Tipped $20 in at valet for up front parking. Spend $500 on dinner/cocktails. Avoid gambling but withdraw $160 and pay an $8.99 machine fee and $2.99 out of network ATM Fee. Use cash to tip on the $500 dinner / cocktails because I'm a decent human being / local who wants to put cash into pockets. Give my buddy $30 to pay for his parking cause I invited him out. Have to walk down broken escalators from foundation room to valet pickup. Paid $45 for valet at kiosk. Tip $10 in advance on company CC cause why not. Ready a $20 cash for preferential parking / quick egress. Only $ left from the $160 mentioned prior. Wait from 9:32P-9:58P outside in the heat on a curb. Make a comment about tipping in for quick out / valet cost $65 to wait 30 minutes. The valet who helped me says, "Sure.... Uh... Don't come back". Cool bro, I won't. Also pro tip: don't tip valet in.

This place is a HUGE rip off! Do your research before staying. For 1 out of like 100 things the pool closes at 7PM in the summer on a weekend…. Pools are open later in rural states than the ones on the strip. They charge you for every little thing. Not even any complimentary water for the guests that buy a room there. You literally pay for everything, no free water, can’t use the gym, no free parking, can't access some pools, pool closes super early not even one open late for adults. It was a boring & expensive stay. No value. It’s funny if anyone says different. No fridge, no microwave, gimmicky things, it took only 20 minutes for me to see everything in the shark reef for like 60$ for 2 people. On their website they make the pool seem & look bigger than what it is.. yes it big but they over exaggerate it. They have a wave pool, a small flowing river that is packed to the gills with mainly children, & then about 2 small cheap motel pools. Then some cafes & bars. Both nights they put loud parties of people next to us where we had to call downstairs at midnight to tell them, next day another loud group. They say you can’t check in till 3PM but we flew in at 7AM so we had to sit around for hours finding bathrooms etc because they have some lame rule about checking in at 3. Then lockers cost at the pool, etc, etc, etc. they use COVID as an excuse to neglect they’re customers in certain ways. Oh well, I know now to do my research next time I’m in Vegas & stay somewhere with some value to me buying a room & being a guest, customer, & maybe a forever customer that recommends this place to my friends but they don’t care about that. Definitely not staying here again. Yes the hotel is beautiful with looks but everything else is lackluster. Great place for someone with kids that wants to use the pool Mainly while on your stay, that’s the best value right there for people. But I can tell you the wave pool & lazy river isn’t all that here.. oh ya, when at the pool they CHARGE you for shade.. yes for shade $200.00 for a umbrella for shade & a big chair vs using the free smaller chairs that are cooking in the 111 degree sun! Also have fun burning your feet on the sand & pavement. I’m sure I missed a few things but theirs too many legit things to complain about while I was staying here. Shows how much they appreciate your guys business even what after what happened there (the kind of thing to make a place go out of business) they still don’t add value for customers. SAD.

I stayed there with my daughter and her girlfriends for her 21st birthday celebration. The room was nice but the bathroom was EVERYTHING 4 ladies could ever need!! The view was great because we could see the entire strip! Definitely a great choice for enjoying the best of Vegas while maintaining a comfortable distance from the madness when you want.

Pretty nice location parking is nice and convenient. It is a little odd for a check in. If you are parking a car it’s better to drop something off with the bags before. There is some food options inside the casino pretty expensive, of course . Some of the rooms of bathtubs, which is so nice in my opinion .

Worst customer service ever.... what a let down.we drove 8 hours after AC went out in car to get there. After the 3 hour run around, didn't want to stay because hotel wouldn't honor our MGM rewards at all, with no attempt at compensating our total inconvenience. We tried repeatedly to get on website and call .. no help there. Went to check in, got sent to rewards desk. Went there ( after they closed early due to lack of customers) and finally got a hold of that manager. She was argumentative, unhelpful, didn't identify herself as a manager until we asked to speak to one.she sent us back all the way back again across the $#&@ casino to the check in line. Once again MGM refuses to honor their own rewards. We ended up at a wonderful Hampton inn with amazing customer service. Very clean, easy to check in, and enjoyed a great free breakfast. I understand that MGM was hacked, but their lack of concern, and refusal to help with a problem that is theirs shows how much they they don't give one small damn about their customers. I will go out of my way to make sure I never spend a dime with them. Good Mandalay bay. Your gonna need it

