A repellent place! Visited this bar twice. For the first time in the hall and outside there was a terrible smell of a dead rat. Have left. We tried to come back again. The second time didn't smell but we were faced with a very low quality of service. The bar is open until 1 am but already at 11.45 pm the waitress brought bills to everyone and didn't offer to make the last order. Beer Guinness (290 baht) was served in a cracked plastic glass. At 0.20 am the waiters took all the guests out of the hall into the street for the tables, turned off the fans and poured beer of all customers from glass goblets into plastic. What is it? Service tax is 10%. We'll never come to this bar again.

hot late afternoon and we just stopped by for a quick drink. wine by glass mostly not available, then we go for a pint of fresh witbier by the tap. a good surprise, very fresh and a good taste of wheat. not cheap though, for a pint of beer in a paper cup.

Dropped by here for lunch when there was no crowd and the service was fast and good. Ambience is nice, food was amazing. They serve great draft IPA too.

A Decent Restaurant with a Good Beer Selection On one of my last nights in Bangkok, my friend took me to dine at HOBS, which stands for House of Beers. And what do you do at a place like House of Beers? Well, you drink beer, of course—lots of it! However, since we were conscious of the strict laws enforced by the Thai police regarding drinking and driving, we decided to settle for just a glass of Guinness each and some appetizers. First, we tried the Calamari. It arrived lightly golden brown, with a juicy interior. It was so juicy that it almost felt undercooked. They had sprinkled some spices on top, and overall, it was a decent dish. Next up was the diced steak with mushrooms served on a hot dish. This was a fantastic choice. It was flavorful, fresh, and the meat was incredibly juicy. I'd definitely recommend it.

It's been the same beer since opening. It must be time to change a bit. Why not bring in many of the new beers around, add them on a special page in your page-to'-page menu... you may even find such beer becoming a hit.
