This place is such a joke. I have traveled a lot, but decided to come here when we decided to travel to Africa, because it seemed more complex than some of the other trips I’ve been on. The only goal of this place is to make money off of you by offering vaccines that are sometimes not even needed. Additionally, I found the nurse not to be very knowledgeable about our trip. One of the things that was really irritating was that when I asked about whether Covid shots were required where we were going, she told me that I would need to look it up myself. Additionally, she pushed my travel buddies to get additional shots and told them that they wouldn’t be able to get them anywhere else -even though after the fact I was able to see that, you could get some of these shots at Walgreens and they would even bill your insurance. We had several other questions that a travel expert should be able to answer and they were not able to do so. I feel like we wasted money coming here, and should have just relied on looking up the information ourselves and trusting that. Additionally- there were multiple “up-sells” offered for various things. Just so disappointing.

Nurse was friendly but i recommend avoiding this place. They are really extremely expensive. Also, it is not covered in insurance. Office visit itself costs $100. Please check alternatives and ask for cost beforehand to avoid surprises. Lastly, they try to push you vaccines that may not be necessary by tapping into your fear of diseases.

Allen was very informative and comprehensive. He was prepared with all the CDC recommendations for travel, and they provide vaccines as well as script out medications needed.

I had submitted my travel plans ahead of time, so when I got to the office, the clinician had already printed out details of what I would need. She started on time, discussed her recommendations, and gave me the vaccines I needed under 45 minutes. She was very skilled in administering the shots, and they weren't painful at all. The parts I didn't care for 1) it felt like I was being pressured into getting vaccines I might not need. For instance, she warned that if I didn't have a yellow fever certificate then I couldn't travel from Argentina to Uruguay. I got the vaccine because of this, but found out later that there is no requirement to show the certificate. 2) the vaccines are expensive! The set I got cost over $2000, which is certainly a small price to pay compared to getting one of the diseases but it's also a lot money. Overall I would use them again, as they have vaccines that are hard to find, but would do more research in advance on what I actually need.

She is a wonderful, humble and professional nurse that we have ever seen. She is very efficient on her work, explaining clearly everything that we asked. Awesome experience in Passport Health.

Great customer service, friendly, professional nurse. I got 2 shots and was staring at the needles as they went in but barely felt anything. Removing 1 star for the crazy prices though. Even without insurance, vaccines cost almost 40% less at other places. We were tired and assumed it probably wasn't that much cheaper, might as well get them all in one place and that was a mistake :(

Easy to process before the meeting. Easy to find and park. Amanda was great. No side effects!!!!

The team at Passport Health Bellevue are awesome. They're very insightful and knowledgeable. Professionals to the core they were very prompt and caring about my travel needs. They knew exactly what vaccines I needed for the region of the world 🌎 I'm traveling to. My recommendation is for anyone that is traveling abroad to visit the Bellevue facility for the highest professionalism and care that can be received. Kudos to the Bellevue faction of Passport Health and thank you for optimum health service to our communities!!!!!
