Food quality was very very poor. Burnt and bland service - very slow service when there was only few customers. Atmosphere- found a stink smell throughout the time we spent. Changed seats but later realised it was all over the place. One of the places getting added in the list of never visit place. Not recommended ever. Will not even visit any other branches of Paradise. Sorry Paradise, wish you had maintained the dignity of your restaurants name at the least.

This restaurant is very popular for biryani and I also used to eat biryani here every day when ever I am visiting hyderabad. However this time I have also tried biryani in another restaurant which is Bawarchi and I must say Bawarchi serves the best biryani than Paradise. However, if no time to visit Bawarchi, then you must try biryani in Paradise. i have been to this place several times... quality and taste is consistently excellent.. Do try Mutton Dum Biryani it is really special... it does not change even if you visit other branch of Paradise anywhere else.. they must be having more than 10 take away + restaurants in Hyd..heard they have reduced 80% of items from their menu.

There was a time wherein Paradise Briyani had its own taste and zaaika. Now it has lost all its unique capabilities There are competition which are available and are much better compared to Paradise Biryani. It's unique taste is lost hence the rating.

This was first visit to the hyderabad so after reading reviews d post on Google.i went to this restaurant. First of all its on 2 floor lift don't work.not there was any board put up for the same.which should have been done. We ordered lime soda for 2 people which came like 25 min later like after the starters..the batti ke kebab was ok.the butter Chicken was so liquidy and not worth atall.it was like tomato paste gravy..no flavour bo thicknesses.the butter Naan was good and crisp amd light. The biryani we tried but not here ..we tried in inorbit mall from there outlet on food court.the biryani was not good.i am saying this after trying 4 another outlets ...so I was disappointed.i read on the table mat that they serve same quality in all outlets across but i am sorry .I Dont agree. The best was qubani ka Mentha..5/5 The service is so so so bad.the waiters don't pay attention and the so called managers in jackets are just walking here and there without doing work. The table clearance is slow, service is slow. Overall not worth the namesake social media hype.the ambience is good but staff don't even pay attention when you try to call them to reorder or clear or even to get the bill.

This restaurant is advertised as lagend since 1953 but it turned out to be Naam Bade aur Darshan chote. The ambiance is good and they have spacious seating arrangements. The staff is quick in taking orders and they are courteous. The food is served hot . Now coming to taste i don't understand what the chef is thinking while making these dishes. The taste is below average and the roadside eatery or mess may have better taste. In the Nizami Mutton biryani the mutton was playing hide seek and hardly any mutton was found. Only bones. They charged 439 rs for just giving rice. Big let down . The price they are charging is not at all justifying the taste. Half of the restaurant was empty on Saturday and speaks a lot about their inability to maintain that legendary status. Anyways a big no from me to this place.

Paradise Biryani of Gachibowli is an ambient place to have a nice lunch on a week end or casual dinner on a week day too. Their specialities are Mutton Biryani,Kababs,Butter naan,Butter chicken and chicken 65. These are tasty but not as in the old days where we used to go to paradise only for their flavour m,quality and quantity. Nowadays that’s not the thing,The charm of paradise has been lost. Guys please improve the quality of the food and add more flavours to your Biryani.

One of the busiest outlet of paradise, I was awestruck when I saw the crowd there! Feels really good to see an ambience full of foodies. I was there for a food review session! Like any other outlet Gachibowli Paradise is also serving Haleem this year and we were their to taste this authentic 100% meat haleem. It was served with pure ghee, fried onions and a lot of love. Don’t miss it because you get a free coke with every haleem. We also tried their chicken biryani and mutton haleem which were decent! I hope they level up again and work on it because there are lot of places in hyderabad which is serving better Biryani and talking about the kebabs again it needs a lot of improvement. It actually tasted same expect Reshmi kebabs and Malai tikka kebab. Thankyou!

