience. Annabelle was very knowledgeable and kind, she did my treatment gently and gave me useful information about what products are suitable for my skin. I was beyond satisfied with her service and I already booked the next treatment with her. Highly recommend!

All Saint Clinic is the best skin clinic in sydney by a long shot! (and I have visited a few too.) All the doctors and skin care specialists are top of their field. They have always given me the best advice for my skin and what I am trying to achieve. I have been consistently greeted with a warm reception by all the staff and I have always left there feeling a million dollars! Special mention to Dr Joseph - he is the kindest person and a complete master in his craft.

I had the Saint Luxe Glow facial and it was incredible. It is the best facial by far that I have ever had. The staff were so friendly and professional. The setting was luxurious. Thank you for a truly beautiful experience.

I was a patient of Dr Deborah Davis several years ago. Besides the fact that she was extremely dismissive and rushed through my appointment, in a a nutshell, she failed to do her job correctly and I have spent years believing there was nothing that could really be done to improve my skin. I am only now writing this review as I have realised had she done her job correctly, many of my acne scars would have been treated as "early acne scars" which are much easier to treat. As opposed to, my old acne scars, which are so much more difficult to treat now. There are several treatments that can be offered for early acne scars, even if some acne is still present (and acne can also be treated in the process). I am dumbfounded as to how she is meant to be an expert in this area, and did not provide any of these options to me. I went there to seek advice on treating my indented acne scars. She told me they were too mild to treat (which after recently seeing another cosmetic surgeon - they are definitely not). All she did was prescribe me a cream to help with a couple of breakouts and sent me on my way. It was a costly waste of my time and money. Not to mention, the years I have lived with these indented scars. I have now seen a one of Australia's leading dermatologist who was able to provide me with an appropriate plan. The quality of the Doctor makes all the difference!

Dr Yalda provided the best service. She was incredibly kind and meticulous with her work. Will definitely be returning to see her again!

I would 100% recommend Dr. Yalda for anyone interested in any kind of injectable, especially first-timers who may be nervous. She talked through the process in depth before and during the procedure (nose filler) which set my mind at ease. Not only was she thorough but she also did a great job and I'm sooooo happy with the results :)

I’ve been a loyal All Saint client since 2013, and see the lovely Amy for my regular skin treatments. Amy is fantastic at recommending treatments and products for my skin based on how it’s looking, what concerns I have at the time, or what my goals are. She is also just such a kind and nurturing person. All Saint have truely mastered offering high quality, effective treatments in an extremely luxurious environment. My favourites are definitely the Red Carpet facial and PicoWay. The doctors here are also incredibly knowledgeable, professional, kind and caring. Offering great natural injectable results. I have always been an advocate of the All Saint Clinics and Team, and have referred many friends and family members here over the years.

I've been visiting Dr Joseph and the team since they opened and I'm always thrilled with the service I receive. Going to All Saints is like checking in to the Grand Hotel of Skin - it's a total experience. The surrounds are sumptuous, the treatment menu is extensive and ever changing (bolstered by the mini outpost of Le Petit Saint across the road) and - importantly - the results are always excellent. It's my happy skin place.