Attended a conference here at Mandalay so we booked a room here too. It was good, simple, cozy rooms with a beautiful view of the pool (recommended). Easy, short walk to everything in the hotel. Quick tip: Don’t order from the late night room service menu, it’s so average and came packed in plastic containers. Great hotel for families, the pool offers a wave pool and lazy river. Plenty of pool beds and cabanas. Cabana hire changed prices, must depend on the day, expect to pay $250-300 for a cabana. You can order food and drink in the pool area. There are also family friendly dining options available in the casino. For an upscale dining experience, try the Japanese place. Absolutely beautiful food, best Japanese we have had in America so far. Perfect bar to drink and watch a game.

I stayed here for a convention and they upgraded my room without asking. It’s old school elegant and the rooms are quite nice but older. There were a few chips in the counters and it’s not modern but I still like here anyway. The views are great, it has lots of places to eat, has great pools and is close to the Four Seasons. It’s at the end of the strip but I’m not bothered by the location. I think the value is high here and I’ve stayed here a few times. I recommend registering in the app so you get points and discounts. What are other great places to stay in Vegas?

The rooms are a little dated. Besides that, hotel has everything you need without having to leave the property. The weighted refrigerator can greatly increase your bill. So Don't touch if you don't plan to buy. If there are any discrepancies though the front desk was extremely helpful and accommodating. I can't say anything negative about the staff I've engaged with. Everyone was nice and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay. Thanks

The hotel itself was very nice! It was kept clean at all times. All staff that we encountered were very hospitable. Everyone that worked for the hotel always had a mask on. We ate out most of the time so we didn’t get to try their food. The hotel was on the very southern end of the strip so our stay was quiet. The only downside was being at the end of the strip we always had to travel down the strip to find parties or excitement.

Really great beach/pool area. Perfect for families. The lazy river is awesome! We were travelling through Vegas visiting some family in Arizona, and it was a great place to stay for a two day visit. The hotel is spacious and nice - and if you’re looking for something a little quieter on the strip, this is it. Not packed like sardines like the rest of Las Vegas Blvd. Still hate that smoking is allowed in common areas of the hotel/resort. It’s why I took away a star. Also, beware they charge you for everything. Using the coffee maker in your room, $12. Want to store milk in the mini fridge for your baby - that’s $50 (fridge rental fee, no joke). The aquarium is small (takes less than 30 minutes) but it’s really neat and it’s good value at a cost of $20. Overall, we enjoyed our stay - and while I wouldn’t rush back to Vegas, I would stay here again.

Great MJ show. Not what I expected like too loud since I have hearing loss. Nice theme and lights did not affect my vertigo. All seats are good although we were centered and front back a bit. Great performance. Worth the time to see.

The room is great, if it wasn't so far from the elevators it would be superb. Unfortunately my favorite buffet was closed because of Covid and has now been replaced by two restaurants. The show "One" is phenomenal. House of Blues has concerts pretty regularly. A point off since it is far from the heart of the Strip, so put on your walking shoes or pony up for a taxi ride. Can't really say how the gambling is since that isn't my thing; it looks nice. The staff has been friendly (except for the one guy at the reception desk). Also can't say how parking is as I've never driven here. There is supposedly a "topless" beach downstairs from reception, but also haven't been there. They have an aquarium on site, supposed to be great for the kids.

I wish I had taken photos of this hotel. We stayed at one of their "stay well" rooms and loved the memory foam mattress and soft pillows. We thought we were not going to like them but, we were very wrong. The rooms are clean, new, beautifully decorated and have their own air filter just to mention a few perks. The price is great for this beautiful and elegant hotel. We are definitely staying there next time we visit Vegas. Highly recommend this hotel and especially their stay well rooms!

