Late on Saturday afternoon, after failing to completely remove the top of my thumb half way down the thumbnail, I headed to Urgent Care Indooroopilly. What a great health service, I was well-informed from start to finish. After x-rays and a thorough investigation it was decided the bone should heal and the whole mess was beautifully stitched back into place. I wanted to take a moment to express my utmost gratitude for the exceptional medical care we received at the urgent care center in Indooroopilly. Our visit started with a suspected fractured foot, and after a rather frustrating hour of searching for parking and waiting in a long triage line at the children's hospital, I decided to do a quick search on my phone. That's when I stumbled upon the urgent care center's website and decided to give them a call. From the first moment I spoke with the receptionist, I could tell we were in good hands. He was incredibly kind and assured us that we could come straight in. We wasted no time and drove to the center. Within just five minutes, we were greeted by nurse Rito, who instantly put my daughter at ease with his warm demeanour and sense of humour. Nurse Rito wasted no time and promptly arranged for X-rays next door, even providing a wheelchair to make the process easier for my daughter. As soon as we returned, Rito ushered us back in and, within minutes, the doctor arrived to deliver the news that her foot was indeed broken. The doctor skillfully applied a plaster cast, and we were referred to an orthopaedic specialist. I cannot stress enough how impressed I was with the level of care we received. Every member of the staff went above and beyond to make our experience as smooth and comfortable as possible. The atmosphere was filled with kindness and compassion, and it was truly a refreshing change. I had anticipated a hefty bill, but to my surprise, we walked away with crutches, a plaster cast, X-rays, and the most outstanding care for under $200 before the Medicare rebate. I rarely take the time to write reviews, but I felt compelled to express my gratitude in this case. The doctors and nurses at the urgent care center in Indooroopilly should be immensely proud of the exceptional care they provide. Nurse Rito, in particular, was an absolute highlight of our visit. His ability to connect with my daughter and make her laugh during a challenging time was truly remarkable. Thank you once again to the entire staff for their professionalism, compassion, and outstanding service.

Brilliant care! Highly recommend. The DR and nurses were really kind and made sure I was comfortable and informed while stitching up my hand. We need more of these services accessible to all - open on Sundays too

What a great experience of having an iron infusion at Urgent Care Brisbane, lovely staff with highly experienced emergency nurses and doctors. Thorough assessment was done about my iron deficiency and the calculated dose given to me. I highly recommend Urgent Care Brisbane for an Iron infusion and it’s a great alternative to the emergency department.

Has to be one of the best practices that I've been to. Open late until 8pm. Doctor was caring and thorough and was supported by friendly, knowledgeable staff. No waiting! Has x-ray imaging, pathology and nearly every other service all together in the one clinic. No driving all over the place for follow-up services and having to book more appointments and so on. Wish it was closer to where I live.

My wife had an eye injury that needed to be looked on the day we leave for a cruise. We waited for an hour which was pretty good and Dr Shaun gave a thorough examination with all the appropriate eye medical equipment. Was very impressed. Got Medicare rebate so minor out of pocket but it was worth it for the peace of mind. Thank you!

Excellent on line communication and confirmation had me seeing a doctor only 20 minutes from contact on line on a busy Friday night! Janice the triage was brilliant. Her professional concern with my symptoms, the+many questions asked comforted me greatly with her knowledge and advice. Would recommend this service to anyone!

I wish to add to the already long and well-deserved list of excellent reviews for the Urgent Care Clinic. The staff, nurses and doctors, are wonderful. I was seen quickly, and provided with top care. This clinic is providing an excellent service which saved me from otherwise having to make a trip to the hospital A&E for something that can be dealt with in a clinic such as this. Highly recommend.

Wonderful practice and care. Was not waiting long at all and the patient service was next level with all the staff showing empathy and compassion. It was superb. They do not make you feel uncomfortable, or unwelcome, or like a burden, even after hours and needing radiology procedures. Janice the nurse was wonderful, and the Dr i saw was kind and took the time to explain things properly and with tact. I will definitely 100 per cent recommend and come back if i ever need care.

The care I received from UCB was a wonderful experience. I had a fall and they found I fractured my knee. If ever I need urgent care in the future, I will be back. The Doctors & staff were skilful & caring and I only waited 8 minutes in the waiting room after I'd completed the forms Thanks UCB!

I cannot recommend this institution highly enough. Been living in Australia for 4 years and this is the first proper medical care I received. Nurse Declan was very kind and caring and really eased my anxiety with his gentle and calm personality. Dr Singh and Dr Kennedy were both great with excellent bedside manner and you truly feel like they have your best interests at heart. Excellent care, friendly staff. I was attended to very promptly. After a few hours my medical situation was resolved. I left with a plan going forward. Most of all the patient care was excellent.

