Easy to find, right off Bonita Beach Road. Benny, an adorable doggy employee wannabe greeted me from his seat at the desk. I was smitten. The jewelers were helpful, explaining the process for soldering my rings. Very friendly and skilled at their work. My ring turned out more beautiful than I could imagine. I would give this business an A+ and recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

I recently found that a prong had broken on my diamond engagement ring. Being new to the area, I needed to find a knowledgeable and reliable jeweler. We were recommended to B. Franklin from a friend who was very happy with them. I brought the ring in and the jeweler explained what needed to be done and gave me a very fair price. In 3 days time, my ring was repaired and looked brand new. I wouldn't hesitate to go back. Not only were they knowledgeable, but also very pleasant!

Although we've not bought anything (yet), we have taken several items to be repaired or cleaned/polished, and the jeweler always offers great, prompt, honest service. I sold a nice piece of jewelry that I never wore through B Franklin consignment about a year ago. They were extremely professional, knowledgeable and most importantly trustworthy! Patricia valued my piece at a much higher price than some other scammers, and my piece sold within a month. They also cleaned my ring for free while I waited on paperwork. Couldn't be nicer people at this store. Highly recommend!