The pools we are phenomenal, the bartender was great, food, and drinks were yummy. The only complaint is the $30 pool float; there is no option to rent one, and it costs us 100 dollars for 3 floats. We ended up giving them away to families with kids. You do have the option to bring your own float, so if you go, hit Target and grab a $5 floatie.

My husband insisted that I take a vacation - the first that I've had in years - and booked us a nice room for a long weekend. I'm military so I have a thing about honesty and following through on promises fix things, especially when a mistake has been made with regards to erroneous charges. They messed up on both counts. I would prefer not to stay there again because I don't want to stay somewhere with staff that doesn't have integrity, but I would be willing to compromise if my husband insisted on going back.

The stay was good, but by the Time we got home they had charged us $500 for supposedly smoking in the room. Also charged us $20 for supposedly drinking one of the bottled waters from the mini bar. Which we never touched. Had to spend two hours on the phone to get our $500 charge credited back. Never did get credit for the bottled water that we did not drink or touch.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Make sure to make reservations for any dining. The restaurants fill up fast. We stayed in a stay well room. The shower wasn't the best. We had a hard time getting a decent temperature (it was either to hot or to cold). The pools were great, and it looked like the kids were having a blast.

Overall, it's pleasant with a good location on the South Strip that's not as busy as Center City. Parking is easy and plentiful off of Frank Sinatra Blvd. The unique aroma of the casino is amazing, it's 100 times even better than Bath and Body Works. Machines in the High Limit room were not clean. Sticky and dirty buttons while some employees lingered, others were working. Didn't stay long. Video poker is below average and the bank of machines that was by Starlight Tattoo has all been moved. Slots were average. A lot of foot traffic around the casino perimeter area the week of 2/19 for some convention. I saw just an endless parade of people all day long for days walking through the casino with ID's on lanyards. I had no idea what they were there for or where the actual convention was, literally thousands of people walking through constantly for days was rather annoying and causing congestion. I would definitely check for conventions on the property before I booked. It was disrupting to the overall experience and vibe. Felt like Times Square NYC.

This is my go-to resort in Las Vegas. The rooms are large and well maintained. It has the best pool complex in the city. The food options are endless. It is connected to two other MGM properties which allows easy access to many different types of entertainment. Its location is great because it is away from the madness that is the center of the strip. I love this property.

For a self described "high-end resort", Mandalay Bay really isn't that great. After a long plane ride, my room wasn't even ready. Even if you book a room, it's basically first come first serve. I checked in and was told I'd get a text when my room was ready. Barely any seating in the lobby for the wait. Hours and hours later after carrying two huge bags around, still no text. Went to the front desk and asked for an update. Without a word, the receptionist started getting my room key ready. No apology for the wait, nothing. They seemingly just forgot. Ice machines were broken. Showerhead was dirty. Windows were dirty. Headboards of the bed were extremely dusty. There was tape and other stuff stuck to the ceiling, assuming from a past guest taping balloons/banners up? Also quite ridiculous that you can't even use the mini fridge for your own personal items. I was just expecting a lot more for such a fancy and expensive hotel.

This hotel is a joke. Just pull the plug on it. It’s a dead horse. It truly feels like a mismanaged mess. I would compare it to the carnival cruise of Las Vegas. We literally had diarrhea splattered on the the toilet seat in our room. The rooms are pretty dirty. Many of there outlets are closed. If you want to use the gym, you have to pay $25 , want to use the lazy river? That’s another $35 for a floatie. Avoid this place.

Perfect example of why Vegas is terrible now. Imagine charging gamblers $18 for parking and $30 to walk though a "shark exhibit" with very few sharks. It took maybe 15 mins to walk through the entire exhibit. PT Barnum would be proud. I've been to world-class aquariums like the ones in Long Beach and Monterey, which were all-day activities for almost as much. $15 for two coffees, plus the tip. Literally everything is a ripoff. I was at a wedding where the bride stayed there. The bridal party ordered breakfast and after two hours of waiting, they had to cancel the order. That's how they treat a BRIDAL PARTY. Imagine how they treat guests who are just there for no special occasion. This is what they were talking about at the end of the movie Casino. It's like checking into an airport.