We came here for having dinner. The service was very good. I had panner biryani which was good but my friends who were eating nizami special biryani, they found it to be very good. I will strongly recommend all to definitely try the Double Meeth here which is very good.

Biryani from Paradise biryani is my favourite. Whenever I’m in Hyderabad I never miss visiting this place. The taste and the quality is just amazing. The quantity of biryani served to a person is quite impressive . We can never get that much biryani any place else.

Paradise is ruling the Hyderabadi biriyani since 80s.. they are mostly known for biriyani but they do serve other amazing dishes like wide range of kababs and other Indian dishes.. in the Ramzan month they serve haleem which is another famous dish available in Hyderabad. The second best biriyani I have tried from Hyderabad is from this place yes Paradise in Gachiboli . I am not a fan of biriyani anyway . But we spotted somany varieties of biriyani in the menu section so we asked the guy who took the order to get us the best of their dish . And the waiting time is about 10 mins. The ambience is really good and so peaceful. The food is like not much over spiced , well cooked tender and juicy Chicken with less marination . And the soups also felt good and the gulab jamun we ordered felt like an average one and when comes to the drinks we found thumps up fountain n thought something different but it's nothing just normal thumps up in a glass 😂😂.. # Main thing I spotted is the Service department, the guys are so professional and friendly even they ready to answer about the dishes and they decribed about the dish we ordered and even suggested their best . If you are a biriyani lover and in hyderabad u can spot this place in Google map also . Gulab jamun and drinks need to be improved . Overall it's good

Ordered butter naan today took home and to my surprise there’s a piece of thread inside the naan the staff there were weird not respectful at all and were giggling the whole time. They even delayed food which I let it slide but the foreign object found in the food was the tipping point for me. I tried calling the restaurant there’s no phone number listed on the Google page so I’m writing this review hoping someone’s gonna reach out to me if not actions will be taken. One of the worst biryani ever. Had heard so much about Paradise Biryani, but this was a complete let down. It takes 20 mins to take the order and food is served in 10 mins. The paneer starter was just filled with chilly spice and nothing else to taste. Biryani was so bland, felt like eating bowlful of normal rice. Now I wonder if the hyderbadi biryani is just a super hype.

This particular branch has lovely interiors, a party hall, and good service. They have introduced many new items which again taste good. Their double mutton biryani, Kathi rolls, Murg mussalam are something you must order.

This Paradise outlet is one of the worst I have come across in Hyderabad. Valet parking is available and that it something that u will observe first here, they don't like to greet. Restaurant is at second floor, one can reach through stairs/lift. Seating/ambience is okiesh not premium. But when it is full, it's feels like a fish market level noisy. On this visit we found everything messed up even though the restaurant was 30% approx occupied. Service was poor, food was not up to the mark. I could sense that Waiter was having a bad day and he was not interested to serve us and he did accordingly. We decided not to spoil his day further and ours too, so we ignored everything. We ordered Biryani meal for 2 @681/- ; it includes Nizami Mutton biryani, 6 pieces of Chicken tikka and two cold drinks along with mirchi ka salan(2no. but we were served with 1no. ), raita (2no. but we were served with 1no.), (onions(2no. but we served with 1no.). Biryani was okiesh, finding mutton pieces in it was a struggle along with finishing the meal. Chicken tikka was burnt. Raita and chutney both were diluted with water. Surprisingly, when we were billed Onions, Mirchi ka salan, Raita were mentioned as 2 no. each. When we enquired, the waiter replied "it is not charged to u and we are doing it to maintain inventory(doesn't make any sense). This was my 4th or 5th visit here and every time I visited this restaurant that too only in case of not finding a place anywhere else, each time my experience was poor. But this time I felt review is needed. **If anyone is interested, i can email the Bill copy. These guys are unapologetic to their wrongdoings, not a valuable option. Strongly, Not recommended.

