    This surgery is a complete joke everytime you ring you get a diffrent staff member telling you something difffent. After ringimg 3 times yesterday with a total wait time of 2 hours they just fobbed me off again. How can this place still be running they are the worst surgery ever even the doctors are rubbish they all seem to be training doctors who dont know what they doing and we are there guinea pigs to experiment on

    Absolutely shocking surgery , phone is constantly engaged . I am in desperate need for my medication I have been trying for 10 days to get through. I have rang 19times since 8am this morning 7/12/2021. This surgery needs investigating . I will be making complaints to each and every department possible . If any thing escalates with my situation I will hold the surgery and it’s management responsible. My advice is go some where else this surgery is only after the numbers on paper and nothing more . How can a surgery of this size have 1 number to dial in and have no extensions ! Shocking keep away

    I've had the worst experience ever at this surgery, the phone is constantly "busy", redialled over and over again for THREE DAYS CONTINUOUSLY to try to speak to a doctor, even went there personally only to be told over the intercom to use multiple phones to try to get through, I asked if I can book a phone appointment but apparently there were no phone appointments available for another month. I would give this surgery 0 stars if there was an option for that.

    The worst surgery ever. Phone is always engaged when you manage to get through and you want a appointment it be fully booked. Been trying for 3 Months to get a appointment but still full. THIS SURGERY NEEDS TO BE UNDER INVESTIGATION

    The worst place to be. They don’t care at all. If you talk in a posh accent they’ll give you an appointment but when they hear a young Asian lads name they’ll say they fully booked. Many people have been turned away only later to be told they’ve got cancer.

    After calling these guy's 30 times today and receiving the busy tone I've totally given up on getting my medication. In the past when I have got through it was alway's a 2 or 3 week wait for an appointment which is horrendous. It's simply better and easier to ring 111 who will get you seen to. This place need's shutting down.

    The worst surgery in Blackburn. Booked an appointment for 6pm with the nurse, when i arrived they told me the nurse has gone home and I'll have to make another appointment when it takes FOREVER to get through to book an appointment in the 1st place. Time to change my GP practice.

    Awful surgery. Absolutely disgusting attitude. These people should be banned for life from working in healthcare. They wouldn’t even let me order a prescription for my elderly great grandad. They said he has to ring up himself and speak on the phone himself and if he can’t pronounce the medicines he’s got to spell the medicines names out. He barely speaks any English. Never mind pronouncing complicated names of medicines. It’s like they want him to suffer by not ordering his medicines. We don’t know what to do now. There’s no other way for him to get his medicines

    worst surgery in Blackburn, I have had a very bad experience, as the staff are rude and unhelpful and the management do not show any empathy. I have rang in excess of 400 times at 8am sharp, before i got through after one hour as i was in agony with shoulder pain and the complaints manager Sara did not even have the decency to provide me with an appointment. I was told to visit urgent care as this is an ongoing issue. I have also been provided with conflicting information, I tried booking appointments but no pre -appointments available, and advised I can't make 2 appointments in one month which is not a fact as I rang again , was advised that's not true. My records indicated that I had nominated Dr Qureshi as my clinician which was not accurate I believe I am being treated unfairly and discriminated against. I should have the option to speak any clinician I desire and that's my right. clinician I have tried to get in contact with the management Saeeda and Shabana constantlty every day and have been very distressed and reduced to tears over the phone but without any success as i get told they will contact you, but they are very busy at the moment because they have other priorities. They do not even have the the decency to call you back and these incidents have had a devastating effect on my health and left me feeling depressed and suicidal.I have been inconvenienced and management do not give a damn about patients. They treat patients like rubbish The management is a shambles and this surgergery is a disgrace. They don't even deserve one star, if I had the option I would leave 0 stars.

    Let's be totally honest we know why the reviews are atrocious for this place. Absolutely disgusting service surprised how they are still running and wondering what type of training the staff recieve. Will be sure to make reports for this place to be investigated. Surgery's in 3rd world countries are probably more professional than the staff here. Blimey.

    the worst surgery in Blackburn. I called at half 8 in the morning so I don’t have to wait but I waited 2 hours and was first in the line for about half an hour but they still didn’t pick up my call and the call was cut off by itself I suggest the workers should just stay at home and get paid as they are not doing anything including the doctors who are good for nothing. Can’t believe the surgery is still running

    Horrible receptionist. Kept interrupting me and put me on hold without letting me know. Absolutely shocking and shouldn't be working in a customer facing role with those manners or lack there of.

    Me: I want an appointment with Dr Ahmed please? Receptionist: he fully booked for next 3 months. Me: ok book me in after 3 months? Receptionist: we don’t know his rota. LOL WHAT A ABSOLUTE BUNCH OF MUPPETS.. THEY NEED TO CLOSED DOWN

    I find the service at Shifa Surgery to be absolutely fantastic. The receptionist's of the surgery are so kind understanding and very professional.They ask for your problem in a kind and considerate way and then move you to the next stage of consultation by giving excellent advice and also booking a Doctors call as required. The doctors at the surgery are very professional and task your problem with kind and understanding advice which really helps you to feel well valued and cared for by them.I can not say enough about the excellent care given by this surgery and they have my greatest thanks and respect for what they do there.

    Absolutely horrible each time you come a different staff member attends you, they do not listen to what you have to say they tell you they have put your medication through to the pharmacy when in reality they have not also then have to contact them numerous amount off time in order to get the medication ordered!

    This surgery is very good. It has served me well for many years and I am very happy with their services provided. The doctors and staff are all very helpful and very friendly. They also provide many opportunities for new doctors and nurse's.

    To be honest a dog kennel is run better than this receptionist have attitude problems and always have to wait for no less than 30 mins before ur all is answered they should be closed down and never able to deal with any living thing on earth shame on them call them selfs doctors

    Absolutely great service. Welcoming and helpful atmosphere. I don’t understand how people leaving negative reviews as I have been a patient here since this surgery has opened. I have never experienced any rudeness from any members from this surgery. Dr Ahmed has been great along with the new Doctor Michael that i saw other day.

    Worst surgery in the whole of blackburn Been calling in two days in a row been told to give a call back at 8 so i did and got answered at 10 saying no appointments and to call back again tomorrow why not just book an appointment for tomorrow like previous drs have done Such a careless surgery if you have any allergies make sure you check up your self they don’t bother to even call to tell you

    I don't even think 1star is appropriate for this place all reception staff very rude lies that come from there mouths are unbelievable Evan a criminal has morals since Dr Ahmed took over it is a disgrace ask to speak to management never get to see them surgery should be demolished and all the staff should never work with any one or anything that breathing not Evan the dead