Such a nice hotel!! The staff was incredible and so helpful. Check in was easy. Mobile check in is also offered. The hotel itself smells delightful. Like an island retreat. (Mostly coconut and dreams.) The hotel is beautiful inside and out. It does get busy in the lobby areas because their is a connecting path to the arena where the Raiders play, so I'd avoid Sundays.. The pool area was stunning as well. Went on a Monday and there wasn't a lot of people. The cost to buy a float for the lazy river is absolutely ASININE! 30 dollars. They would make more renting them, I think than selling, buy what do I know? Watch out for the waterfall in the lazy river that tries to drown you. It can be a bit intense when you're just relaxing. You are able to rent cabanas and chairs closer to the pools but when you're just trying to Vegas on a budget because you're a poor student, $300 dollars for a cabana is not an option. The beds in the rooms were extremely comfortable, the pillows put you into a dream. The rooms were huge and very clean. I did get a bacterial infection after we left, so I'm sure I got that from the pillows because it's on my face. Gross. But I would go back. It's very easy to get lost in that hotel because of how massive it is. And it's the very last hotel on the very south end of the strip so it's not very convenient to other attractions.

Enjoyed the beach feel. Lazy river was enjoyable. There are a few pool options so there is something for everyone. The only disappointment was the wave pool. There is w very small part of the pool you can stand and there is only one wave every few minutes. Very boring. The restaurant there had very good food and not too pricey for being on the strip. Overall still a 5 star experience.

Mandalay bay is a nice place. I've stayed there a handful of times. Usually suites including the 2 bedroom suites at the end of the halls. Lots of great food options. Great pool. Being at the end of the strip, it's a little far away from everything else, but the monorail to Excalibur helps a but. Casino games tend to be dirty. More maintenance should be hired for sanitation purposes. In addition, sani-towels should be more readily accessible. I've had some bad situations with customer service, but everything can't be perfect. I have no issue recommending people to stay here.

It's a pretty nice casino but a little far off the strip. The casino has become overpriced and caters to the high end travelers. I stayed here in 2012, and I liked it a lot, but since they added a bunch of high-end restaurants and eliminated affordable restaurants. Vegas used to be full of cheap buffets and a lot of fun, but it's become a different place. I got a banana from the convenience store in the casino, and I was charged $3.40...for one banana. The fitness center is an additional $25 per day on top of the convenience fee of $39 a night, the vegas standard. Also charged $80 for touching the water bottles in the room. Don't touch any water, snacks, or anything in the refrigerator, or you'll be charged. They are very desperate for money. Very clean casino, and it has a good vibe, but I wouldn't stay there again.

Rented a cabana for the day for my family of 4. I highly recommend doing so as you get a small fridge of soda and water included along with 2 inner tubes, a tv, plenty of seating, and the biggest perk in having a ceiling fan. The servers and hosts were very attentive and super friendly! My family thoroughly enjoyed the lazy river and wave pool. It got busier as the day went along but never felt overcrowded. After being busy sightseeing for the past 3 days, this was a much welcomed slowdown.

Large and beautiful Casino and Hotel, lots of amenities, I think it would be a great place to have a conference. It has the Shark Reef exhibit inside which is very neat and inexpensive. It is at the end of the strip so it is a little quieter but it's also not within walking distance of a whole lot. I definitely would want to return.

Did not stay at Mandalay Bay, but visited for the casino and pool. The hot tub was perfect, even though the weather was a little chilly. The service at the pool bar was excellent! The casino has a great selection of games, and was very clean and easy to navigate. Mandalay Bay is at the far southern end of the strip, which makes it more difficult to get to and from.

Fantastic hotel. The staff were amazing and beyond helpful. Any issues were resolved immediately. Best air conditioning out of all the hotels I've stayed in. Clean and tidy, masks on everyone. Stay for the wave pool and lazy river alone! It is at the far end of the strip though so prepare to walk or Uber a lot.

