BE CAREFUL!!!!!!! when you apply for this gim ... it is attractive but customer service is not correct. The system of credit card is non safe - if you give your card even you want to resign they will charge you for 2 more months... it is incredible that a new brand in Thailand start like that ...

0 stars. I could not even enroll using cash and I refused to give my card info because I read reviews that were mixed when using your card for registration and payment. That's why I was willing to pay cash up to 3 months but they still insisted on photocopying my card, so I am now back to working out at my apt's simple and less sophisticated but, most importantly, "honest" gym.

I’m a customer who came at 23:29 18th July 2022, I just finished my meeting and realized I forgot my card but I still needed to catch up with my gym routine but when I came in the staff opened the door for me but was told that I cannot gym because they have shut down their system and cannot verify me at this time…… it’s not 24 hours if you don’t even have the system on Incase people do forget. + when I registered no one mentioned that if I wanted to go Jett’s black I needed to pay more. This should all be informed when you apply that if you happen to forget your card after 11pm the system can’t register you. Right now I’m thinking about not renewing my card because of this 2 main reason

Nice gym, good zoning grouping in each floor, outdoor activity at the rooftop, sky train view, convenient traveling, car park free only an hour - recommend bts/mrt 🤗 have Hypoxy as a innovative equipment working directly to your body fat one time trying & can see the different 👍

Got mixed feelings about this place. On the one hand they have the rooftop which has items I find useful because I like CrossFit stuff. On the other hand there’s always a wait for equipment because there’s so many people. No towel service, bring your own lock for the lockers. Mixture of old and new equipment. It has what you need, but mmmm I dunno, I just can’t rate it high enough after comparing it to other gyms I’ve been to. Especially since there’s so many kids there who go in groups of like 8 people and you gotta wait cause everyone is using that machine and it’s annoying. Sometime they can occupy a machine for like a good 40 minutes. 😑 Was gonna give 3 stars, but all the kids that go here and you have to wait for them to finish… down to 2 stars.

Similar to another reviewer, definitely mixed feelings about this place. Can get very crowded given this branch has little real estate to begin with. Why not replace un-used machines with weights instead? There's no maintenance where needed. Water coolers haven't had their filters replaced in a long time, so it takes forever to fill up your water bottle. Bathrooms lack ventilation and one male bathroom has been out of service for months. Some lockers are falling apart. Rowing machine has been out of service for months (but seems finally got fixed around September).

The equipments is enough but a bit less than expected. Is still ok if you only visit in non peak hours. The toilets are clean, you can having a private shower room and can buy a bottle of protein Milk in a machine. But today the staff is really unwilling to give me the 3 days trial pass at first. And they haven’t open all the air conditioner so there is really hot They have no concerning about your feeling and only focus on your money That’s it! Please click like if you agree and follow me if you’re visiting Bangkok too😊

the fitness center that is quite small but have many floors if you don’t mind climbing stairs. The place has basic exercise and gym facilities similar to other Jetts fitness branches but conveniently located next to BTS Asoke station and directly opposite Terminal 21 mall.

Newer, large multi floor facility with quality equipment, a good vibe and a cheerful staff. 2 floors of strength, 2 levels of cardio, an open space group fitness floor, and fun functional stuff on the open air rooftop. Boom!

Great and recommended. Almost fully equipped, missing, among other things, the "Leg Press", . There are all the climbing frames and other options on the spacious rooftop. It consists of a total of 6 (!) floors including the rooftop! Unfortunately the ceilings are quite low and unsuitable for jumping exercises. Due to the many floors and at the same time only relatively small areas, it is very convoluted and significantly limits the fun of training, especially when it is full or well attended... In addition, the stairs are (very) narrow! The entrance is very easy to find right on the busy main street/Sukhumvit. P.S. : If you're like me, please take a look at Jett's Suanplern. This is one of the best jetts and only about 3km from Asok and better in almost every way…

This gym is falling apart. Two out of six showers have been out of order for weeks in the male locker room. Items are always misplaced and plates are left on the barbells, and the staff does nothing about it. They actually make the problem worse leaving things around after PT sessions. Avoid this branch.

This gym is decent, except how they handle sales. They are extremely pushy. The manager js constantly trying to upsell me. It ruins my good rapport with my trainer because she feels the pressure to get me to buy, buy, and buy. I told the manager straight up that he cannot ask me one more time. It has gotten to the point that it is extremely annoying and rude. It is just so tactless. I run a multi-million dollar company, and if I ran my sales department the way they do sales, I would be losing customers left and right. It is not very smart business tactic. When my trainer leaves, I will leave.

