One of the worst surgeries you can deal with. 4 days of calling their line for an appointment at 8am and 100’s of calls later and nobody has answered the phone. This is not the first time. This incompetent surgery could not care less about its patients. I will be raising a complaint. Enough is enough!!

Absolutely disgusting trying to get through to this surgery. Been 50 minutes on caller number 3. How are you meant to get an appointment? Then when they pick up,all appointement gone for today! No thought to the people who are genuinely poorly and have tried all morning, because your problem in not urgent to them ! You have to do it all again and this is when problems do start to become urgent for the patient. No patient care .

Minus 5 stars of that was an option! Absolutely appauling partnership. Every time you ring the practice (for us it's mostly Kensington) guaranteed you're on the phone for over an hour before it's answered. That's providing it doesn't get cut off part way through the call. I cannot get my head around the fact there's only one telephone number for everything associated with the practice. Even for basic general practice information/non appointment queries, it's still over an hours wait. Lately, my mother was informed by the A&E and the UKHSA that she required further emergency vaccines for a ongoing condition that the practice nurse would be able to do without an issue. All my mother would have to do is arrange an appointment. Well, over 2 hrs on the phone and 3 seperate visits later, my mother was told that they (Kensington reception) didn't know what she was talking about , they had no record of her and simply go away! The girl on the reception wouldn't even let her explain the scenario, nor did she even make any effort to investigate etc. The lady from the UKHSA was also unable to get through (she started ringing at 11am and by mid afternoon, still not able to speak to anyone) and ended up asking my mum if she could hand deliver her number to the practice - that request was also refused by the reception! This is not the 1st time we as a family have been through trauma with this practice. We have now decided enough is enough and to withdraw from this shamble partnership and join another practice. I would encourage all those effected (Inc us) to contact and lodge your grievance in writing with the CQC. Any complaints sent to the practice manager are brushed under the carpet!! Complete shambles of a practice and one that requires an URGENT overview/overhaul of their practices....

Agree with most of the other comments here. Takes along time to get through to be told no more appointments and try again tomorrow. If you are lucky enough to be seen and you get bloods taken, as long as the blood results are ok they don't do anything else. Even if you are in agony. Losing weight. Unable to eat, fainting etc they just won't refer you.

Absolutely awful, pathetic and dreadful service. Would not recommend to anyone. Id give 0 rating if possible. Can only book appointments over the phone at 8am. And the line is always busy. They do not even have the function of putting people on hold. After nearly 2 hours of trying to get through, you are told they are fully booked. If you fill in the online form, they inform you that a doctor will be in touch within 48 hours. Which is a lie.. 3 days later around 6.30pm in which the phone rang for literally 2secs before cutting off. I called back seconds later as I didnt have the chance to answer but of course it was out of hours and closed.

I can't believe in this day and age that a health service could be so inadequately run and employ people who obviously have no people skills. The staff here need some kind of re training and reminded about the use of manners.

The service is like a third world 🌎 country. If you go on time you can still be waiting for over an hour. The NHS IS A MESS. Going to the doctors is a stressful experience. And the staff no coment

Not very helpful reception staff at all. Very argumentative, not all but a certain few. I was made to feel so low, they did not look at my sick 3 yr old child at all even though I was a few mins late. The appointees for my child, not me so I could believe I was being turned away with out even looking at him. I ended up going to BRI instead to the A&E. I was in there with my child for 4 .5 hours. Feel sorry for the hospital staff with their workload .This could have been sorted out by the GP in the surgery.

Excellent care and kindness from all staff for my elderly parents. This is a superb practice. Staff work in very difficult circumstances but still manage to treat patients with respect and dignity.

Rude receptionists,no chance of being seen. Not fit for purpose unless you know one of the "staff" who'll get you in first. Disgrace

Calling through and booking appointments is a joke, why is it so difficult to be seen, should we be on our death bed to be seen

If I could give this surgery a zero I would. Always engaged and when you ring during the day no answer just constant ringing. Fed up.

Absolutely shocking how down hill this doctors surgery has gone and appalled at how unprofessional rude and disrespectful hasina the receptionist is. I will be taking my complaint further. Nothing professional about this women and her service skills are shocking before i was seen this lady stated next please to the lady with a pram before then going into conversation across the doctors surgery from her desk to another patient stating about her urine sample leaving the lady she asked to come forward stood looking around confused. I then went forward and asked for a nhs number I had phoned for but was advised to come down to collect this personal information which I did and was told she can’t give this then asked for id was shown and sat holding my phone speaking on my child’s looks when k asked for the phone back she said don’t worry was going to get it back. I said no problem and stated needed the number as moved home and need this for new surgery which she stated was best I went to another surgery this women had never seen me and the whole 10 years of been at this practice I have never seen her. I told her yes agreed as shocked at how unprosffesional this is as shocked how she came across and told her I wasn’t here for a agreement I had shown proof and needed a nhs number but this women wanted to argue cause a issue and then threw a piece of paper with the wrong nhs number on. I will make sure this goes further as no one needs this when going to a professional place that should offer support and a safe environment.

😠 I ordered three day 2 tests to be done on return from an Amber country. Only one arrived in good time and was successfully activated, performed and returned on day 2 (Wednesday, so should have arrived on day 3, Thursday). However, the result only arrived on Sunday (day 6), so basically useless. One...

😠 I would give zero stars if possible. The most difficult and inept surgery to book an appointment. They wont let you book an appointment in person, phone lines are engaged for over 1 hour. Finally got through - the appointments are all taken. E-consult only between 8am to 10am. Tried at 09:30am a...

😠 I would put a zero star but there is no option for that. The reception desk is the worst part, the staff are disgusting in their attitude to people.
