Worst experiance, doesnot deserve a single star also. Came with my father, for ultrasound, he was asked not to eat before ultrasound, waited for 3 hours, father is also a diabeties patient. He waited without food from morning to afternoon. No doctor came. While receptionist was asked about time, they said 10 minutes later every time it was asked. With my experiance i would say other diagonstics centers are far better. I dont know about others but i had a very bad experiance here.

Editing the review after 2 months because I'm alive now.. I'm about to die because of Girin gogoi.. According to him my gallbladder distended and ovaries are clear.. He gave me gallbladder medicines for 2 months.. But my ovarian cyst burst within one month.. Went through 3 days ventilation 17 days ICU at guwahati..

I've heard many times some doctors are only meant for to bamboozle the patient for money, those few days visited in this hospital made me believe some doctors are there for only money rather than patients welfare, I've taken my bro to consult the dentist, neither they couldn't explained me clearly not they try to explain, only thing they do is to make fool to the patient, they have done RCT which was not done properly as suggested by other doctors (not mentioning here ) , so we left the procedure in between and they charged us 9000/ which is for complete and genuine RCT cost, we claimed to refund few % of our amount but they denied and instead they shouted to us. Thus we tried to call them ,there phone's switch off and my bro has been left in pain for whole one day. It was actually a bad image of doctors to see such behavior. Then we moved to another hospital whish they suggested they haven't done RCT properly. So I'd solemnly urge not to consult that dentist if you wish to safe your teeth and beautiful smile .

The report collection counter staff at first floor are very irresponsible. I asked them for my report but the lady was busy on talking with her friends. Showed another level of attitude. According to them their cheap discussion about chai and coffee is much more important than their patients. Disgusting! Moreover as per their given time I called the staff but they didn't receive my call for more than 6-7 times. After calling for 1-2 days continuously they received my call but didn't send my reports, where I had paid for those reports. The report collection staff at first floor are worst and worst. They forget that if we don't go there then they will not get their payments.

Infrastructure and facility is average, staffs are okay but not professional enough. Never showed any consideration for long distance patients. We had to return by 4 pm in view of the prevailing curfew, however staffs showed no consideration for that. However, doctors are excellent and do thorough checkup.

The diagnostic center is located at a crowded place where you couldn't even dream to getting a parking space. People are kind of hospitable but they would treat you better if they know you personally. It doesnt matter when you came,took a seat, or have been waiting for your turn to come. If they know someone personally, they would get the preference of getting a diagnosis sooner than you can blink your eyes.
