😠 Horrible experience. I arrived at the clinic at 11 AM for a consultation and was instructed to return at 3 PM to coincide with the doctor's schedule.     No wonder that your rating is a picture of failure because of your poor service. I also experienced a very inconvenient service there. I went there for laboratory tests and was advised to come back after a couple of hours to get the lab results. I went back there and got the results but when I asked them who will read or interpret the findings to me they said that I need to have an appointment to doctor. Bad thing was I couldn't get an appointment on that day because the slots were already occupied. Receptionist told me to come back tomorrow hahaha. Ridiculous!!! Sad that I can't give you negative star 🌟

    Worst. Youre sick and they expect you to remember or know what to do after getting your queue!you ask and you get an unfriendly response! wont even assist you well and you would end up waiting for 5hrs!!!!!

    The staff are unprofessional, On purposely made me wait for 30 min for the inquiry of my HMO. I was persistently asking if it was processed already because normally it would only take less than 5 min. Turned out when I asked her companion if something was wrong, the nurse verifying the HMOs on the phone never bothered processing mine. "Sir Sorry di po kasi nya prinocess", while the nurse maintaining a poker face.

    The staff in the reception area are so arrogant. We went there at around 2:30pm and got accommodated almost 2 hours after. I keep on following up but I was always advised that I will be the next. I got furious when the ones who just came in were already attended while we are still waiting for our turn, only to find out that they missed out my card. And they didn’t even apologise for what happened. There was also a time when we asked one of the nurses where was their CR and instead of telling us where, she called their guard instead to answer for them. What a trashy service!

    I've went to this clinic 3 times already and the result are always the same. They make you wait far too long. If not only because of the hassle of travelling and looking for another clinic I won't even be staying and keep waiting for checkup.

    Visiting this clinic takes us at least 2 hours of waiting before we can see a doctor. And today, we went very early hoping that everything will be faster than usual because there would be lesser patients, but the opposite just happened. Our patient form was just sitting unattended in the reception area for several minutes, wasting our time. The people in the reception area should take their work seriously and keep in mind that time is very precious for every patient that visits their clinic! Be organized!

    I remember coming here for a check up. Of course I was on time, was told to wait for the doctor at 3pm. Waited til 4pm and doctor still hasn't arrived. Was informed by the nurses that the doctored decided not to come anymore. Also! No one ever answers their hotline. Very professional group of people, right?

    They cancelled my appointment due to my allergic cough.And the thing I wanted checked is related to my allergy and perhaps I may need surgery. (Guess I’ll just die) They did advise that I can proceed if I don’t use my health care card. (HMO) 😢 just have to pay them real cash.

    Queueing system is terrible. If you are a senior/pwd, you have to come up to the counter just to make sure your number is called. You wait for so long just for them to tell you that you're now in line. I don't know if they're understaffed, or if it's their process is just bad or not implemented correctly, or the manual queueing system, but the result is clear: horrible customer service. I expect much more from a brand like The Medical City!

    Every single time I tried calling this clinic, there's no answer. When you go there, you have to wait 1-2 hours before seeing a Dr. There's a couple of times also that doctor doesn't show up, so you waited for nothing.

    No good schedule sucks schedule says 10am-12nn. Came by 11:45am then guard said queueing is from 8am-9am. In the first it should be noted in the schedule. Most clinics that I've been to they accept patients on the time they indicated.

    I don’t understand why doctors here let patients wait for long hours. Having your appointment scheduled, even when you come in early to be able be the first in the queue, you’ll still end up wasting 2-3 hrs because doctors came in late

    I must say that the staff is not approachable, the guard, the nurses at the lobby/frontdesk doesn't probably know the word "customer service". They don't have a sense of urgency. I went there at past 4 to consult to a gastroenterologist and the supposed schedule is 3-5pm. To my surprise, the guard told me that it was already past the cut-off time and the doctor had to leave early since she has somewhere to go. The nurse at the lobby saw me walk-in and didn't even bother to ask what I needed. I really won't recommend this clinic for the terrible experience.

    The Medical City - Gateway is the worst! Think twice before you waste your time in this clinic. 1. Attending Nurse misinformed me that they have the procedure my doctor requested. It was saturday when this nurse told me that they have the procedure and book a schedule on wednesday. I went to the clinic for my schedule and the nurse said that they don't have the procedure. They wasted my four days- wherein I could just looked for big, and reliable hospital for the procedure. 2.They charged my HMO for the said procedure EVEN IT WAS NOT COMPLETED. It cost est. PHP4,000 and the receptionist DID NOT PROACTIVELY SUGGESTED TO CANCEL THE HMO utilization. They even planned to re approved (charge another PHP4,000) the procedure's charge without realizing that they don't do the procedure. Please try other clinic. 2 years ago, I experienced rude treatment from a nurse in the same clinic. I thought it will change. It become worst.

    The WORST service. After waiting for almost 3 hours, we were told that the patients who were there earlier but were not physically present when their name was called could cut the queue at anytime they would want. What kind of rule is that? That is an UNFAIR rule especially for those who wait there for a long time not knowing they have an unreasonable rule like that. Hindi nga pinapayagan sa pagreserve ng restaurant eh, pero pwede sa clinic? Nonsense! Plus the staff were rude and not accommodating at all. Such a waste of time!

    This clinic is the worst. They made us wait for for transvaginal ultrasound for 3 hours. The initial schedule is 1pm we are the first in que. It's 4pm before the Doctor arrives. Worst clinic ever.

    if you don't value your time waiting for doctors, this is the place. even if you call before going, expect that the doctor will not show up. nurse/staff are really good in apologizing. i cant imagine complaints they get in a day.

    Got there at 10:30ish 1st check up was at 12noon they asked me to get blood and urine tested. Waited for over 1hr to get my blood extracted. Got the results around 4:20 then waited for an additional 3+ hrs to get a doctor to read the results and issue a med cert.

The staff claimed to have called my name multiple times and attempted to contact me via phone, which is a lie, as I remained seated right next to the nurse station. They then justified their oversight by suggesting I should have been seated near the OBGYN room, although no one had told me of this information. In summary, this experience was highly negative. I literally had a breakdown upon being informed that I had no other option but to return home and reschedule. I had rearranged my plans for the day to prioritize this appointment, and I had been awake for 26 hours. The purpose of clinics is to address people's medical concerns, yet the staff did not consider their patients' situations. It's unsurprising that their rating/review stands at 1.6.

    I had an appointment at 2PM and the wait was intense!! There wasn't much people at the clinic, although I had to wait for 4 HOURS just to be accommodated. Not to mention but the doctor was supposed to arrive at 2PM, and when I went to the clinic, the doctor was LATE so there was a long queue. If you're planning to have your consultation here, just look at how many 1-star reviews this clinic have.

    Medical City sucks. I thought at first maybe these people commenting bad about Medical City is just being mean. But upon experiencing how it feels to be in here having your follow up checks. And the said doctor that is available that time is still not to be seen. I've been waiting for hours and I haven't got a rest since I need to work for graveyard shift i need to rest. This is dissapointing. Bad service.
