I went in at 8:00 a.m. to take a drug test for my new job. Waited almost an hour before I politely asked the front desk if I could please use the restroom. She said yes then SARCASTICALLY said "BACK THERE" another nurse POINTED very RUDELY to the restroom towards the back. I said "thank you"as I walked out and sat back down in my seat. Sat there for another 15-20 minutes and noticed people that walked in after me were getting called in. I got up stood line again and ask ed the front desk receptionist if I had missed my name? She then replied "YES YOU DID ARE YOU READY TO PROVIDE A SAMPLE NOW" rolling her head and eyes as she did so. I let her know that yes I was and have been since I had gotten there. She replied again "ARE YOU READY TO GIVE A SAMPLE? WE CALLED YOUR NAME WHEN YOU WERE IN THE BATHROOM ARE YOU READY NOW?" I was absolutely floored watch them take 4 more people in and after about another 20 minutes call me in. The most ridiculous, unprofessional, sad set the women and ever experienced in what was supposed to be a professional setting. I'm super sad that I had to endure such a horrible experience on such a happy day. ☹️

Absolute worst experience at a clinic. Medical assistants were rude, gave minimal directions and did not communicate effectively. Got to the clinic at 10am, didnt get called until 1230. Had a quick drug test, eye exam, weight and physical. All took about 20 minutes. Then I waited another hour for a medical assistant to take my blood pressure. Didn't get out of clinic until 2pm. Absolutely ridiculous. Rude staff. Also they are not open 24 hours. Came at 730am. Door was unlocked but they will tell you to come back at 8am.

Review for pre-employment physical: After reading the reviews I went fully prepared (entertainment: book, headphones; snacks and water) as I was expecting to wait 5-6 hrs. I arrived before 8am, about 4 people ahead of me. I seamlessly checked in, and filled out paperwork. Was texted a form to fill out so if you're not tech savvy, I can see why some people may have to wait longer because they need assistance to fill it out. Overall, I was in and out within ~2 hours. Advice: Make sure you bring your ID, know the address for your workplace, be prepared to use your cell phone to fill out a form, and patience.

The owner JACK FELCHER keeps this clinic severely and cruelly understaffed. I had the pleasure of being helped by a few very kind, genuine staff members here but they did not have much time. I honestly can't blame much of the staff for acting like they didn't want to be there because they seemed too rushed and overworked to find value in this workplace. Stop screwing your staff Jack, hire more people so that they can have the time to provide the care that patients deserve. With that said, if there's a show you've been wanting to binge or a book you've been wanting to read, this is where you'll finish it (make sure to bring a battery pack!) Getting here as soon as it opens (8:00) still warrants you at least a 2 hour experience. This place could likely help a lot more people and run more smoothly without essentially torturing the staff if they just had more hands on deck. Understaffing ➡️ stressed/unhappy workers ➡️ unhappy patients

I had an experience the same as Angela Diaz I went a couple of months back my DSD sent me and I had a relative walk in with me and they heard how rude the little girl at the front was. I actually used to do her job at another facility. I had talk to her supervisor and they seemed all too passive they did go ahead and get it done but very rude after I had waited all that time as well. And the supervisor pulled me aside as if I work for them instead of talking to her staff. Sometimes I go there and pay out of pocket but after that experience I may or may not. If they continue to be rude somebody should report them. At the end of the day we are patients and customers.

DOT CDL exam $185 dlls !! This place is a joke!!! Tooo much money and time waiting for a simple test! Check the clinic in Fullerton, DOT EXAM $70, in and out in less than 30 minutes ! Don’t waist your time and your money with this quick money makers!!!

Worst customer service. I suggest that when they hire they mention to be “Friendly”. I went in for a drug screen & a DOT Exam. The back office in general was extremely rude. Rolling eyes making dumb remarks except for Josie who was taking my vitals I feel bad she has to work in such a negative environment. These 2 females were talking bad about another female worker there. Waiting time is horrible 2 hours for a 30 minute vist. They should hire positive people. I never do reviews but had a horrible experience here.

Not a bad experience at all I was scheduled for my physical on Saturday at 8 am. Previous to going to my appoinemt i read the reviews on the clinic. ALL comments said they had to wait excessive amount of hours to simply get a physical. With those comments in mind, i headed to my appointment super early. I arrived around 7:15 and went inside to hopefully check in. The nurses at the front desk kindly told me the room they do physicals in is through the back and they don't arrive until 8 am. So I went back to my car and waited. 7:45 I was standing at the door. They opened the doors at 7:50. By 8:26 all my tests were taken, i was only waiting for the doctor to ask some questions and by 8:35 i was out of there. Keep in mind I was the first one to check in and there were many people there scheduled for physicals. As far as kindness, none of the nurses were rude to me, if anything they were nothing but helpful, I wish I got the name of the male nurse working because he was the one who opened the doors a little early because he "saw many people were waiting outside".

Honestly... worst customer service I’ve ever encountered for an office facility. I understand these workers work a lot but the way the speak about the patients without being even the slightly discrete is so unprofessional. The rudeness from the moment I walked-in was totally uncalled for. I understand some patients are rude too but just they way these workers carry themselves & talk to us makes me never want to return again. They definitely need to have a meeting to remind them how to treat us because without us they wouldn’t even have a job to come to.

This is by far the most unprofessional place. You can hear all the MA talking about patients through the door. How they hate being here. They say they are fully staffed yet only have one PA. I arrived at 10:30 and berly leaving at 1:25pm. All they did was a ROM exam on me that took literally 1 min. I highly recommend going somewhere else if you can.