Came to Mandalay last weekend for Psycho Las Vegas and it was the best music festival I've been to. Masks were required at all times while indoors. If you didn't have one staff were handing them out and enforcing mask wearing. Casino was nice and clean. Wear comfy shoes because you'll do a whole lot of walking! I'm pretty sure the buffet here was closed. Didn't really eat much here. If you don't gamble plan to spend money on drinks or beers! I'll be back. We enjoyed our time here!

We had a great time. The drinks at Hazels Bar were amazing! But our window in the room whistled really loud and maintenance never showed up. You could see where it had been duct taped down several times. I had to put a chair on it to be able to sleep. Beautiful place. Friendly staff. Pool was awesome. Trendy restaurants. Don't stay there if the wind is blowing towards your room.

Mandalay Bay has the best pools, sure, but it's also the workers there that make the experience, right? Well, I paid a lot so I can have the best experience and wound up leaving early without buying any food or drinks, due to neglect. I had to keep going to the cabana rental shop because there were never any workers around to help with moving the heavy umbrella when the sun shifted. I was by myself and couldn't move it alone. And the servers were few and far between. I had a server tell me that she'd be back in a couple minutes to take my order. I left after waiting for 45 minutes. And it was before 5pm that I left, but I had wanted to stay until close at 7pm. Gee whiz, I paid a LOT just to have an awesome experience for one day, and left there in tears and full of disappointment. Not because of the pools, but because of the neglect from the workers there.

The last casino of interest on the south end of Las Vegas Blvd. For a person staying at only one casino, it is above average. With free tram, is is next to New-York New-York & MGM. A long walk, and long way from center- strip, where all the activities, and best views, & spots are. Lacking LOCATION, else a good place.

We have stayed here multiple times and EVERYTIME it is amazing! Service is top notch, the hotel is beautiful inside and out and rooms are very clean. If you forget a small item such as a toothbrush or a face mask they have options for you at no cost! It’s easy to book online or calling. Checking in and out can be done in person or on your phone. They handle any issues with priority and kindness. Everyone we met working there was polite and eager to help! The food there is amazing and so many various choices and options. The aquarium is beautiful and a must see!!!

Mandalay Bay casino and resort was a great place to stay. The room was clean and comfortable. I stayed on the 20th floor the ice machine did not give ice cubes out, it was pretty much shaved ice not sure if that was the way they was supposed to be. But overall 10/10 will stay in future.

Overall I love staying here for work. The only issues I had were with the iron not working and they brought me a brand new one right up. And the shower water kept shifting from cold to hot. But again, I survived fine. Comfy bed, great water pressure in the shower and great places to eat.

We stayed yesterday at the Delano Resort. We were told that they had upgraded our room. When we arrived at our room , the housekeeper was watching TV in the bedroom. She quickly left. When we came back late at night , we discovered that there was leftover foods in the refrigerator, hair in the bathroom floor , hair ties in the shower and our sheets still smelled like a man’s cologne. We complained to front desk , but nothing was done to make up for a bad experience other than “ We will tell management, thanks for letting us know” if there were zero stars button . That’s the one I will click.

Beautiful. Great Service. Beautiful Cabanas! Loved the sand beach. It was until I left my business phone on the bed after checkout! I realized at the airport! Mandalay advised that I had to load all of my phone passwords and accesses to them to retrieve the phone to their website. It's a business phone so under no circumstance can I upload passwords on to your site! I replaced the phone.

Wow, what a property! More resort than Vegas hotel From the moment we walked in we were greeted by friendly staff (Ashley) who gave us a great overview of the property. Then when you settle in the overall property will blown you away. Mandalay Bay sits on about 13 acres, has something like 24 bars and restaurants. With the amount of restaurants, bars, shops, and pools it really feels like a resort rather than a Vegas hotel. We tried several of the restaurants, and bars. While spendy they were totally worth it. No matter what... You must stop at the Blues bar and grab the nachos, they are life changing. Pools are heated, the wave pool is super awesome and friendly to all. The sand where the chairs are is super soft and makes you really feel like you are on a getaway. The only thing that came up and I am sure I could have fixed it by going back to the front desk was we had horrible water pressure in our room. The sink would blast out air for several seconds, showering was very unpleasant due to the water going in and out kind of pulsing rapidly (I checked the shower head that was not the issue), and when our neighbors ran their water it would drain to our sink and was very loud. If we stay... Just kidding we will stay again, but if we have this water issue again I would 100% ask to switch rooms.