I was given highly professional, efficient, effective patient centred targeted care, Urgent Care has more diagnostic capacity (similar to a short stay ED department) than a general practice and fills the gap between standard GP care and Emergency care. I was thoroughly assessed, diagnosed & treated within a few hours We need more affordable services like this. The doctor and nurses on the day were AMAZING 🤩

This weekend I had reason to use Urgent Care services for the first time for a quite serious condition. DO NOT HESITATE .... this organisation is fantastic. I received exemplary treatment administered very professionally and yet with a level of compassion I certainly was not expecting. You get far more than you pay for. If there were 10 stars I'd give them that.

This was honestly one of the nicest medical care experiences I've had, and I've had a lot! After a few failed attempts of receiving an iron infusion at my normal GP due to my veins being difficult (not their fault), I had to look elsewhere. When I phoned, the man on the phone was SO helpful and polite. Upon arriving, I had seen the same person I spoke with on the phone and again, same treatment, so nice! And then the two people who treated me... The male, who was actually able to get my vein, first go with the assistance of their portable ultrasound, was yet again, so nice and obviously very good at what he does. Then lovely nurse Janice (pretty sure that was her name), playful, kind, lighthearted and just beautiful AND knowledgeable! Even though they were clearly having an evening where they were dealing with some difficult people, Friday the 13th will do that I guess, they still had a smile on their faces and did their job well. Also, the facility in itself, amazing! Seriously, not even the private hospital I had treatment at recently was as nice as Urgent Care. I just cant fault this at all. Thank you to the staff there for being decent human beings and keeping faith in the medical system alive!!!

I was so happy with the service I received yesterday. From reception through to seeing the doctor was such a pleasant friendly experience. Maddie, I hope I have that right and Dr Wallast were both so relaxed. And after suffering pain for nearly a week and having trouble swallowing even though had been elsewhere 2 days into my illness by Sunday afternoon i was feeling so much better. I was very pleasantly surprised at how good and how professional the care I received here was. Being Sunday, a new patient and after hours I was expecting a long wait and rudimentary care. Instead the care was first rate, excellent triage nurses and doctors and a CT scan within the hour. Very very impressed and grateful to everyone involved. Very very good.

Parking can be an issue (I drove in with a fractured finger..) Otherwise everyone I talked to was professional and happy (the happy bit is not required, but it IS nice!) I received excellent care and would recommend to anyone needing urgent (non-emergency) medical aid. Not too many people there either, I was seen promptly.

I attended Urgent Care Brisbane on a Sunday afternoon and received such exceptional care and service. This is such a convenient, needed service, for medical attention that doesn't really warrant going to an emergency department. I was provided great care, and a seamless referral for medical imaging just next door. The treating doctor and nurse were amazing and kind and the doctor followed up on my recovery during the week, which was really thorough, and thoughtful. I would highly recommend this clinic, and would definitely use their services again if needed.

Had need to visit on a Sunday. Staff were fantastic, Drs Nurses etc cannot fault them. It was quicker than going to the A&E at hospital although there are charges so be aware although I will say they were very up front on that and did not hide the facts so check with the team first if you are concerned. I was well looked after by them they were very professional. I would recommend them if you need treatment.

Amazing service and care from the admin, to the nursing staff to the doctor. I presented with an animal bite and the doctor was so thorough and incredibly knowledgeable. They explained everything in great detail as well and provided excellent treatment. I left feeling I had all the information I needed to monitor the injury at home.

Visiting this urgent care was an amazing experience. The doctors were fantastic, showcasing professionalism and empathy. The petty negative reviews, seem more like entitled rants than valid criticism, the quality of care and efficiency I experienced were top-notch. It's clear that this clinic prioritised patient well-being and offers exceptional medical attention.

Iron infusion experience was pretty great all up. Positives: early appointment times, can get in same day or next day, the nurses were lovely and the process was easy without any referral required (just latest pathology results) Some negatives - booked online, waited an hour past my appointment time (unclear if this pre booking is for an actual appointment or to give staff an indication on how many they will do in a day?). I wish I’d known I needed my physical debit card to have the instant Medicare sub of 80 back onto my card, instead it’ll be transferred. Total for appointment was 260 for the infusion + 30.99 for the iron product. I’ll get the $80 back. Which is great for a walk in clinic. Overall, great service!! I’ll definitely use again in the future.

Easy to find. Forms on phone (difficult for we non techies) but received help from receptionist. Saw doctor within thirty minutes. Started treatment within one hour. Reasonable cost. Happy to pay to see a doctor on Saturday. Didn't accept AMEX but took cash. very happy.

