Once again I received first class treatment. From the minute you walk into Coppergate, you are welcomed with warmth and friendly staff who automatically make you feel at ease. The whole staff team genuinely care about you, and are a credit to Coppergate clinic. This was my second round of surgery and performed again my the brilliant James Smith. Upper eye Surgery by Dr James Smith. This clinic came highly recommended. Having had surgery yesterday, the procedure was quick, painless, and professional. I couldn’t of been in better hands. From consultation to procedure, Dr James smith was very easy to talk too and put me at ease straight away. All the staff were welcoming and warming. Everybody had a smile on their face. I would thoroughly recommend. If I have anything else done in the future I will definitely be coming back here.

Friendly clinic and won’t use anywhere else for treatments. Been visiting the clinic a number of years and they offer upto date treatments and advice on latest treatments. The Clinic itself is like a 5 star hotel mixed with a modern clinical setting, it is very nice & comfortable. The staff are very friendly, helpful & I was privileged to watch a member of staff go out of her way above & beyond to help a disabled client in a very natural respectful way 🙂. The clinician who did my procedure was great very knowledgeable, explained everything I needed to know & was just great to get along with. The procedure was exactly as expected & the discomfort was less than expected. I will definitely be going again & definitely recommend from my experience 🙂

I had uppers done yesterday with James and my whole experience from the first initial phone call to the procedure and after care was incredible. Everyone at the clinic is super friendly yet completely professional and although I cannot see results as yet I’m sure they will be fab. Both James and Kate ( I think that was her name that held my hand ) were so lovely throughout the procedure talking me through what was happening and they really did make me feel so at ease. The procedure was easier than I expected and I thank both James and Kate for that. The coffee and the offer of chocolate at the end and the other little touches were great. I had surgery last week for my hooded eye lids. I’ve wanted this done for 10 years, at the age of 56 I finally plucked up the courage. After receiving a recommendation for Coppergate Clinic I decided to go for it. I am on day 10, stitches out and in love with my face again. There is still a way to go before my eyes lids have totally healed, but I like seeing my eyes and as I adhered to the after care of taking it easy, I have very little bruising. Totally worth doing. Not sure why I waited 10 years now. The clinic is very state of the art clean and professional. The surgeon Nick Rhodes knows his stuff, and the head nurse on the day was lovely and caring. I felt they were a good team that trusted each other. I was scared to have this procedure done under a local, but it was totally painless and an hour flew by. No complications for me and so far extremely happy with the results that will keep getting better in the next few months. I hardly ever write a review, but felt this is worth my time as I am so happy with everything from start to finish. I would go back in a heart beat and not even be scared of the surgery next time.

First impressions the clinic is a professional, friendly place. The surgeon I spoke to was approachable and clearly new his stuff. I felt very comfortable asking everything I needed and felt Mr Rhodes covered everything we needed to in our first consultation.

The care at this clinic is second to none! I had a procedure a few weeks ago and would not hesitate to recommend Mr Chris West, he is a caring and excellent consultant! And the outcome of my procedure is amazing! It doesn't stop there, the aftercare from all the team is friendly and professional, nothing is too much trouble and you can contact them at any time if at all worried, I would certainly use them again!👍

Great experience at Coppergate Clinic. Friendly staff, the procedure was explained thoroughly. Operation was virtually pain free, except for a slight sting with the injection. There was swelling and bruising for over a week , once the stitches were taken out everything settled down. I was told not to over do things for a week and rest as much as possible, which was good advice. I would recommend the procedure to any one, and I am pleased with the results.

I recently had a procedure at Coppergate Clinic with Chris West and can’t fault any part of my experience, from my first consultation I was put at ease with everything being explained to me in detail. I had surgery with Mr Dan Saleh at the Coppergate Clinic this week. From my arrival at the clinic on the morning of surgery the whole process was very slick and I felt well enough and happy to go home only a few hours later. Had a great experience at Coppergate Clinic. Mr Chris West carried out upper blepharoplasty for me. I am really happy with the results. I have had a minor revision, which was carried out at no extra cost, it was included in the overall cost. I also had tear trough fillers by Jo, amazing, what a difference I saw straight away! She is so skilled! The reception team and Mr West's assistants are so helpful and friendly and really put you at ease. From my experience, I would highly recommend Coppergate Clinic. A fabulous experience from start to finish. At Consultation all my questions were answered and was put totally at ease. My surgery was completed by Mr Christopher West and despite initial nerves I was happy and relaxed throughout. My aftercare has been excellent with support available at all times. As expected from the first appointment everything went very smoothly. Had no anxiety about the procedure only about being late for the appointment. Staff are beyond lovely they make you feel safe and in extremely good hands. Now just waiting for the result and a less tired looking me.

Chris West done my procedure, and he put me at ease from the start, I had beautiful Orla accompanying Chris, who was a breath of fresh air, it was like having a day with friends, Chris played his music in the background and Orla kept me entertained with tales of much amusement.. Despite arriving late for my free consultation, the consultant was delighted to see me and I didn't manage to sit down when I was called to see him. The consultant went through the different options available to me. The consultant was extremely down to earth, very personable and most of all extremely knowledgeable. He took his time running the Pros and Cons for each option advising me which option would suit me the most.

As always my visit to Coppergate was a great one. All the staff are so friendly and the clinic is stunning, so modern and clean. Dr West is fantastic at what he does and hard to believe I was in and out in the time I was. I had a small revision to my blepharoplasty and apart from the initial injections I never felt a thing. My consultation with Mr. Nick Rhodes was excellent. Such an informative, honest man and not pushy at all. I really valued his advice and feedback regarding what I was requesting. I would recommend him to anyone requiring a consultation and/or treatment.

External and internal aesthetic impressions were very modern and inviting. It feels very private with the door being lock at all times. The reception staff were very friendly and polite and made you feel comfortable. My experience of the consultation was that the surgeon was very friendly and very helpful, extremely knowledgeable and described the treatment in simplistic but detailed way, very mindful of my desires but also extremely tactful with final outcome and fully explained the procedure, and aftercare which provided me with confidence to proceed with the booking of my treatment.

I could not recommend the clinic enough. Everyone from the reception team, nurses and medical staff have been wonderful to me on each and every visit. I was super nervous about my procedure but everyone took their time to put me at ease and I was so well looked after. If I ever wanted any other procedure done again I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Arriving at Coppergate Clinic you’ll meet the lovely reception team. They greet you by name and you instantly feel welcome. My surgeon was Stephanie Young. She is absolutely exceptional! My results are phenomenal -beyond my expectations. I couldn’t be more grateful that you listened to and acted upon my wishes. Other people I met included the clinic manager, nurses, anaesthetists, the surgery team- every one an absolutely gorgeous person who made me feel special. Katie was absolutely amazing. During my pre op she really put me at ease about what to expect on the day of my operation. She answered any questions I had and told me if I had anymore that I could contact her. She was extremely professional and personable. I went in feeling little nervous and came out feeling excited!