Overall, it's a good place. The room could use some attention (especially in the shower, where the shower knob was barely attached), but it was mostly cosmetic. The bed was horrible, however. Incredibly uncomfortable. I could also easily hear entire conversations in the next room to the point it sounded like they were in the same room as me.

Got married on a Friday, they turned our water off from 7pm Thursday till 7am Friday. That sucked. Had people trying to kick our door down. Tried calling the front desk and anything in the lobby, no one answered. The toilet seats are painful. The T.V. was half dead. We got a great room though with a great view. But we had to listen to EVERY plane take off. But we made the best of it. The wedding chapel did pretty good. The company policy really limited our dream wedding to only what they would allow. Everyone employed there that we interacted with was beyond nice. We stayed in an executive king room. I would give it a 10/10 if it had a flat toilet seat. The restaurants downstairs were average. Everyone was nice but the food was very average from all the places. Not a fan of getting food that I felt I could have made better, but to each they're own.

If you don't need the center strip action, this might be the best place to stay in Vegas! Clean rooms, great service, plenty of food and entertainment options. Large "beach", great spa and the list goes on. Did I mention the great service?

The best thing about Mandalay Bay is their love for the kids! It was the only resort we saw, that had family friendly activities and other children around. The entire hotel was spotlessly clean, and the staff very helpful. We are not big drinkers or gamblers, however, the one evening we wanted to play the penny slots, it was a bit of a challenge to find someone to get you a drink, however when they did come around, the service was speedy and gracious. The casino was not very busy the three days we were there, so perhaps they cut back on staff? It was a bit chilly for the pool with the wind, however we went out every day we were there. The pool area was very nice and not too crowded. When we made our reservation, we were told that the beach area would be open while we were there, however, it was closed for the season. It will be fun to go again when all of the pool areas are open. The whole town had been taken over by the Formula 1 race and it affected shows, activities and events everywhere we went. One of our Uber drivers told us that the race would be happening in Vegas, for the next 10 years, so we will make sure that we do not ever vacation there again during race weekend. Our queen beds were extremely comfortable, and the bathroom had a relaxing, stand up shower and a deep, oversized bathtub. The toilet was in a closet, with no ventilation. Also, when you flushed it it was extremely loud so be prepared for that! There was no usable refrigerator as it was a $50 fee just to open it. There was also no microwave. Beware of the water bottles and the treats on the dresser when you walk in. The water is $35! Make sure you do not touch anything or you will be charged for it! For gambling adults, this is not a big deal but when you have young children you need these things if you plan on keeping milk and yogurt on hand or nuking popcorn or a hot dog. Everywhere we went to eat was obscenely expensive. I believe that COVID hit Vegas so hard that they are desperately trying to recoup their losses. Very few places had kids menus or offered a senior or veterans discount and seniors are not allowed to eat off the kids menu which was disappointing. Overall, we were very pleased with Mandalay Bay and will most likely stay there again in the future. Their plethora of restaurants, proximity to the Strip, and activities for families make it our go-to place to stay in Vegas!

The convenience store called Market near the elevator next to the casino has a few items which are overpriced. To top it off I had an encounter with a black lady who was extremely rude and gave attitude when we asked to scan the rewards card. She just rang up the order and when I asked why she didn't scan the card she said there's no need. I was flabbergasted at that response. I'm not going to call you the service because it was not that. We stayed at the hotel and everything about it was good. The housekeeping was great. The hotel was clean and only necessary items were there. We like the view looking out to the pyramids and the strip. I recommend staying here but I would not use the casinos downstairs because of the extremely rude behavior shown by the staff.

