    If you dont know portuguess then some of the doctors will refuse you to treat. One of the worst service of this hospital. You need to come early like 6 or 7 pm to take an appoinment and they will close after 9 or 10 pm. Worst service and waste of time if you dont know portuguess

    Dr Elena is a horrible doctor she treats immigrants very badly and doesn't even want to look at your face.. I took a Portuguese translator with me but still she is not happy just because I don't know Portuguese.. I'm pregnant and this is the treatment I get here. Very disappointed with the health care system no point in paying so much taxes here... Portugal needs to upgrade with the health care system and not just have some doctor who hates her patients

    People incompetent, searching for a doctor and the lady at the table was doing inappropriate comment about the fact that i need more to time to better understand portuguese! I don t understand how can be that in a health center theres people with such a lack of respect and empathy for sick people. Shame on this center and the entire freguesia of Barreiro.

    If we didn’t need to give a star to review this saude it wouldn’t even have 1.5 stars really.I don’t know how they treat Portuguese people but us immigrante they treat like very badly very rude I can speak and understand basic Portuguese but the doctor there was speaking very fast and didn’t want me to understand her..she was rolling her eyes when speaking and refused to treat if we don’t talk fluent Portuguese.I don’t know how she is still able to keep her job. My advice if you don’t speak good Portuguese don’t go there.BTW her name is old granny Olena pachenko!(maternity/paternity)ward. please just retire and stay at ur home and shout at ur TV

    Since the beginning of my pregnancy, consultations with Dr OLENA PANCHEKO have been very difficult. Very arrogant and terrible doctor. This lady has no respect for pregnant women. This is my first pregnancy and she never explains anything, I had to go to the private sector to have a decent consultation because this Dr. OLENA PANCHEKO didn't do anything from the month of August until today 12/14/23, and she still treated me badly because I didn't arrive 60 minutes before the appointment, without knowing what happened, since in all appointments I always arrive 60 minutes early, and in this one I arrived 30 minutes before the scheduled time because there was something unforeseen with transport. Such a shame to be a human being, this woman.