Urgent Care Brisbane was there for me when I needed it most. I had herniated a disc some months prior, and it reared its ugly head again when I was visiting my partner in Brisbane. I don't know what I would have done without the staff at Urgent Care Brisbane, and I highly recommend their services to those that need them. If I hadn't received their care, I wouldn't have been capable of returning home to Canada by the time my flight was scheduled. The staff were patient, kind, and non-judgmental. I received the care that I needed, accompanied by pleasant and (appropriately) funny personalities to keep my spirits up. They genuinely cared about my health and well-being, and I cannot thank them enough. Thank you, Urgent Care Brisbane!

I was very pleased throughout the entire experience. The nurses and doctor were very welcoming, very responsive, highly skilled, and courteous. The process was quick aside from a minor misunderstanding, and my issue including diagnosis, imaging, and treatment was performed swiftly. They all acknowledged and made my toddler at ease. It was by far the most pleasant medical experience I have had in Australia.

I was really satisfied with my experience. The clinic was really clean, the staff were super friendly and I feel like I got the care I needed for my condition. I really think this is a great alternative from emergency. And the wait time is appropriate. Just on a side note for mothers with small children and babies: The clinics reception/waiting area is on the smaller side & got really busy quickly; and there isn’t much seating. The waiting area doesn’t have a lot of standing room; which doesn’t give you much room for parking your pram (so avoid bringing it in, if you can).

Urgent care was the absolute care I needed when all my regular docs were fully booked! The care was fantastic with instant exams and reports. The staff was fantastic and wholeheartedly provided service with a radiant smile. I only paid half the amount I was thinking I would pay. I booked online and was able to get a same day appointment for my iron infusion. The lovely nurse Sarah took fantastic care of me. Set me up in my own private room with a really comfortable recliner chair. All the equipment is new and the place is super clean. I couldn't fault the care I received. Definitely a great alternative for emergency care for locals in the Western suburbs. Also the receptionist was absolutely delightful.

Felt lucky to have this facility available at 7pm on a Sunday for my daughter after a bike accident. Staff were professional and friendly, our nurse was really lovely and put both myself and my daughter at ease. Happy to pay the extra given it was an after hours visit, she also had dressings, pain medication etc and no extra charge for this.

The urgent medical care I received could not be faulted. All the staff cared for me professionally and kindly and then the doctor rang around to get me admitted to the hospital ward directly and provided thorough and helpful details and summaries for the hospital. He stayed after hours until the ambulance left with me. I wonder what would have happened to me without these skilled and dedicated professionals. Cannot commend them highly enough.

Hands down best health care experience I have had throughout my journey with recovering from covid. The nurses actually listen and care about what symptoms you are experiencing. I felt very safe and well looked after. I knew I would be leaving with the answers I was seeking and the reassurance that they had checked everything they needed to check.The service far out-weighs the fee. Money very much well spent.

The staff at Urgent Care Indooroopilly were so kind, patient, incredibly efficient, and took my concerns very seriously. Quite honestly the best experience I have had with medical professional's ever. I left with answers and a plan moving forward in a reasonable time frame, something the GP and ED were unable to do. They were caring, attentive, and very thorough with their testing and checking. 110% would recommend, the cost was worth every cent.

Hands down the best fever clinic in Brisbane. Fast and efficient nursing staff and the whole process took less than 5 mins. Would highly recommend and well worth it with first class facilities and patient care.

We had excellent service from all staff admin, nursing and medical There was genuine care given during assessment and procedure... ensuring pain was well controlled. Follow up with the Children's hosp was arrange to ensure completion of restoring health. Thanks to the wonderful staff

This is the second time we have used Urgent Care Brisbane in Indooroopilly, but this time for a child. We highly recommend them as an alternative to hospital centres. Fantastic service and wonderful staff. We were in and out within an hour when my daughter fractured her wrist last week. Walked straight in, had x-rays done, diagnosis and a cast put on so quickly. Absolutely fantastic care from amazing nurse & doctor who looked after my 15yo daughter on a Sunday night. We waited no more than 10 minutes to be seen. They were incredible - compassionate with a very anxious patient and took the time to explain everything really well. Highly recommend!!

Very friendly and attentive staff. Thorough and easy to go for extra tests such as scans and pathology. Very clean and comfortable premises. Much less stressful than presenting to a hospital. Was fully informed of my treatment process and referrals and treatment were provided to my regular GP.

Thoroughly recommend if you are in need of urgent care. Wait time was minimal and the staff are so kind and amazing. It was a very calming experience at a stressful time and I was well cared for. It’s not overly expensive and the benefits far outweigh any out of pocket expenses. Would use again in a heartbeat.

All staff, from receptionists to Nursing & Medical Staff very professional, knowledgeable & competent in their practise. As an anxious patient I was quickly calmed by UCB staff's reassuring manner. The clinic & waiting area was clean, modern & comfortable. The reception staff were very helpful with admission process. I would recommend this group practice to anyone needing Iron infusions or medical consults for non life threatening conditions. The other patients who were attended to, all appeared happy with their consults & treatments, in the 2hrs I attended the clinic.