This outlet serves best for tourist who want to grab a bite of their favourite Paradise biryani. We ordered for mutton biryani and chicken tikka. Taste is consistent across all Paradise outlets. However the cleanliness in washrooms is utterly compromised. The linen for seating isn’t clean enough. I suggest if you visit this outlet, you are better of ordering from their counter.

The service was pathetic. We ordered paneer and chapati which took 50 min and it was not even that good. Even though there were only few people in the restaurant. The waiters were taking their own time to serve. After we were done eating. We had to ask 4 different people to get the bill. After 20 min they got the bill. The story doesn't end here we had to wait for another 20 min for the guy to get the machine to swipe the card 😂 overall pathetic service and overrated place. 👎👎

Biryani is widely popular in India and that too Hyderabad only gives you its true taste. Paradise is one such trusted brand since ages. Many celebrities including sportsmen, Filmstars, Politicians have lived to the taste of Biryani from Paradise. Its Gachibowli centre is well maintained with soothing ambience, and has enough seating capacities with minimum of 4 persons per table. However the traditional delecious taste is so irresistible that people get 30 -45 mins waiting period during weekends afternoon. Lockdwon has its own advantage where you can be dine like a king. Post pandemic when everything returns back to normal, no doubt the chairs and tables wont be idle any more. Biryani meat 🍖 pieces be it chicken or mutton are fresh, rice is so well cooked that I got astonished as I have never been  able to attain the softness from a similar brand of Biryani Rice on multiple occasions of self cooking. If you want less spices or more spices in biryani, just mention to waiter accordingly. I am in love with taste of Biryani from Paradise.

4 star is only for the food. We went to Paradise Gachibowli outlet and planned to dine in after a long time. Ambience was not good - Felt more like a local restaurant. It was evident that they haven't maintained the place properly. Hopefully Paradise will improve its ambience just like pre-covid years. It is good to see restaurant adopting tech into its business. They have done away with paper menu and have online app based menu, ordering service and payment. Each table has a QR code and you need to scan it. Rest of the process is very easy.

Mostly get takeaway from here. Did quality is good as expected from Paradise, with the takeaway area following good safety practices for the pandemic

I recently dined at Paradise Biryani in Gachibowli, and I must say that my experience left much to be desired. Once considered a signature restaurant for biryani in Hyderabad, it's clear that it has lost its charm. First and foremost, the service was quite disappointing. We constantly had to ask the staff for things, which is not what you'd expect from a restaurant of this caliber. The overall cleanliness and ambiance of the place didn't live up to the reputation it once had either. We ordered the Mutton Biryani, and it was a letdown. It had a shortage of mutton, leaving us with a plate of mostly plain rice. This was a stark contrast to the flavorful and generous portions of meat that Paradise used to be known for. I wouldn't recommend taking your friends visiting Hyderabad to Paradise and promising them a taste of signature Hyderabadi biryani. You'd end up feeling embarrassed by the subpar experience. It's a shame to see a once-renowned establishment fall from grace like this.

The food is delicious and the Paradise is a brand known for their signature Biryani. But the service is very slow and the place is non hygienic. The chairs are old , used and not well maintained. Best will be to order or take away this amazing food and eat at home 🏡

I liked the biriyani. It was light yet full of flavour. And very similar to our Bengali biriyani. I loved it. Quantity is also quite a lot for a person.

I have been here several times. It's a branch of Paradise Hyderabad, located in Vinayak nagar, Gachibowli. Recently I bought Less spicy Chicken Biryani from its Take Away Counter. And they have listened to my concern. Don't think all outlets can provide the same less spicy biryani. If you go to Paradise Hitec City, or Paradise of Paradise, you will not get less spicy biryani. Taste is good. Quantity is also good. Staffs are polite and friendly. Ambiance is cool.

We have ordered planner biryani, it was very worst in taste sorry to say this even dogs won’t eat. For reference You people can observe the pictures I have shared. Can anyone say , are those paneer pieces??
