This place is disturbing, the dr.‘s are very nice but unfortunately that doesn’t matter when it comes to patient safety. This place left my 90 year old grandmother alone in a room with impression material in her mouth for over 20 minutes unattended. There is no excuse that is completely unacceptable. I personally work in dental office and find this extremely disturbing!!! She could’ve choked or died! I told them this is “NOT SAFE” and their excuse was that they don’t have enough people on staff. Unacceptable. You were paying patient. You should have their undivided attention the entire appointment from start to finish. This is what places like this do. Unfortunately, this is part of the reason why they accept insurance because their fee schedules are not getting paid correctly so they have to cut corners both with patients and the dental lab, in order to make money. It’s basically a dental factory… turning chairs, and not worrying about the safety of their patients. I would never come here as a personal patient. Nor would I ever recommend any of my family or friends to come to an establishment such as this! yikessss!! I understand some patients are obligated to choose a place that is in net work, but this is not it.

I would give zero stars if I could. The people here are very unprofessional, very disrespectful, and very dishonest. They lie to their patients and have zero respect for others’ time. They make you schedule appointments, make you wait and fill out forms and then tell you they don’t accept the insurance. They don’t take responsibility, even the manager. Safe yourself the headache and don’t go to this place. I’ll also be contacting the higher ups.

My initial impression was the seating area is clean and bright. The front desk staff was pleasant and professional. My appointment time was 9:30am. I arrived at 9am and was told the doctor was running a little late. I wasn't the first appointment so I didn't have much concern. By my appointment time, I was in the exam chair by 9:40am. The assistant made me comfortable the doctor came in within minutes. (Yes, I was timing my visit). The doctor was amenable, I felt comfortable with her, she explained my procedure step-by-step. Once the procedure was finished, her assisting staff were informative regarding next step for follow-up visit. This is my first review, I have a follow-up at which time I'll give my final review

I write this review after NINE total appointments with this particular office - so I have had plenty of interaction with nearly everybody who works in this office. I was wronged terribly by a dentist at another office in February of this year. Bad work that resulted in several thousands of dollars of damage that had to be corrected by a new dentist. I went to Aspen Dental because they could get me in quickly. I was extremely nervous of course due to my past experience. The women at the front desk were incredibly emphatic when I was literally spiraling out of control at the size of the bill. The dental assistant (so wish I knew her name, she was my assistant for 6/7 procedures i needed) actually WIPED TEARS from my cheek, and both doctors asked me no less than 5 times if I was feeling okay, feeling numb, etc. HIGHLY sensitive to my experience and making it a good one. A lot of things can be said by people who have been here once, but this level of care was STANDARD. If you treat people with kindness, they take care of you. Some people should give that a shot. THANK YOU ASPEN DENTAL!

Awful place trying to rip me off with unnecessary and toxic root canal procedures because I thought my crown hurt. Turned out it was the tooth next to it, not even the crown. They would've given me a root canal on a tooth that didn't need anything. The only dentist I trust is Meetinghouse Dental. Go there. They are honest and thorough.

Very nice people at Aspen Dental. Just can't afford the work I need to be done at this time. But would highly recommend them. Thank you for your time.

Until last week I hadn't been to the dentist since 1994. I was experiencing serious pain for weeks and honestly I was afraid of what was going to happen when I walked in. Every single person there was amazingly understanding, they went out of there way to explain precisely what was wrong with my mouth and the steps needed to fix things. They graciously, and in a non conscending way answered every singke question(sometimes i asked the same thing over and over and they still were great)Most importantly for me, one of the ladies went above and beyond to help me be eligible for financing. To make a long story longer, they made a man who was terrified of seeing a dentist for the first time in 3 decades, feel relaxed, comfortable. As if I was exactly in the place that I needed to be in to get my mouth fixed. As nervous and unsure as I was walking into the place, I walked out feeling just as safe and confident moving forward with aspen dentals staff on 25th street. Good day.

what do you do with a dental emergency? it's nighttime, your in pain, who do you turn to. Aspen picked up the phone, gave me advice and options. I had an appt the next morning. And they took my insurance. As painless as it gets.
