The pet centre has well cared for exotic pets, and the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful; we got some giant African land snails and stick insects and they’re doing very well.

Amazing customer service.. exceptionally knowledgeable and passionate about what they do. Completely new and naive about owning any pets other than dogs and fish, my daughter was desperate for a lizard. The ladies talked me through my options and I am so glad they did, in the end we purchased a blue tongue skink on their excellent recommendation.. now my daughter has a new best friend. I cannot recommend these enough.. thanks guys

Caters for your pets needs. Had pet bedding,cages, food , toys and reptile supplies. Had rabbits and guinea pigs for sale they had plenty of space and things to occupy them. Well stocked and looked clean

What a gem of a find, initially went to Markham grange garden centre a few years ago and discovered they have a pet centre just next door. They have an amazing selection of reptiles, spiders, birds and parrots. We have two of our little ones from there. What I love about the pet centre is you can tell just how much they afore the animals and check before you purchase that you have researched about your chosen pet and that you have all the things you would need to the car for them correctly.

Fantastic pet shop. Experienced staff. Bought my stunning Caique from there who thanks to their care is a very happy and confident bird.

Overall Love this place. great place to get pets from I've mostly chose to get birds. But. I'd love them to state on their website how much their animals cost rather than you having to call them up. I just think it'd be super convenient. and Make them look that much more professional.

We love to visit. The Christmas market is on also which is great! We love to attend the cafe each time we attend the reptile Centre. Always polite and friendly

Took my little boy to see the animals and that was fun then visited the garden centre and had a wander around the Xmas decorations unfortunately the donkeys had gone to bed but we still got some good deals on Xmas food that was marked down to 50%off which was great.

Been a couple of times recently. The layout is great, the selection (both indoor and outdoor) unbeatable and the prices quite reasonable. Nice cafe too.

One of the first pet shops I've seen that provide correct housing for small animals. It's great to finally see a pet shop handing out correct advice for people, too. Absolutely love the new pet set ups, all the animals seem happy and healthy. I'd highly recommend this place .

Full of allsorts for everyone. Two hours fly by. Avoid restaurant. Only young inexperienced people in attendance. Dirty tables, had to ask for a tray, the your lad behind the counter looked around and fumbled through a pile of dirty trays, found the cleanest one and gave it a quick wipe (no sanitiser) and passed it to me. The cakes were abysmal and stale plus what was on offer was all one price (£3.95) Not good enough in my opinion.