The gym is fine, it was expensive for a day pass (500 THB), the staff were kind of rude, and there were lots of personal trainers walking around the gym floor making it feel busier and getting in the way without clients. There was only one squat rack and it was very busy so that was disappointing. I went at 2:30pm on a weekday so I thought it would be alright but it was so busy. No deadlift platforms either frustratingly. Definitely not a place I’d recommend for any serious strength training. Probably okay for cardio if you’re okay with the price.

Joined two months ago and been disappointed. This is a budget option - no wifi, no towels, no locks on lockers. Cleanliness is not good eg. they have had no paper towels to wipe equipment or dry hands for more than a week and i got blank stares from the six staff members at reception when i complained. I also find some of the trainers to be inconsiderate - holding on to equipment and not allowing others to use it. I will probably find another gym soon.

Had a one off session here, it’s split over 4 or 5 floors so if you have mobility issues this isn’t for you. Cost was 500 baht per person, have since paid 60 and 100 elsewhere for a one off. Equipment was decent, like a standard 24 hour gym experience. Nothing special, got the job done but an average gym experience!

Here you need your own castle! A bit outdated and not everything available and lots of stairs, small and low rooms. But very good location. Good devices and I was pretty happy overall.

Absolutely great location right across from the BTS station. The gym is very clean and not very busy. My only complain is the parking situation… you have to pay if you’re a minute over one hour. Pretty ridiculous to pay for parking.

Great training staff, and attentive customer service at the front desk. Took my first Muay Thai instruction. The gym also had great open classes. I went to a couple yoga classes, which pushed my flexibility, balance, and endurance. Then since I love a good dumbell workout there was always open benches, and weight variety to choose from even on the busiest hours of the day.

Good facility overall with friendly staff. Keep in mind that it gets VERY crowded in the evening - you might wait 20 minutes or more for the squat rack or bench. With that said, the other gym goers are friendly and will let you work-in if you ask. If this location is too crowded Jetts Ekkamai is generally less crowded during peak hours.

Where is the zero star here? As soon as you walk in, they try to oversell you their super expensive packages. Their aim is to confuse you so you won’t see you the real amount you are paying. For 42 days, they wanted 3,600 baht. Shameful!

The equipment is bizarre. In a four floor gym how can there be no normal leg press machine and only one leg extension/curl machine for everyone to use? Suggest you change this asap for your customers.

There are usually 10 employees there, eight of whom do absolutely nothing. A stationary Matrix bike on the second level has had a broken strap for at least six months. Does anyone care to fix it? NOT OUR JOB. Same thing with disused water bottles that will sit in the same spot for weeks. Does anyone bother to pick them up and toss? NOT OUR JOB

Convenience and easy-access gym. Various machine and staff are really nice. Worth it!

  • 2/5 Anthony J. 1 year ago on Google
The location is perfect, but the upkeep of the place and lack of attentiveness from the staff was enough to pass and travel just a little further out of my way.

  • 4/5 Y V. 1 year ago on Google
Decent selection of equipment though a bit lacking in weight for the dumbbells. Would rate this a 3/5 but they have private showers and changing rooms which is awesome and enough to add a point.

Really enjoyed my holiday gym session here! Gym is big, clean, light and well equipped. There are toilet + shower cabines, lockers (bring a lock!) and staff available for questions

  • 1/5 Thomas B. 2 years ago on Google
Come to an empty gym, nice surprise as always. Dirty, dumbbell everywhere, weights everywhere, water bottles everywhere. 0 support from staff for 1 year already, gym rules are not followed by anyone, staff never shows new people to use proper form or any support. They just chill and talk down stairs This gym is a joke.

Good equipment, well maintained. Several floors of cardio and weight equipment. Even during busy times, generally enough space left to work out, with maybe some waiting needed for popular machines. Staff is polite and knowledgeable, can help you if not sure how to use certain machines. Price is fair considering the space/equipment provided. Recommend to workout early in the morning (6am), as quiet then..

This is fine if you just want to do a bit of cardio and a couple of bicep curls while listening to Kylie Minogue. But if you're wanting to do anything serious you're better off at Muscle Factory or FitWhey.