Rented cabana 24 with friends located in the east pool area. Cabana was spacious and had a mini fridge stocked with water and sodas, a couch, 2 chairs, side tables, as well as 3 loungers. For our group of 6 it was perfect. Service from the bar staff was quick and kept up all day (we were there from 10-5). The east pool was generally quiet with most people gravitating to the wave pool or the lazy river , both of which had a LOT of activity, and a lot of kids. Over all a great place to spend a day relaxing, would highly recommend.

Very very nice. The room i was placed in was beyond awesome & more than i expected. A lot of space. Great view of the city & mountains. Bathroom was very spacious. Shower head could have been cleaned though. Guest services extremely nice & knowledgeable. Great floor plan. Great price. I would highly recommend. Didn't check out the nightlife or live shows.

Great hotel!! Very clean, beautiful view. If you are coming in for a Raiders game, stay here. The walk is very short and they close the road off behind the hotel. Prices are reasonable at Mandalay Bay. Get the VIP package, it's helpful from airport to hotel then when you need to head back to the airport. The breakfast at House of Blues is delicious. The casino floor is not crowded like the other hotels. It feels spacious and no one is breathing down your back. The wave pool seemed really nice, was crowded everyday we were there. The Shark Reef was really nice to get tickets to and visit. Just pay attention to your bill after you check out to make sure you are not charged for minibar. If you are not going to purchase the items I would recommend having the fridge locked. If you do not have it locked, take a before picture. We were charged for numerous items and we did not even eat or drink anything from fridge. Overall, great hotel!!

We were able to get free early check-in and everyone was kind helpful and professional at the front desk. The pool was nice and the room is beautiful with an amazing view! But my daughter had an issue with housekeeping coming in unannounced because the do not disturb sign fell and housekeeping did NOT have the common courtesy to knock before she came in and that is definitely unacceptable! We complained and they tried to rectify it but nothing could make up for the horrible experience.

Loved the Casino here. It smells like coconut rum in the casino. Love the layout here. Had food at House of Blues and it was delicious. Did not stay in the hotel but I think that's where I am staying next time.

First, the casino itself is not too big, which is a plus for me. It has a shark reef, a house of blues music venue, and many restaurants to enjoy. It is at the south end of the strip so it doesn't have easy access to the rest of the hotels, but it is always good for a visit. On the plus side, they have the best view of the strip at night from the Foundation Room which is a club on the top floor of the hotel.

It's a massive hotel....almost a little too big. Next time, I would rather stay in one of the older hotels closer to the middle of the strip (The Mirage). Mandalay Bay is pretty far from everything exciting. The pools, restaurants and entertainment are all here (MJ One was fantastic). My main issue was with the room and check in experience. We had a suite that was infested with moths. They're harmless and all, but I shouldn't have to be killing 10 a night for the $600 the room cost nightly. Also, the check in experience is lackluster. You basically do it yourself on a tablet which then prints your keys....it's fine, but I had two issues with getting the keys to open the elevator correctly (you can't get to your floor without the card). Like I said, the complex is massive. People will enjoy this hotel if you came to play the machines and never want to leave the building, to get a good meal, nice pools and fine entertainment. That being said, the rooms are outdated, moths are EVERYWHERE, and the customer experience is non existent.

We stayed here for our family vacation Andrew and Miguel were an amazing, friendly and helpful assistant team. Overall this was a great place to stay. It was clean and affordable. The staff were friendly and accommodating every chance they could be. Tram is very useful. We had nice moment in Mandalay bay and Vegas.

I really enjoyed doing Black Hat there. The facilities are great, the food court was quick, and the restrooms clean. The staff working there was always pleasant and professional. The venue stayed cool and comfortable. Over all this place is a great place to host large events.

One of our largest shows is Supply Side West which is hosted in Las Vegas at Mandalay Bay. The hotel is well maintained and has all the bells and whistles you expect in Vegas. It is almost time for a refresh of the rooms even though they are spacious and nicely maintained. Please bring your own water. I recommend buying it completely outside of the hotel. The convenience store in the hotel is only slightly less expensive than the amenities in the room. The expense of the coffee and water provided in the room is outrageous. The same for room service. Other than the expense, the hotel is nice and great for business.

