    Called this dealership on Wednesday, November 8, 2023 to find out about a Nissan 2024 kicks SV. I spoke with a sales person, named Juan, and told him what I was looking for. He said he would talk to his sales manager and he would get back to me between 9-10am the next day. He said he could get a much better deal on a 2023 Nissan kicks than a competitor and I asked him to work the numbers on a 2023 also a 2024 and come back with his best offer. I was waiting on his call and by 10:30am he hadn't called so I called him. He answered the phone and told me he was just about to call and he gave me a price for the 2023 Nissan kicks out the door of $28000 and some change I said the other dealership we are dealing with said $23000 some change he then said get a quoted price and we will beat it by $500. I said I just gave you the price and he said I'm calling your bluff. I said excuse to which he replied, yeah I'm calling your bluff and if they can give it to you for that price you should buy it at that point I called him a name and hung up after. After rechecking my notes I realized that I had misspoken and the price was actually $25000 and some change out the door. Which was still almost $4000 cheaper than his best offer. I called his manager Carlos and he told me his sales person should have never talked to me in that manner and he would talk to him. Just the fact that he felt comfortable enough to talk to me that way shows I'm not first one he has done this to. Bottom line, I will be spending my money at the other dealership.

I went the next day to pay for the car, and the flunkies at the door wouldn't let me in because " they don't take payments there" ???? When I tried to explain ,they called security on me. The salesman came to my rescue when he saw what was happening. When I walked through the door they made fun of me behind my back.(I'm not deaf). Then they told me to wait because they had to warn the "paperwork guy" that I was a problem and for him to call security if needed. I'm 65 with MS. I'm not dangerous and I was not the problem. The man that I paid said that he was surprised to see me and didn't expect me to show up ???? Then they got very angry that I was not trading my old car in. I had already sold it.They were insulting and asked to see the title. I told them no and proceeded to pay for the car. One of the managers made a comment and when I responded to It jokingly, he told me that he wasn't talking to me.Very ,very rude and strange, especially since we were the only 2 people there at the time.The salesman apologized to me for the problems even though he didn't cause any of them. They got 2 stars because of the salesman. Minus 25 stars for the rest of the experience. With all the people I saw around there doing ABSOLUTLY nothing , they should have plenty of time to get some interpersonal skills training.This happened awhile back but I was hesitant to write the review. Their actions already cost them several sales from my family and friends. I wouldn't buy there again. All I wanted to do was PAY FOR THE CAR .Unbelievable. There were no customers there but me. I can see why. Shameful , immature and unprofessional service.

    I waited for over two hours at Wesley Chapel Nissan for them to test my car battery for warranty replacement. I ended up leaving, purchasing a new battery at Costco, and installing it myself in ten minutes. While I was waiting, I received an inspection report recommending service for my AC system. Wesley Chapel Nissan had replaced my car's AC system about 5 months ago. The report also indicated that my rear brakes were low. However, both the front and rear brakes were replaced last year by a local mechanic shop. I am very disappointed in the service provided by Wesley Chapel Nissan.

    I needed to trade in my family SUV and WC Nissan was the first place I went to. I was able to handle most of the communication on the phone/off site which was greatly appreciated as a busy father of 5. I stated what I needed and what I was looking for. There wasn't a lot of back and forth, just honest negotiations. I was able to finalize a deal really quickly and I am extremely happy with my new vehicle. This was the 3rd purchase/transaction at this location.

    Very nice service. I was very pleased with the knowledge, and respect that i got from the Nissan team. The car that was picked out for me , I must say has my name all over it. Charlie Carney did an Excellent job. I recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a vehicle.

    My experience with the service team is always stellar at Westley Chapel Nissan! Everything is so orderly, clean and professional. Their communication is absolutely thorough from beginning to end and I have never felt any pressure to spend money that I wasn't prepared to spend. Actually, my final bill is normally less than the estimate. I would highly recommend this location for service.

    Horrible experience with this service department. Got my car back and smelled like someone was vaping in it and some things were missing including cash. When I complained about it was told pretty much to pound sand. Then the best part is someone went in and changed my email and added a number so I could not get my survey. I would AVOID this service department at all costs!

    Highly recommend stopping into Wesley Chapel Nissan. Just purchased my Nissan Altima SR 2024 last weekend. I must say the salesman Piero was awesome and so helpful, very patient as well. He was able to find me a great car and a great deal. He made my experience as a first time buyer an amazing one and along with Fitzroy in finance. On top of that, the manager there was very helpful and the staff overall is very professional and knowledgeable. I recommend anyone looking for a car to come to Wesley Chapel Nissan.

    Salesman (Dante Wilchombe) has always gone above and beyond to ensure I received the best deal possible. When other people said no Dante got it done with a YES! I bought not 1 but 2 2023 Titans and a 3rd one was sold to my neighbor!

    Alyssa was super Amazing from start to finish. She deserves all the good coming to her. She was very honest and kept me in the loop the whole time. She was awesome and made the experience so much easier.