I was thoroughly impressed with the care I received last night from Dr Shaun and my nurse (whose name escapes me). I felt seen and heard and the level of care I received was second to none. Dr Shaun explained everything to me about what was happening, so clearly. He took the time to listen about what I was experiencing and my symptoms; he didn't just listen, he heard what I was saying which is very rare with medical professionals these days. Both Dr. Shaun and my nurse were so patient and understanding. I felt completely safe and like I was in good hands. Thank you so much for providing such amazing patient care.

Took my 5yo son for a head gash and was seen immediately. Emily the nurse and Dr Singh were both delightful and kept my son calm. 6 staples later and we were home within the hour! Very satisfied and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone. Very reasonably priced too!

I have to say how welcoming and seamless my visit was. If I had gone to the Private Hospital it would have cost my first visit for the year excess $500 but the cost there $180 - same service, much cheaper and wait time certainly quicker. My guess by about 3 - 4 hours!! Staff so friendly and caring. Hopefully I won't be back but should I require emergency - This will be my go to each and Everytime. Thank you

Urgent care was amazing. All the staff were wonderful and they were easily able to diagnose my broken bone working closely with the X-ray clinic next door. I was seen and looked after much quicker than if I went to the hospital and was taken great care of. Highly recommend.

After not being able to find a GP near me and sitting in the emergency department for hours, I came to Urgent Care Brisbane and got seen immediately! I was able to have after-hours x-rays and CT scan straight away. I had an ankle fracture and toe fracture, and I had a cast put on and given crutches with a follow up plan at Urgent Care fracture clinic. Great team of reception, nurses, and doctor. I broke my arm after a fall (on a Sunday afternoon) and visited Urgent Care in Indooroopilly. They were absolutely fantastic -very thorough care - and cost a lot less than I was expecting for a completely private service. Service was a little slow but honestly no slower than most casualty departments, overall a solid 5 stars and would recommend.

I have inflammatory bowel disease and desperately needed to see a doctor on Sunday. The nurses were so lovely to me and got me onto fluids straight away. The doctor was very thorough and I didn’t leave until we had a treatment plan! Cannot recommend this clinic enough. Thank you

Saturday 26.11 I was in urgent need of medical assistance. From the minute I arrived I was treated in a professional manner, the doctors that treated me understood my condition an applied treatment according. I highly recommend Urgent Care Brisbane. My husband was highly impressed with the facilities and my treatment. I left with a diagnosis and a care option. Five Star Rating

My two-year-old split his chin open late one afternoon. I had never heard of Urgent Care Brisbane until I stepped through their front door. We had a wonderful experience. My son was seen to within a reasonable amount of time and the staff were so lovely (and even gave my kids a biscuit while they waited). I was so thankful this service was so easily accessible, and I didn't have to wait hours in a hospital to be seen. Hopefully I won't be back :) but I highly recommend this service.

Great service. They saw my mum straight away and were really thorough with testing everything. Took bloods and X-rays on site and got the results quickly. Mum got relief in a short amount of time which she hadn’t been able to get elsewhere. The nurses were great and so is Dr Singh. Well worth the out of pocket expense. Mum even said she thought they were exceptional….

Nasty puncture wound patched up brilliantly. Cannot rate Urgent Care highly enough. Exceptional care, from front reception to Dr's final stitch and nurses bandage. And all I paid for was the consumables. Very happy. (And very happy to avoid Emergency Dept.)

Loved the care i received here. Sometimes I am not able to urgently get into seeing a doctor at such short notice let alone a good one. If it’s not enough to call an ambulance to go to ED or wait hours in a waiting room. It’s good to have this close to home. I received lovely care from nursings staff and the doctors here. I will definitely be back.

I recently visited Urgent Care Brisbane for the first time and was really impressed by the quality of service and care provided by the team there. The nurses and doctor who worked with me were great at helping me feel comfortable and addressing the medical problem I was concerned with, effectively treating me and making me feel at ease. I would return here if needed or recommend this to a friend in need of emergency care.

Fantastic service yesterday at Urgent Care Indooroopilly. Bit straight through my lip and needed stitches. The doctor and nurse I saw were amazing, so friendly and knowledgeable. Incredible bedside manner, kept me calm and distracted while I got patched up. No wait to be seen and free parking. Wonderful resource to have in the Western Suburbs

I’m so glad I found Urgent Care. The care and treatment I received was absolutely amazing and I waited less than 20 minutes to be seated in a comfy private chair and be seen by the nurse. The nurse and doctor were understanding and empathetic. The treatment had me feeling so much better by the time I walked out the door. The facilities are clean and new. The fee was very reasonable for the care I received on a Saturday evening. Couldn’t fault one thing! We need more services like this and Urgent Care need to be commended for their excellence in delivering care to those that need it but can’t sit in public ED waiting rooms for 8 hours!
