3.7⭐️ After my first visit, I was about to give it a 5 star (4.5 to be exact), but in the meantime, I went again, and then it dropped for me to 3.7. At first, I was pretty positively surprised by how good it was! It was my friend’s recommendation. For starters, they offer a complimentary bread and cheese spread, which is phenomenal! My friend told me that the best octopus he ate in Miami was here, so we tried that. It was nice, soft, and buttery, I must admit, but the price is a little peppery. The price of a bottle of wine, or even just a glass, is reasonable. They have nice glassware. Of course, we all ordered their special — Cacio e Peppe con Tartufo Nero. It was terrific, especially the experience that they mix the pasta in a cheese wheel in front of you on your table, which many Italian restaurants don’t do. I highly recommend ordering it. I must note that the truffles are not fresh or freshly shaved, but that is fairly reflected in the price. For the dessert, we ordered both versions of semifreddo. It was one of the best semifreddos I tried, and I ate amazing ones in Europe. I highly recommend that as well. The interiors are pretty nice, and the overall INDOOR atmosphere is lovely. Now the part why the rating went down after the 2nd visit… Whenever you go, please make an indoor reservation prior. Unfortunately, we didn’t make a reservation, so we were sat outdoor. However, for the entire 80 minutes we were there, and even when we left, half of the tables inside were empty, and we asked multiple times to switch indoors if someone doesn’t show up for reservation, but the staff did not react or cared. The outdoors are dirty (please refer to the photos of the pillows). I don’t understand how a restaurant would seat their guests there. And mosquitoes will bite you. That was very disappointing and bittersweet because I was delighted after my first visit. After all, Italian restaurants in Miami are always a gamble. Also, we ordered Calamari Fritti for the appetizer and Linguine Frutti di Mare, and the calamari was too chewy. In conclusion, I would still recommend you to go and try for yourself. Just make sure to make a reservation for indoor and order the dishes I mentioned. You will be happy and satisfied!

Beautiful place! We met with our friends there! Everything was so delicious that my diet told me good bye, and I couldn't even get to the branded tiramisu! 🤷🏼‍♀️ Staff was very friendly and professional 💪🏼

So, I decided to give Cacio & Pepe another try. I remember thinking the food was good but it left my wallet feeling lighter than expected. To compound this feeling, I ordered takeout trusting a picture of a menu uploaded by a user to Google Maps so when I got there l that receipt, I looked at the food and thought, "you better be great. That short rib ravioli was great though. Full of flavor but the take out experience left me longing for that complimentary bread to soak up that delicious creamy sauce. Having ordered takeout did leave me longing for that complimentary bread to soak up that delicious sauce. Although it was great, at that price point, I would consider other restaurants but I come again due to it's proximity to my home, but just not very often

Cacio e Pepe is a hidden gem. This is an exquisite, rustic, Italian restaurant. Our waitress was an absolute joy, kind, extremely pleasant. The restaurant is full of charm, many wine choices, and the food was incredible! I ordered the Filleto Di Branzino Alla Griglia, which was Heaven. My husband ordered the Chicken Parmigiana, which he said was one of his favorite. The Tiramisu and espresso were a lovely finish, to an absolutely devine meal. This will be on our list when we go back to Miami. Perfection!!

The food was absolutely delicious, tasty, and perfectly seasoned. Everyone was very friendly from the moment we walked in the door until the moment we left. This is a quaint restaurant that you will be happy to try and try again numerous times because the food is so good.

I like this place for its atmosphere, it takes you out of Miami and transports you to a small European town. The service is impeccable, the host very friendly and attentive. We sit outside, to enjoy the night, and although there are mosquitoes, the waiters immediately provide you with repellent. The octopus for starters was excellent, the short rib ravioli were also delicious, although they could improve their presentation. The Cacio e pepe as such was a little watered down, It wasn't bad but it's not the best I've had either.

Delicious food, the fresh mozzarella in the burrata was amazing. Ossobuco perfectly cooked and full of flavors. Great service, nice music playing in the background; very cozy place, I guess just like an authentic place in Italy. Will be coming back.

In Miami, I found a comfortable and happy Italian restaurant like my home that I've been looking for so much. The indoor atmosphere is comfortable without saying anything. Food can only laugh. It is only a smile of joy that this taste is on Earth. All employees' bright smiles are No. 1 in Miami. And the last one is a large chef and owner like a bandit full of bright smiles, who is so sweet and full of humor. I will brag that there is such a delicious restaurant in Korea.

Our experience was good, we only came because I wanted to try the spaghetti that is placed inside the cheese. For me, who doesn't like hot pepper, I thought there was a lot of ground pepper; my friend who likes very hot pepper thought it was delicious. The service was okay and the place is nice.

Super cute place! Perfect for a nice lunch or a romantic date night , the atmosphere is super relaxing and Italian feel , the service was excellent by Manuel, super attentive and knowledgeable. The burrata salad was soooo fresh I need to come back and try more food. Everything is fresh and house made. Lots of gluten free options

I was pleasantly surprised that a restaurant with flavor and character could exist in a nondescript strip mall steps away from Party City. The food was amazing. We had the delicious Caesar salad and the absolute best octopus appetizer, a little crisp on the outside and extremely tender inside. My entree was the short rib ravioli did not disappoint, rich and creamy in fresh made pasta pillows! Yum. Prices on the upper range. I appreciate the decor of old world style and antiques-they could use a little freshening, especially the outdoor seating But I would definitely return to try more dishes since our lunch was delicious. I wish they had a lunch menu!

Was in town and a very good friend brought me to this oasis. Wonderful atmosphere with very skilled and courteous staff. You get to fill not only your stomach but you fill in all senses with the aroma of the cuisine and feast your eyes with the color not only on your plate but also with the decorum. Bravo!!!
