    The worst place ever. I have bought many products from the stock and sit down to the table. While i did it two very agressive ladies started to shout that i have to pay for it more because i sit down to the table. I have explained i want to order something and this what i bought i will put to the bag. They didn’t want to listen. They were very rude and shouting. This is unneceptable! Italy is still beatifull but there is a huge mess and this place is a best example.

    The worst service. Dealt with two staff who shouted at customers and threw ordered food at you. Served Italian customers before foreign customers. Ordered food to sit in and then were told we had to take our food away because they were closing. Don't sell food if you're closed?! I almost forgot that the sandwich was dry and unappetising.

    If you’re foreign, expect to be treated like an wild animal. In a international area not speaking properly in English is just terrible. The way they treated us it says a lot about all these staff and management. Keep yourself away!!!! (Picture attached of the worst waitress ever, there’s a older barista that I could not identify).

    We were waiting at a table to get served. After indicating to the waiter for a few times, he passes us and says something in Italian. I told him I didn't understand him. His reaction was basically just a shrug and he walked away. After trying multiple times to get his attention and him continuously passing us and ignoring us, serving other tables and even getting an order from another table, I try to get his attention one last time. He again shrugs impolitely. I address him when he's at the bar, but he again shrugs, says something in Italian and continues to ignore me. Very bad service.

    BEST COFFEE EVER ! My wife and I arrived at this airport very early to catch our flight to Paris at 9.35am. WE NEEDED COFFEES ! After walking past lots of shops and eateries to Gate 11 we spotted this very busy place. A nice big espresso machine plus lots of delicious looking sandwiches and pastries. EVEN TABLE SERVICE ! A very attentive server named Anna took our order for 2 x 12 oz CAPPUCCINOS...we asked for double shots plus a bottle of still water. FAST SERVICE ! We had our sensational looking cappuccinos within a couple of minutes thanks to Anna. DELIZIOSO ! We also bought a fresh made BUFALINO SANDWICH to go.....and it made a delicious shared lunch on the plane. Without a doubt THE BEST CAPPUCCINOS EVER AT AN AIRPORT !

    Queue for half an hour. Waiter doesn't speak English. Smallest portion. Plastic cutlery. Service Fees. I paid €11 for the undercooked pasta.

    Terrible customer experience. The waitress (woman with glasses) could not explain what she wants from us (it was money ofc but the way she was demanding it was mildly humiliating, like we stole smth from her), did not know their own prices and created a very unpleasant situation out of nothing. It is okay to pay for the service and we were willing to do so gladly but it is definetely not okay to make a circus out of it. Sandwiches were fine but you can get them in any other place at the airport without being insulted :) I wish the staff in this place to become more hospitable and the place can prosper - based on other reviews this is on of the main issues.

    Service was so bad, the waitress did not take our order for half an hour even tho we asked her 3 times, people who came later than us even eat their food and left. It looks like just one lady (with short hair) was working so she look exhausted. Margharita was very good tho

    Had a breakfast here and opted for the table service option due to time available/comfort, hence no ordering at the counter. It was a mistake, as even with a few diners only the service was very slow, order taking took 10 minutes and only 5 guests versus at least 4 staff. Probably better options around, yet can do.

    Terrible service, we had to reorder our food as the waitress forgot it. They ignore you for quite some time, so if you just want a comfortable seat in the crowded airport, this is the place to go. Pasta was actually OK, but not fresh, simply reheated, and arrived even almost cold. Taste was OK.

    Sorry to say this bar is a rip-off. Our flight was delayed 3 hours and with limited options elected to have a drink in the Sky Bar. A 330ml beer and 2 Aperol Spritz came to 42 euro! Coperta was 2 euro each and despite telling us the ‘nibbles’ were free we were charged 6 euros. What’s frustrating is there is literally nowhere else to go. The same drinks away from the airport would have been no more than 20 euros. Italy is a wonderful country but this is not representative, even allowing for restricted location.

    Insanely overpriced. Table prices are 1.5 times the counter prices AND you pay €2 extra for table service. It's one or the other... This is just ripping people off. €5 for a 50cl soda which I got out of the fridgd myself. Ended up paying €30 for a sandwich, coffee, muffin and 2 sodas. Half would have been a correct price. Sad way to do business.

