I am very happy to have found a new dental office with employees who really show their patients that they are here to help you and make your teeth shiny, clean and healthy!

Dr. Hilton and his staff are excellent. I had an emergency, which was taken care of straight away. I went back the next day to begin taking care of several dental problems. They really do care about their patients. I highly recommend Dr. Hilton. He’s one of the best dentists I have ever had.

My experience at Centerpoint Dental was great. It was my first time there and they treated me like I had been dealing with them for a long time. They have a friendly staff that are very knowledgeable and professional. I feel like I can go there and be very comfortable in their taking care of all my dental needs.

The staff is incredibly friendly and they are super clear with their communication to one another. If there was an issue I was concerned about, they make note of every single thing and check for it. I appreciate how thorough they are. Megan took care of my teeth during my previous appointment and she was absolutely lovely and very thorough with explaining my dental needs. I honestly don’t know if 5 Stars is even enough! I had a dental emergency, was in a lot of pain and Centerpoint was able to get me in same day to be seen. From my very first call with them all the way to when I walked in the door I was greeted by them on a first name basis! Everyone was absolutely amazing. I am extremely nervous about any dental visit I go to and Dr. Hilton and his staff assured me that I would be in great hands and not to worry. They delivered that and more. I got an extraction but every step of the way Dr. Hilton and Gina were making sure I was comfortable and felt no pain. Everyone was just so caring and sensitive to my every need and worry. I am so happy that these Dental Angels came to my rescue. I am proud to highly recommend Centerpoint Dental and I am grateful to say I will be returning for myself and with my family.

I’ve bounced around dentist offices just looking for one that I can stick with, but they all have felt so pushy with sales…CenterPoint was great today helping me get a very difficult extraction done on a short notice. That also managed to educate me on a good dental work strategy going forward, but without making me feel forced. They presented it all in a way that allowed me to still feel in control and that goes a long way with me. I wouldn’t recommend going ANYWHERE else. GREAT service, friendly staff. Thank you

It was such a welcome experience to be greeted by friendly staff who actually make eye contact and smile. Each person I came in contact with introduced themselves loud and clear. The dentist has a wonderful bedside manner and his voice is calming. The chair I sat in has heat/massage and I was even given a blanket. I recommend this office to anyone and everyone especially my family and friends.

I had not been to the dentist since I was a teen (I’m 35 now). Always scared of the price not so much the dentists chair. So I thought I’d start small and get my wisdom teeth extracted. My appointment was easy to setup and was very refreshing to find out availability was immediate. Dr. Hilton and his assistant were efficient, gentle and precise. They explained everything to me before hand and most importantly listened to me during the procedure. Cherry on top was the cost was beyond reasonable! I’ll be bringing them as much business as I can, and continue working with them going forward to keep my smile in the best shape it’s ever been.

Had a minor dental emergency happen on Easter when my crown fell out. I called Centerpoint Dental first thing Monday morning and they got me in that day! I'm not a fan of the dentist and was nervous and scared but they were all so sweet! Chanel, Gina, and Dr. Hilton took great care of me.

If you're looking for THE Dental Office in the Inland Empire, Centerpoint Dental is that practice! First off, they have an on-line presence AND an App where you can enter all those pesky dental history and insurance questions from the privacy of your own home. Not only is it much better than trying to juggle everything in your lap in the waiting room but it also goes into detail on any & all dental issues or questions you may have. The best part? They actually go over it before your visit so your (& their) in-person time can be spent most productively! From the moment my wife and I walked in, we were treated like close friends. Chanel greeted us with a beautiful smile and two bottles of cold water (nice on a hot day). As with every staff member we met, Chanel is friendly & knowledgeable. She answered many of our questions before we were even shown into our respective exam rooms, which happened pretty quickly. Once there, our Registered Dental Assistants took over, Johanna for me and Gina for my wife. These women were incredibly adept at putting us at ease and painlessly performing the x-ray/photo portion of the visit. That's saying something, as both of us have those annoying bone growths that always get in the way. I even learned these bones are called "tori mandibularis" so I can vex them by name! All this well tuned preliminary lead us to the main event, where Dr Brian Hilton, having already reviewed our initial questionnaires, x-rays and photos, introduced himself on a first name basis. Dr Brian performed a thorough, but gentle examination. He then went over his findings in a clear detailed way injecting well timed humor along the way. He is VERY easy to talk to. Neither my wife nor I ever felt rushed---we were allowed all the time necessary to get our questions answered and feel secure in his findings. Dr Brian actually determined that some work that was given a priority by a previous dentist, could be put off and monitored for potential further developments rather than going through a pricey restoration now. Finally, our recommended Treatment Plans were explained in depth by Nicole, the Insurance Coordinator. Nicole is upbeat, understanding, and completely versant in her area of expertise. Honestly, that can be said of every member of Dr Brian's staff, himself most certainly included. I realize this is quite the tome, but I have seen very lengthy reviews when somebody has something negative to say about their experiences, (NOT at Centerpoint Dental), and I thought it appropriate to try to convey my wife & my sincere joy in finding a business run "The Old Fashioned Way", with all the latest technology but combined with incredible Customer Service!

Be very careful choosing this Dentist. I went in for a cleaning, no pain anywhere in my mouth, they told me I needed crowns. I now have the crowns and can't eat because of the pain in my mouth. I called to tell them about my mouth pain and the woman told that I had to give it time for the pain to go away. Very unprofessional. Extremely in it for the money. I now live with severe mouth pain that gives me a headache everyday.

I contacted Centerpoint Dental in the evening, after hours, via their website and requested an emergency appointment. They open at 8am and called me at 8:02! They let me know they could see me and asked how soon I could get there! Amazing! They office staff, dental assistant and doctor are all wonderfully helpful and kind. It was over all a very pleasant experience. I have a follow-up apt for next week for treatment and a full exam. Thank you Centerpoint, I really appreciate you and how quickly you could fit me in. I have already recommended my daughter also give them a try.

Last week my Mom had a frightening experience while having a procedure done. And so 911 needed to be called. My family and I are so grateful and happy that Dr.Hilton, Gina Madrigal and the whole crew were very knowledgeable and acted promptly to ensure my Mom's safety. The whole team is always professional, polite and hard-working. I cannot stress enough how thankful we are to you that Mom's ok. Dr.Hilton also phoned my brother to ensure my Mother was feeling Ok. Went in for my 6mo cleaning and regular check up. Couldn't be happier. Megan My hygienist is so kind, gentle, honest and sweet. Dr. Hilton is a great dentist, kind and makes you feel so comfortable. I always recommend Center Point Dental to friends and family. I wish insurance would pay for cleanings every quarter because it is always a positive experience. Hands down one of the best dental facilities in yucaipa all the staff members are very pleasant and professional. All of your dental needs can be taken care of in one facility . To all of my local 63 teamsters and UPS brothers and sisters I highly recommend if you live in the yucaipa area and you do not have a dentist this is the establishment you should be getting your dental care from.

Today I had my appointment to Centerpoint Dental office. As always everyone was so nice and welcoming calling me by my name, informing me about every step they’re doing, asking me how I’m doing or if I need anything. You feel like home surrounded with friends you trust to care for you. On top of being very courteously, stuff and the doctors are very professional, they took care of my problems and in less then an hour . The doctor always advised me how to take better care of my teeth and keeps an eye on them to avoid other issues. I definitely recommend this office to everyone.

I always have a great experience with Dr Hilton and his staff. They are all very professional and sensitive to your individual needs. I'm not one who has enjoyed going to the dentist in the past but they put my concerns and worries at ease and have made it easier to go to my appointments.