There is almost no shade if you do not pay for it just be aware. Also if you're staying at one of the MGM resorts you must have your ID to charged objects to your room that's just a heads-up. Over all the staff was really nice but the service really sucked I tried to flag down at least six different servers and no one would help me.

This place was beautiful! Their rooms are nice and clean and it’s a great location and a great view especially if you’re up high. It is expensive but a great value for the money and you are in Vegas. They have a great pool set up that is worth it just for a pool day! They also do live music. They have a great breakfast bar in the hotel. Would definitely stay here again!

Checking in, I followed their instructions to download the app to use my phone as a key. It seemed to work, and so I happily got out of line and headed to my room. I ran into a very tall bellhop/bellman and asked how to get to the rooms. He acted as if he couldn't bear to even look at me, much less speak, and promptly, but dismissively, sent me the wrong way. The place is HUGE, and I was hauling luggage and 3 hours jet lagged. I get to the elevators and realize the app was not showing my room number. I asked a security guy, and he told me it should be on the app. I say it just has dashes, and he just restates his point. Eventually, I figured out how to get the room to show. I head up, and none of the numbers match my room assignment. I head back to the lobby a long way off, past the silent security guy, hauling all of my luggage, and after waiting in line again, I explain the issue. They then issued me a key and told me that I had to go to the Delano, something the bellman could have said or even the security guy. I learned that my key didn't work the elevator, but my phone did, WHILE my phone didn't work on the room door, the key did. Of course, that was discovered after several uncomfortable encounters with people wondering why I was just standing in the elevator when they got on. I'm pretty big, so the discomfort of the others pressing their floor with me being unable to press mine was obvious and uncomfortable for The lady in the sports book lounge was very nice and helpful. I don't bet sports, but she made me want to give it a shot with how easy it could be.

The decor may be a little out of current but it is still very nice, well kept and the rooms are luxurious. They are upgrading many common spaces with new restaurants and bars and interesting things to do so keep circling back to see how they bring everything up to the latest levels, I will. I like the Mandalay Bay feel.

Mandalay Bay Beach offers a picturesque setting with an abundance of chairs and umbrellas, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The expansive pool is exceptionally large, which is great for those looking to take a dip. However, there are some notable downsides. First, it's disappointing that they charge for chair and umbrella rentals. This might be a turn-off for many visitors, as these amenities are usually expected to be complimentary at high-end resorts. As for service, it's important to note that personal experiences can vary, and I can't speak from firsthand knowledge. However, it's concerning to read that some guests have found the service to be subpar. Good service is a crucial aspect of any premium resort experience, and it's unfortunate to hear that it may not meet expectations. The wave pool, which can be a highlight for many, seems to be underwhelming. Guests have reported that the waves are not particularly impressive. For those seeking a more thrilling wave pool experience, this could be a letdown. The pricing for cabanas and bungalows is on the expensive side, with cabanas costing $900 and bungalows priced at $650. However, standard beach reserved seating starts at $50.

Great pool area. If you want to use the lazy river bring your own tube, rent a cabana, or expect to purchase one at the gift shop. Free if you are a guest of Mandalay Bay or the Delano. Nit sure if the cost if you are not a guest.

We had a wonderful time at Mandalay Bay. The rooms were nice and comfortable, and everything you need is within walking distance. The casino floor is expansive and there are plenty of facilities and eateries to keep yourself busy. I just wish the fitness room was a bit larger with more opportunities to lift weights. For the size of Mandalay Bay and the amount of guests that were there, the small fitness room and limited amount of weights was disappointing.

What a beautifullll hotel, wow. Everything was neat and clean, every single hotel staff I passed smiled and greeted us, the food was good, the atmosphere was good, the pool area was awesome as well. Definitely would go back! Our room was also very nice. It's toward the end of the strip so was fairly quiet for being in Vegas. I very much enjoyed our stay. We were there for a music show (a rave) and our private event was held in the back pool party area, security was very friendly, same with the staff, beautiful spot for an amazing couple nights of music. Thank you!