    The service at the table is unfortunately overwhelming - no structure, no overview - and you also pay a service fee for that… The drinks are perfectly fine, but the food is a disaster! Our salads were already a little wilted and “fresh” from the fridge. The pizza from our table neighbors remained untouched after a test bite. Packaged rolls & dressing, plastic cutlery.

    Cold food, too long a wait, we were sent away at 6:30 pm because they were closing, they forced a customer to check if she had paid by confirming on the customer's cell phone, they kicked out a lady with a baby... really bad in total. It was sad, on top of that, my 2 friends who didn't eat had to pay €2 each for sitting close to us.

    just amazed by the agression suffered by the staff. Once sit, a waitress came to me yelling "servizio al tavolo!". When I tried to understand she yelled again "no venire qui se non parla Italiano". Davvero?? Really??? To avoid absolutely.

    as Americans we went to sit in the restaurant, they refused to let us in. Then many Italians came, and they let them all in and serve them. They are anti-American, rude and dirty.

    Bad behavior from the employee: when it was time to pay, after having enjoyed the table service, I kindly asked for the payment receipt. The response was rude and rude: "You're all asking, we're not thieves". When I complained about the rude behavior, the waitress, instead of apologizing, continued to behave aggressively. Unacceptable.

    You shouldn't buy anything other than water here. The staff's attitude is the worst. I ordered pasta, but the pasta I get at the supermarket is more delicious. You end up eating tasteless flour🤮It's expensive despite its quality.

    Eye! I ordered a rustichella and they immediately sent me to the table saying that I would pay directly there. At the time of payment they made me pay a cover charge of €3.50, when on the menu it was €2. They immediately refunded me but this is still shameful.

    Avoid this terrible place. Prices not as advertised. Rude service. I was given the food I paid for after asking several times for 15 minutes while others were served promptly. The man at counter is honestly a terrible employee. Impatient, unhelpful, and honestly seemed like he was mad at me for sitting longer at a table, which the other employee gave me specific permission to do. He then didn't give me food when it was ready, so the reheated sandwich was cold and hard. He holds grudges against people. I really was polite the whole time. If you want to feel insulted, ripped off, and disappointed, this place is for you. If not, go anywhere else.

    Absolutely worst ever. First plate of four was served 15 minutes before and was eaten before the following 3 plates. Pasta and risotto was made in the mico wave oven, with burnt edges and dry spots. Aviod this place at any cost. Eat anywhere else, preferably wait for a table at any other of the airport's restaurants. Very friendly waitress, though.

    When you order, you are asked if you wanna sit down at the table or take away. We agreed to sit down but we were not warned that we will pay 10€ extra for table service 😅 We managed to pay 27€ instead of 17€… After searching for any menu or any sign mentioning that table service is not free, I was not able to find a single line mentioning this! Beware 😇😇

    Very rude to foreigners. Despite being half Italian and speaking Italian to them, they were pretty aggressive to both me and my partner and wouldn't let you even finish your sentence. Better to starve than deal with entitled people.

    2 capucinos! Before arriving my table the trailer with our capucinos was posted/stopped on other 3 tables (where people was without masks). Told that to waiter, she was replay she must do this do to intensive work (Italians replies leave you stunned ALWAYS)!

    It was honestly the worst meal I have ever eaten. I took an Apollo sandwitch and I felt sick for the whole next day, I couldn't even think about food, yet eating anything. I can't even look at normal sandwitch now without gagging. It definitely wasn't fresh and I really hope that I didn't get some disease. HORRIBLE, it should be closed for sure.

    The staff are awful: aggressively arguing between themselves and shouting at customers. We were told to leave 45 minutes before the shop closed, even though we had already sat down to eat our meal and we're halfway through it. The heated food was still cold on the inside, as well as far overpriced. Also, there was no Sky TV on in the Sky Lounge Bar. Not what I signed up for.

    My friends and I had to ask 3 times to be served. We were then asked to pay for our food as soon as we started eating. One friend didn’t get any change and I was overcharged. When I pointed out that they’d overcharged, the worker said ‘I don’t know what to do’, walked away from me and disappeared to the kitchen.. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!
