Best service, quality care, and friendly staff. Dr Tom is a true professional, very informative and always looks after the needs of his patients. I am very pleased with his work. This last year alone Dr Tom has taken out all 4 of my wisdom teeth, with no issues experienced during the operation, healing, and full recovery phases. Dr Tom pays serious attention with consideration always being applied to doing something correctly to avoid damage or risk. Dr Tom is very thorough and I would definitely recommend him to anyone. This is hands down the worst dental practice I have ever been to. I really don’t understand how they are still in business. The dentist is ok.. but the receptionist has really no clue. You will Be waiting a long time for the most mundane tasks such as processing a hicap claim. Stay away from this place unless you have nothing else to do

Had my teeth cleaned here by Dr. Nguyen this week. He was super professional and did an excellent job. He took the time to explain all that was going on with my teeth and what I needed to do to maintain them. All in all, it was a positive experience. I would highly recommend this dental clinic and Dr. Nguyen.

I highly recommend Danielle . I went in after not going for years to the dentist and she was so lovely and incredibly nice . She asked me a lot of questions . Took X - rays and informed me that I needed to take a very bad /infected tooth out. It was a seamless experience and loved her work on my teeth . I am going back for a clean and am actually looking forward My girlfriend also went with me to clean her teeth and she really enjoyed her work also. I have been going to this dental clinic since 2019. I also take my kids here, as it is conveniently located in Little Saigon, Bankstown. It’s a very clean and hygienic place with great customer service. Julie the receptionist has beautiful manners and understands all my requests and happily meets them with no issues. If you can't remember maybe that email might refresh your memory... Hi Donald, I am sending this email to inform you that after exhausting every possible options I have been given no choice but to get all my teeth extracted because of the advance infection. I was told by separate three dentists I had consulted with that most of my existing teeth are infected and that they have to go in order to keep my oral health intacked. Infections, upon examination ,  are clearly visible on my before and after x rays and that indicates the bridgeworks were done over both infected and unhealthy teeth . Please find enclosed three x rays as proofs of that diagnose. In order to do that , my prosthodontist adviced me , my bridges will have to be cut off which means all my investment into them will also be down to zero along with them. For that reason I request a full refund of $ 22.110.-(* corrected from$23.770.-) credited to my bank account for the failed treatment or I expect to hear from you within a week from the date of this email that is until 18 May /23 to discuss the matter further. In the event of dismissal of my request I will be forced to take a legal action against the failed dental service which I was given . Your co-operation is appreciated. Kind regards, Hibe Dennaoui

Thankyou so much Donald, I was very anxious before having my procedure done but you had eased my mind. I couldn't be happier as the pain has gone and I'm on my way to a perfect smile.

No one likes a negative review but this experience surcame to it. Having called a week in advance to schedule my booking for 12pm - only to find out they had doubled booked and left me waiting an hour in reception without update. It was only until I was about to leave that I was told it would be “another 10 minutes”... At last when I had finally got in, the dentist did not even apologize…honestly the least she could do… speak about absence of manners. The procedure wasn’t great either, lack of quality and left feeling ripped off. The following patient had also expressed their dissatisfaction, complaining about the delay. They’re lucky to still have had our business Reading the earlier reviews, I was already skeptic about the place but decided to give it a chance only to be left in dismay… The clinic should work on their organisation and service if they want to keep people smiling 🙃 I can certainly say the overall event did not have me smiling by the end of it… poor outcome and extremely disappointed

I started seeing Dr. Tom July of last year, which began with an emergency appointment after I was experiencing severe pain. My teeth are in a horrid condition due to neglect, so I have required many appointments and procedures since then that are still ongoing. Dr. Tom has presented me with a detailed plan for treatment, which will ultimately result in me being able to smile again. He discusses different options with me, so that I can make informed decisions where needed. He is also highly skilled and proficient, so I never need to worry about pain or unexpected discomfort when I am being treated by him. I am never anxious to visit the dentist anymore. When I was seeing a different dentist nearby, (prior to the emergency appointment), I was given a quoteof $25k to complete all the treatments needed for my teeth. So far, despite all the extensive procedures I have undergone over the past 6+ months, I am still no where near that amount which has helped make my treatment possible. The prices are very reasonable and I never felt like I was being ripped off. I know that if i ever moved away, I would still travel to see this dentist. I have also recommended him to anyone that asks. Thank you Dr. Tom and the Always Smiles staff for everything!
