    Stopped in today to see wall decor and pictures. Reasonable prices but not a large selection.

    My salesperson Ileana and the manager Amanda were both very knowledgeable about the inventory. They were able to get the pieces I liked put together in a way that worked for me. Also had suggestions that helped very much. I just wish the store was a little larger so I could have viewed more inventory, especially more wall pieces and art. I had a fabulous experience with them overall.

    First time in Badcock. Quality furniture and great selection. Eliana was amazing! She is very knowledgeable and didn’t pressure us. We found exactly what we were looking for. We were in and out within an hour with a delivery date of 1 week for our sofa. We couldn’t be more satisfied!

    Lilly was informative and very knowledgeable. She always had a bubbly attitude during the entire buying process. She was also very quick making our experience even better. Lilly deserves a raise. We have been a customer for a long time with Badcock Furniture and she is one that goes above and beyond. She is representing your business like it's her own! Go Lilly on Memorial Highway!!!

    Couldn't be more happy with my entire experience. The furniture was delivered within a couple weeks which most stores can't even come close to that time frame, the staff were over the top helpful and not typical sales people. Brian was my sales guy and took his time to show me my options, gave me a time frame and stayed in touch to keep me posted. He did a great job and was very helpful. Had to come in to get some items cleared up after the initial purchase and Amber went above and beyond. Would highly recommend this location and team. Thanks!!

    I bought a recliner at the Store & County Store and the Matching sofa at the Lutz Store in 2020. Bought the protection coverage as well. Fast forward 18 months and the leather started peeling and cracking on the sofa and the mechanism of the recliner started giving us issues. I went to the lutz store about the sofa and the manager told me call the warranty company , he wasnt helpful at all.I Called them and they toldme leather wasn’t covered, and advises me to call corporate. I called several times could never get through, finally after 5 attempts I got through and filed a claim. Weeks went but didn’t hear anything, so I called the town and country store and spoke to The manager Amanda . She was so helpful, she went over and beyond, even took care of the exchange of the sofa I bought from the Lutz store as well as the recliner. I can’t express enough how great Amanda was , she turned a bad experience good again. I will continue to going to the Town & Country store. Amanda thank you so much!

    I recently purchased a platform bed with underbed storage (Ashbury 6-Drawer in Full, plus a mattress) from this location, and honestly, this was the easiest time I've ever had shopping for furniture. I picked up the set (saving on the delivery fee), so I can't rate the company's delivery team, but they had it in store less than a week after I placed the order, and the financing plan is really affordable. Plus, no penalty for paying more than the monthly minimum, so I can dodge part of the interest! Will definitely shop again if I discover a need for a couch. (And according to staff, as of this review most of their living room sets are actually available, or will be within a month! That's so much faster than RTG and their other competition!)

    I bought a piece a sofa and I pay full price and delivery include to my condo For my surprise when the people arrive to my place to drop the sofa I found out the back leg was broken, including the back part of the sofa. That happens Friday around 1 pm. Tks god I was aware of this while the piece of furniture was inside the truck So I pointed about the situation. That happens around 1 pm on Friday I never received a phone call from the store or neither the warehouse. So I decided to call them back since I didn’t hear from them 3 days later. The salesman nick told me they don’t make this sofas no more , so I was surprise by that answer. He mentioned to me that I can take the display sofa from the store, but I need to be responsible to pick up the sofa , since they don’t deliver anything from the store In top of that he mentioned that they will give me only a 10% off discount for a sofa that is been sitting on the store for more than one year, I was outraged by that answer. I’m any decent store yiu will get at least a 40% discount of an old sofa been in display and discontinued. Is horrible all this from a place you pay a full price including delivery fees and u get the product in a broken conditions. And the store will not offer a delivery and a good discount from the mistakes they make. All this say bad things about this company and the store were they don’t manage situations in the mos professional manners to their clients

    I have always had a good experience with Badcock until recently. I purchased a washer and dryer from Badcock about 2 weeks ago. I was informed if I purchased the hose for the dryer the technicians could install the appliances. I purchased the parts I needed for the technicians to install the appliances. I already had a washer hose, so I didn't need another one. When my appliances were delivered the technicians could not connect my washer hose because I didn't purchase it from Badcock, therefore, that would be a liability. I called Badcock and actually spoke to the salesperson I purchased the merchandise from. He told me the technicians would install it. He apologized for the miscommunication. I informed him he didn't tell me it would be a liability if I didn't purchase a hose from Badcock. I told this salesperson I was very upset because had I known it would have been a liability I would have purchased the hose. I went on to say I was going to cancel my order. The salesperson seemed very cavalier about losing my business. That is even more upsetting to me.

    I love this store they are kind, courteous, nice,and patient. I love the staff Ileana is one of my favorite sales associate, Ezequiel, Nick,and Idelise are great as well. The new manager Jamaal very hands when it came to making sure that my order was correct and what I wanted. Great guy very nice. They take time with you and will stay after closing to make sure that you get everything that you want and need. I will recommend this store to all family and friends.
